07011cc4f0 Replace %RunMicrotasks with %PerformMicrotaskCheckpoint
This replaces Runtime_RunMicrotasks with Runtime_PerformMicrotaskCheckpoint.

RunMicrotasks forcibly runs Microtasks even when the microtasks are suppressed,
and may causes nested Microtasks in a problematic way. E.g. that confuses
v8::MicrotasksScope::IsRunningMicrotasks() and GetEnteredOrMicrotaskContext().

OTOH, PerformMicrotaskCheckpoint() doesn't run cause the failure as it
respects the microtask suppressions.

As all existing tests don't call RunMicrotasks() in the suppressed situation
(like Promise.resolve().then(()=>{%RunMicrotasks();})), this change should
not affect to these tests.

9d51166419 [bigint] Make kMaxLength platform-independent.
Taking kSystemPointerSize into account when determining the maximum
allowed BigInt size accidentally made the limit platform-specific.
This patch chooses a platform-independent constant (1<<30) instead.

a5336471f2 [builtins] Implement Object.fromEntries
Adds the Object.fromEntries() method behind
--harmony-object-from-entries.

Includes an initial implementation of the new experimental builtin
Object.fromEntries implemented by Daniel Clifford, and
has been modified by Caitlin Potter to support a fast case to skip
the iterator protocol when it can be done unobservably in common cases.

There are some incidental changes: A number of CSA macros have been
updated to use TNodes, and some Context arguments have been
re-arranged to be implicit in Torque.

There are also a number of mjsunit tests written mirroring and
expanding on the test262 tests.

f28a753354 [bigint] Make competing read/write operations on bitfield atomic.
GC needs to be able to read a bigint's length while the main thread may
change the length and the sign (bigints are intentionally mutable as
long as they haven't escaped to user code). Since both values are stored
in the same bitfield, we need to make these accesses atomic.

Also change right-trimming to not insert a filler when the object is
in large object space (it makes no sense there).

a6ab4e006c [bigint] Fix harmless DCHECK failure
Behavior in Release mode was correct; Debug mode triggered a DCHECK
failure that indicated an inefficiency: when a requested truncation
would be a no-op, we should return the original BigInt, rather than
creating a copy. In the special case of -2^(n-1), i.e. the smallest
negative n-bit integer, getting truncated to n bits, with n being a
multiple of kDigitBits, this shortcut was not taken.

a51f3fc652 [js weak refs] Add WeakRef
- Add the WeakRef class and its deref() function.

- Add WeakFactory.prototype.makeRef

- Implement the "keep during job" behavior for WeakRef constructor and deref().

- Here we keep the targets alive longer than until the end of the job
  (microtask), contradicting the spec. However, this is probably the indended
  behavior, see https://github.com/tc39/proposal-weakrefs/issues/39 .

9867aa3f2a [async-await] remove CSA_SLOW_ASSERT in AsyncGeneratorResolve
The assertion was intended to verify that the function is only called
at appropriate times (at a point when it was called both by by other builtins, and by desugarings added in the parser and during bytecode generation) --- However, it didn't account for the case where
the wrapper Promise is resolved with another JSPromise with a
non-callable "then" method. (Step 12 of
https://tc39.github.io/ecma262/#sec-promise-resolve-functions):

"If IsCallable(thenAction) is false, then
    Return FulfillPromise(promise, resolution)."

It would be observable to verify this behaviour by loading the "then"
value and asserting that it's non-callable, so instead the CSA_ASSERT
is just removed and replaced with a comment explaining the appropriate
use of the function.

bc324dbd9b [class] Fix class field name initialization
Previously when class names were computed and set as part of
StoreDataPropertyInLiteral calls, it was observable to static fields
as these static fields are initialized right after the classes were
constructed but before the class names were installed.
This caused the name property to be undefined for this case.

Instead, this patch always forces the creation of a name property on
the class constructor when static class fields are used. This patch
does kill the class boilerplate optimization, but currently all static
class fields are installed using a runtime call to CreateDataProperty
so this isn't any worse when using static class fields.

In the future, this can be optimized away by storing the name on the
boilerplate.

There is spec discussion here:
https://github.com/tc39/proposal-class-fields/issues/85

There isn't a resolution yet, there's still discussion about whether
to have the name be undefined always for static class field
initializers. But, I don't think that's useful as it would always kill
our boilerplate optimization (like this patch does ..., but without the
future optimization potential).

2a2c9e5f79 [async-await] Refactor await optimization and include async generators
Design doc:
https://docs.google.com/document/d/1kL08cz4lR6gO5b2FATNK3QAfS8t-6K6kdk88U-n8tug/edit

This CL is a follow-up after the original implementation, see CL:
https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/v8/v8/+/1106977

It includes a fix for the missing async generators optimization,
as well as cleanup of the manual patching of the builtins. It also includes
mjsunit test for all usages of the new behaviour.

74adec5b3b [cleanup] Remove obsolete runtime functions.
Remove %ToPrimitive, %ToPrimitive_Number, %SameValue and %SameValueZero,
as these runtime functions were only used from tests. For the %SameValue
we use Object.is() to test the internal algorithm (the actual one even),
and for %SameValueZero we use Set#has() - this was already the case for
most uses anyways.

Also drop %IsDate and %ValueOf, which didn't have uses at all.

Previously, Atomics.notify was just an alias to Atomics.wake, which
doesn't quite let us add a use counter for these individual builtins.

This patch refactors the existing Atomics.wake into a separate
function that is called from two separate builtins.

44c24bf827 [cleanup] Remove a lot of dead intrinsics/runtime functions.
The following runtime functions (and their intrinsic counter parts) are
completely unused/obsolete by now

  - %ToInteger

and in addition the intrinsics for %_ToNumber and %_IsJSProxy are also
dead (according to code coverage and manual verification), so drop them
as well (their runtime function counterparts are still somewhat used).

8c3c1b6c0f [mjsunit] Move the implementation of testAsync into a separate file
The original implementation of 'testAsync' in mjsunit.js required to
put the call to '%AbortJS' into an 'eval' statement. The reason is that
this call requires the flag --allow-natives-syntax to be set, but the
flag is not set in all mjsunit tests. With the use of 'eval'
compilation errors can be avoided.

The problem with this approach was that the fuzzer started to produce
test cases which include the line 'eval("%AbortJS(message)");', and
this line crashes intentionally. Different to the line
'%Abort(message)', however, the 'eval' statement cannot be filtered
so easily in the fuzzer. Therefore I pulled the implementation of
'testAsync' into a separate file to avoid the 'eval'.

Additional changes: I use '===' now instead of 'deepEquals' in
AsyncAssertion.equals because 'deepEquals' is not available outside
mjsunit.js. Using '===' seems more appropriate anyways because for
all tests but one it is sufficient, and it is more precise than
deepEquals.

c79206b363 Add Atomics.notify as alias for Atomics.wake
At the May 2018 TC39 meeting, they decided to rename Atomics.wake to
Atomics.notify. This change adds Atomics.notify as an alias, but does
not remove Atomics.wake, which will be removed later.

This allows for embedders to use either name to prevent
breaking tests. When the tests are switched over, we can remove
Atomics.wake.

6c585ef0e8 [runtime] perform type conversion earlier in IntegerIndexedElementSet
When storing an indexed property in a typed array, it's necessary to
convert the value to a Number (or to a Bigint) before performing the
bounds check, per
https://tc39.github.io/ecma262/#sec-integerindexedelementset.

This CL adds appropriate type conversions in
Object::SetPropertyInternal (which technically is reached after the
bounds check has already occurred, but this isn't observable yet ---
In the future, once OOB accesses on TypedArrays actually throw, this
will need to be refactored again), and in StoreFastElementStub, and
ElementsTransitionAndStoreStub (via CSA::EmitElementStore).

The change was not necessary in TurboFan, as
JSNativeContextSpecialization already performs the value conversion
before the boundscheck.

The result is some fixed test262 tests, and some new test coverage
for this behaviour in mjsunit.

75f14dbffc [regexp] Remove exhaustive Script_Extensions tests
The upstream test suite for Unicode property escapes [1] is exhaustive
and is updated soon after every new release of the Unicode Standard.
It is then upstreamed into Test262.

This patch simplifies our own Script_Extensions tests and the script
used to generate them. Now, only a few code points are tested for each
Script_Extension. This avoids unnecessary friction every time ICU
is updated based on a new Unicode version.

f3cfe09549 [class] Throw on private field access miss
Private fields should not return undefined on access miss, but instead
should throw a TypeError.

This patch uses a bit on v8::Symbol to mark if this symbol is a
private field or not.

This patch also changes the LookupIterator code path that deals with
LookupIterator::State::DATA to deal with JSReceiver instead of
JSObject.

Note: the error message doesn't output the field name, but that's a
WIP.

Report an error during scope analysis if we're unable to find a

This doesn't correctly throw an early error when pre parsing a top

6b1586e32b [esnext] only load .next() once for JSAsyncFromSyncIterator
A version of the spec change from
https://github.com/tc39/ecma262/pull/988, but applied to the
Async-from-Sync iterator type.

This change does not modify generated bytecode (but maybe it should to
take advantage of load IC feedback for loading "next"). Doing this grows
bytecode by quite a bit, since it's necessary to throw-if-not-an-object
before loading "next" (which currently gets to live in a code stub
instead).

5c59fe02e3 [class] Fix preparsed scope data mismatch for computed class fields
Previously we only created synthetic variables in the parser and not
in the preparser, causing mismatch in the preparsed scope data.

This patch creates the variables in both parsers.

4ca9d843f8 [class] Store class fields initializer on the constructor
Previously, the class fields initializer function was stored on a
synthetic context allocated variable. This approach had sevaral
problems:

- We didn't know that class literal had fields until after we had
completely parsed the class literal. This meant that we had to go back
and fix up the scope of the constructor to have this synthetic
variable. This resulted in mismatch between parser and preparsed scope
data.

- This synthetic variable could potentially resolve to an initializer
of an outer class.

For ex:
class X extends Object {
  c = 1;
  constructor() {
    var t = () => {
      class P extends Object {
        constructor() {
          var t = () => { super(); };
          t();
        }
      }
      super();
    }
    t();
  }
}

In this the inner class P could access the outer class X's initiliazer
function. We would have to maintain extra metadata to make sure this
doesn't happen.

Instead this new approach uses a private symbol to store the
initializer function on the class constructor itself.

For the base constructor case, we can simply check for a bit on the
constructor function literal to see if we need to emit code that loads
and calls this initializer function. Therefore, we don't pay the cost
of loading this function in case there are no class fields.

For the derived constructor case, there are two possiblities:
(a) We are in a super() call directly in the derived constructor:

In this case we can do a check similar to the base constructor check,
we can check for a bit on the derived constructor and emit code for
loading and calling the initializer function.

This is usually the common case and we don't pay any cost for not using
class fields.

(b) We are in a super() call inside an arrow function in the derived
constructor:

In this case, we /always/ emit code to load and call the initializer
function. If the function doesn't exist then we have undefined and we
don't call anything. Otherwise we call the function.

super() can't be called twice so even if we emit code to load and call
the initializer function multiple times, it doesn't matter because it
would have already been an error.

98df94cdd4 [bigint] Fix abstract equality with junk strings
Abstract equality comparison of a BigInt and a String converts the
latter to BigInt. This conversion can fail; since we do not want to
pass a context to the comparison function, we must signal such failure
without throwing an exception.
This CL uses the existing ShouldThrow enum to configure behavior of
String-to-BigInt conversion, moving it out of Object into globals.h.

35b6aa3849 [js] Remove CHECK_OBJECT_COERCIBLE for Array methods
The spec got rid of `CheckObjectCoercible` a while back, and so should
we. This change is not observable in most of the affected cases since
`ToObject` is up near the top of most Array method algorithms. An
example of an observable effect of this change occurs for the following
input:

    Array.prototype.sort.call(null, 1);

Behavior before applying the patch (incorrect message):

    TypeError: Array.prototype.sort called on null or undefined

Expected behavior:

    TypeError: The comparison function must be either a function or
               undefined

This patch removes `CheckObjectCoercible` and adds tests to ensure the
few observable cases are addressed correctly.

The patch also adds a missing `ToObject(this)` to
`Array.prototype.lastIndexOf` which would otherwise become observable
as a result of `CheckObjectCoercible` being removed.

6ff68255e9 [bigint] Introduce ToNumeric conversion.
This introduces a ToNumeric conversion to the runtime and interpreter.
ToNumeric behaves like ToNumber, except that it also lets BigInts pass.

ed6f00fb8e [modules] Implement import.meta proposal
Rewrites references to import.meta to a new GetImportMetaObject runtime
call. Embedders can define a callback for creating the meta object using
v8::Isolate::SetHostGetImportMetaObjectCallback. If no callback has been
provided, an empty object with null prototype is created.

This adds an example implementation to d8 that sets meta.url.

159236ec25 [regexp] Update semantics of GetSubstitution with named captures
The specced semantics of GetSubstitution are expected to change in the
case of malformed named references, or named references to nonexistent
named groups. The former will evaluate to the identity replacement of
'$<', while the latter will result in replacement by the empty string.

ba44981a6a Revert "[language] Implement optional catch binding proposal"
This reverts commit d0651bd108.

Reason for revert: Breaks gc stress with embedded snapshot:
https://build.chromium.org/p/client.v8/builders/V8%20Linux64%20GC%20Stress%20-%20custom%20snapshot/builds/15355

Original change's description:
> [language] Implement optional catch binding proposal
>
> This allows the syntax `try {} catch {}` (with no binding after the
> `catch`).
>
> See https://github.com/michaelficarra/optional-catch-binding-proposal/

> Currently behind --harmony-optional-catch-binding.
>
> As part of the implementation, this allows TryCatchStatements to not
