aeffa39e1d Mjsunit/debug-script test fails intermittendly with --vector-stores 
The problem is that the gc pattern is different, and the list of debug scripts
may have more or less duplicates than before. The solution is to just turn off
--stress-opt for the test.

75350f1ef0 Debugger: require debugger to be active when dealing with breaks. 
This invariant will save us some head ache.
The changes to test-debug/DebugStub is due to the fact that it abuses
the ability to set break points in code that has no debug break slots.
This is now no longer possible.

Exposed to the extras as extrasExports (on the builtins object), on
which they can put things that should be accessible from C++. Exposed
to C++ through the V8 API as v8::Context::GetExtrasExportsObject().

Adding a test (in test-api.cc) required adding a simple extra,
test-extra.js, which we build into the standalone builds.

bcf8b05072 Enable ES6 Map and Set by default 
In doing so also remove all references to the --harmony-collections flag.
Due to the way context snapshotting works, it's not possible to simply
enable the flag by default.

d017da1f1a Fix spurious debug-script assertion after enabling Symbols 
This approach, of allowing either N or N+1 in this assert,
is the same approach used before my Symbols patch that naively

8bd05193c7 Reland "Enable Object.observe by default" again 
This re-re-re-lands enabling Object.observe. The Chromium tests that
failed last time this was rolled into Chromium have been disabled in
https://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=revision&revision=256706

This patch should be safe to merge once that lands.

fbe1690def Only count uniquely named native scripts for debug. 
The debugger exposes all native script which might include duplicates
having the same name. This is triggered by debug-script in stress mode
on the gc branch.

5c32385a70 Change the tests which looks at the number of scripts in the VM after startup to ignore native scripts without name. 
Native scripts without name are currently only the script holding the empty script and the script holding the source for the empty function. These two unnamed scripts are created for each context. When running with snapshot an additional context is created during startup adding two more native scripts that in the non-snapshot case.

747e20c449 Mark the empty script object, the script for the empty function and the D8 utility script as native scripts. 
This is mainly to avoid these scripts showing up in the debugger when showing normal scripts.

Removed the check for the empty script in the debugger function returning loaded scripts as this check only filtered out the empty script from the debugger context and not empty scripts in all other contexts. Also this filter did not take the script for the empty function into account.

f15d07afe2 Update d8 so that it can be used to run the mjsunit tests. 
Set the security token on the debugger context after all contexts have
been created in d8.  This ensures that all d8 contexts (including the
debugger context) can access eachother.

Copy extra command-line handling from the shell sample to d8.

05bbf90b3a Changed shell sample to take flags directly from the command-line. Added api call that implements this. 
Added better test support.

Added load, quit and version functions to the shell sample so it's easier to run benchmarks and tests.

c42f5829a1 Included mjsunit JavaScript test suite and C++ unit tests. 
In the shell sample don't print the result of executing a script, only
evaluating expressions.

Fixed issue when building samples on Windows using a shared V8
library.  Added visibility option on Linux build which makes the
generated library 18% smaller.

Changed build system to accept multiple build modes in one build and
generate seperate objects, libraries and executables for each mode.

Removed deferred negation optimization (a * -b => -(a * b)) since this
visibly changes operand conversion order.

Improved parsing performance by introducing stack guard in preparsing.
Without a stack guard preparsing always bails out with stack overflow.
