that called into JS. This API is signal-safe, meaning it does not call

This is to ensure the snapshot is deterministic.
Internal fields can contain:
- reference to heap object
- embedder-defined aligned pointer
- a smi
The latter two are not distinguishable by V8, so if the serializer
callback returns non-zero value, we consider it to be an aligned pointer
and clear it to ensure that the snapshot does not contain memory
addresses that may not be deterministic. If the callback returns
{ nullptr, 0 } as result, we consider it to be a smi or some in-place
data that we then serialize verbatim.

This CL refactors the existing trap handler code for Linux to allow a
cleaner extension to Windows.
1) The CL extracts platform-specific code into separate files, see
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1HCgKIpdjy_CEodTLvZ5VuykDI6gGTHrTtau2j0zwm28.
Specifically this means:
* Move posix-specific API functions from v8.h to v8-wasm-trap-handler-posix.h.
Deprecate the existing TryHandleSignal API function.
* Move posix-specific function declarations from trap-handler-internal.h to
handler-inside-posix.h
* Move posix-specific function definitions from handler-shared.cc to
handler-outside-posix.cc
2) The CL changes filenames from *-linux.* to *-posix.*. I expect that
most of the implementation for MacOS will be the same as for Linux.

usually passed to the JS prepareStackTrace callback. This allows two
important goals to be realized: 1) we can easily stringify individual
frames and 2) we can (if needed) call back into JS from this callback
with a usable structure. If, as is sometimes the case, a v8::StackTrace
is needed, |v8::Exception::GetStackTrace| can be used on the exception
that is passed to PrepareStackTraceCallback.

Splits background compilation data out of ScriptStreamingData and into
BackgroundCompileTask. Also makes BackgroundCompileTask no longer a sub-class
of ScriptStreamingTask, and instead have ScriptStreamingTask delegate to a
BackgroundCompileTask.
As part of this change, we now create the CharacterStream on the main thread,
and therefore have to set the (thread-local) runtime_call_stats on the already
created CharacterStream when the BackgroundCompileTask is run on the background
thread. As such, changes to CharacterStream were needed to feed the
runtime_call_stats through appropriately.
Deprecates Source::GetCachedData and StreamedSource::GetCachedData since they are
no longer used, and the streamed source never has cached data (streaming is
suppressed if cached data is available). Also removes Utf8ChunkedStream which
is dead code.

This changes the Name::hash_field and Symbol::flags to uint32_t as
well, so that both Symbols and Strings consume one fewer word on 64-bit
architectures now. More importantly the access to String::length is
always a 32-bit field load now, even with 31-bit Smis (i.e. on ARM or
on 64-bit with pointer compression), so the access should be faster.

Previously explicit calls to external memory adjustment could yield in lowering
the limit below the initial default limit. The consequence is repeated useless
garbage collections when e.g. passing around ArrayBuffers.

We have an API (GetCodeRange) which gives the location of V8 code on the
heap, but builtin code no longer lives on the heap.
The upcoming work on the V8 stack unwinder requires the embedder to
provide the code ranges for both the heap and builtins, so this API will
be used there.

Currently, we use an AllocationKind to signal to the embedder how v8
has allocated the backingstore of an array buffer. The embedder then has
to implement matching logic to free an exernalized buffer. By Using
custom deleters v8 can communicate how to free an externalized array
buffer without requiring all embedders to implement corresponding
freeing logic.

This call can be used by embedder to request a GC for testing reasons.
The GC also takes the current embedder stack state as an argument that
is forwarded to the embedder when entering the atomic pause.
This way embedders can request garbage collections for testing and set
how the embedder should treat the stack.

Some clients (see Node.js) use platform path as ScriptOrigin.
Reporting platform path in protocol makes using protocol much harder.
This CL introduced V8InspectorClient::resourceNameToUrl method that
is called for any reported using protocol url.
V8Inspector uses url internally as well so protocol client may generate
pattern for blackboxing with file urls only and does not need to build
complicated regexp that covers files urls and platform paths on
different platforms.

With the callback we can check if the origin trial is turned on for a
given context.
I will not land the other CL which added a flag to the isolate. The
information if the origin trial is on is context-specific and not
isolate-specific, and it's hard on the embedder side to track all
creations of a context.
With the API proposed in this CL we will ask the embedder every time we
start compilation whether the origin trial is on or off.

Move brackets enclosing declarator in a couple of V8_DEPRECATE_SOON
cases so that the attribute is correctly placed.
I.e. should come after the class keyword and after a function signature
but before the body.
Also adds suppressions for a case where a replacement method calls
the deprecated method it replaces.

This marks the following methods as V8_DEPRECATE_SOON and adds new
versions that take Isolate* as their first parameter:
PrimitiveArray::Set
PrimitiveArray::Get
StackTrace::GetFrame
String::Write
String::WriteOneByte
String::WriteUtf8
String::Concat
StringObject::New
Additionally StackFrameInfo, Module and TemplateInfo are marked as
NeverReadOnlySpaceObject so their GetIsolates calls are safe.
In api.cc, ContextFromHeapObject is split into
ContextFromNeverReadOnlySpaceObject and UnsafeContextFromHeapObject,
where the latter uses the deprecated methods but is only called from
methods that were themselves already marked V8_DEPRECATE_SOON.
Deprecation warnings for using HeapObject::GetHeap/GetIsolate are
suppressed for all the uses in V8_DEPRECATE_SOON methods so that stats
produced using tools/collect_deprecation_stats.sh don't show them.

added without name are element edges with auto-incremented indexes
while the edges added with names will be internal edges with

This extends the ScriptCompiler::CompileModule function with a
CompileOptions argument. Accepted values are kNoCompileOptions (in
which case, behavior remains unmodified) and kConsumeCodeCache. If the
latter is passed, we try to fetch the given module from the code
cache.
Since it is possible to compile the same source code as both a script
and a module (and different code is generated for the two cases), a
new is_module bit is added to the SerializedCodeData header to
disambiguate between the two cases.

The current profiling mode (called kLeafNodeLineNumbers in this CL)
produces a tree, with each node representing a stack frame that is seen
in one or more samples taken during profiling. These nodes refer to a
particular function in a stack trace, but not to a particular line or
callsite within that function.
This CL adds a new more (called kCallerLineNumbers) which produces a
different profile tree, where each stack trace seen during profiling,
including the line number, has a unique path in the tree.
The profile tree was previously keyed on CodeEntry*. Now it is keyed on
the pair of CodeEntry* and line_number, meaning it has distinct nodes
for those combinations which exist, and each distinct stack trace that
was sampled is represented in the tree.
For optimized code where we have inline frames, there are no line
numbers for the inline frames in the stack trace, causing duplicate
branches in the tree with kNoLineNumberInfo as the reported line number.
This will be addressed in follow-ups.
