f4411a32cd [test] Properly load mjsunit.js on endurance fuzzer
Load mjsunit.js inside the realm as otherwise the functions are not
available in the realm's scope.

This also prints timestamps after each test to easier track down slow
tests.

We also pass --omit-quit to not stop too early.

This also adds the ability to skip certain tests for endurance
fuzzing and skips some tests with known problems.

cae7667c19 PPC/s390: Reland [turbofan] Implement on-stack returns (Intel)
Port bd732f7ddd

Original Commit Message:

    The original CL introduced a test which uses a random number generator.
    I disable the test for now, which is okay because this CL adds to a
    work-in-progress feature anyways, and I will fix the problem in another
    CL.

    Original description:
    Add the ability to return (multiple) return values on the stack:

    - Extend stack frames with a new buffer region for return slots.
      This region is located at the end of a caller's frame such that
      its slots can be indexed as caller frame slots in a callee
      (located beyond its parameters) and assigned return values.
    - Adjust stack frame constructon and deconstruction accordingly.
    - Extend linkage computation to support register plus stack returns.
    - Reserve return slots in caller frame when respective calls occur.
    - Introduce and generate architecture instructions ('peek') for
      reading back results from return slots in the caller.
    - Aggressive tests.
    - Some minor clean-up.

    So far, only ia32 and x64 are implemented.

59f221740c [wasm] Fix wasm-to-wasm handling in 'native heap' lazy compile
Wasm-to-wasm uses a tail call mechanism to reach the target
function. This means there is no frame for it. This CL ports
the fix for that for the WasmCodeManager case, akin the current
fix for the GC case.

bb64e34f0c [wasm] Add "freeze" flag to test lazy compilation
In order to test that we don't repeatedly go through the
WasmCompileLazy runtime function, add a flag to the
LazyCompilationOrchestrator to "freeze" it, i.e. disallow any further
lazy compilation.
In tests, use this flag to first call a method, then freeze lazy
compilation, then call the method again to assert that no further lazy
compilation is triggered.

This test currently fails with --wasm-jit-to-native, so disable it for
that variant.

6452b26a4b Reimplement Array.prototype.slice in CSA and C++
Previously, V8's slice was implemented in a combination of C++ and a
Javascript fallback. The disadvantage of this approach was that the
fast-path required a call through the CEntryStub, which introduced
considerable overhead for small arrays with fast elements kinds.

Now the implementation primarily uses the CSA to generate both the
full spec-complaint implementation as well as fast paths for argument
objects and arrays with fast elements kinds. The CSA implementation
uses a C++ implementation fallback in select situations where the the
complexity of a CSA implementation would be too great and the
CEntryStub overhead is not decisive (e.g. slices of dictionary
elements arrays).

Performance results on semi-random arrays with small number of
elements (old vs. new):

smi copy: 48.7 ms vs. 12 ms
smi slice: 43.5 ms 14.8 ms
object copy: 35.5 ms 7.7 ms
object slice: 38.7 ms 8.8 ms
dictionary slice: 2398.3 ms vs. 5.4 ms
fast sloppy arguments slice: 9.6 ms vs. 7.2 ms
slow sloppy arguments slice: 28.9 ms vs. 8.5 ms

As a bonus, the new implementation is fully spec-compliant and fixes
at least one existing bug.

470a10015d Start migration of try/throw/catch to match proposal.
This CL does the first baby steps on moving the current (experimental)
exception handling to match that of the WebAssembly proposal.

It does the following:

1) Use exception tags instead of integers.

2) Only handle empty exception signatures (i.e. no values associated
   with the exception tag.

3) Only handle one catch clause.

4) Be sure to rethrow the exception if the exception tag does not match.

Note: There are many things that need to be fixed, and are too
numerous to list here. However, the code should have TODO's on each
missing parts of the implementation.

Also note that the code currently doesn't handle nested catch blocks,
nor does it change the throw value being an integer. Rather, the
integer value is still being thrown, and currently is the exception
tag. Therefore, we don't build an exception object. This is the reason
why this CL doesn't handle exceptions that pass values.

Also, the current implementation still can't handle multiple modules
because tag resolution (between) modules has not be implemented yet.

0a5cbce468 Complete set of exception handling opcodes in decoder.
Adds missing opcodes for exception handling for the function body decoder.
Also adds error messages if the exception handling construct is not yet
functional.

Note that the previous prototype for catch and throw have been marked
as not yet functional. This was done because it doesn't model
exceptions the way the proposal suggests. Rather, they implement a
hard-coded (c++ model) of exceptions.

Different Intl features (DateTimeFormat, NumberFormat, etc) have
different lists of locales supported. Previously, the default locale
was set to "und", as opposed to what was detected from the surrounding
system, if any of these features was missing data. With this patch,
only that feature is set to "und". In this way, the data quality should
be just as good as if there were no fallback logic, but at the same time,
resolvedOptions().locale should show the locale actually in effect.

c1c93e8246 [wasm] add a test case for 3GB memory
Although we currently only support up to 1GB memory, we want to raise
this issue in the future. This test illustrates several issues we need
to be sure to fix first.

950322e070 [asm.js] Fix source positions in for-statement parsing.
This fixes source position tracking within the "increment" expression of
a for-statement. The old {StashCode} method was inherently incompatible
with side tables like the source position table, as it would leave them
untouched while mutating the bytecode stream. It was hence trimmed down
to {DeleteCode}.

b213f23990 [date] Add ICU backend for timezone info behind a flag
This patch implements a timezone backend which is based on ICU, rather
than operating system calls. It can be turned on by passing the
--icu-timezone-data flag. The goal here is to take advantage of ICU's
data, which is more complete than the data that some system calls expose.
For example, without any special code, this patch fixes the time zone
of Lord Howe Island to have a correct 30 minute DST offset, rather than
60 minutes as the OS backends assume it to have.

Unfortunately, the parenthized timezone name in Date.prototype.toString()
differs across platforms. This patch chooses the long timezone name,
which matches Windows behavior and might be the most intelligible, but
the web compatibility impact is unclear.

a84da1c3b7 [wasm][asm.js] Fix and enable several asm.js tests with the new parser.
Fix a few items broken during review of scanner + parser:
* Make the scanner retain stale newline state on a rewind (as otherwise it must be able to correctly rewind that too, though it doesn't need it). (Probably should revisit).
* Change StashCode in the builder skip to the zero case, as it crashes for some reason (added TODO).

Also fix:
* Drop test based on constant expression evaluation in main parser
* Support constant defined based on existing constant.
* Type constants as signed.
* Added a check that all used functions are defined eventually.
* Zone allocate strings for simplicity (TODOs to refactor better).

2b1ed94464 [test] Fix mjsunit/getters-on-elements to reset function state
The function "foo" in "base_getter_test" was picking up a left-over
optimised code object from foo's code map, the third time that
base_getter_test was run, instead of optimising it itself. This
broke the assumptions of the test, that each case was functionally
independent from the others, and had started off with empty feedback
and no optimised code.

This breaks the test though, so we have to blacklist it pending a fix
to the root cause (http://crbug.com/v8/6101).

ae8f28208f This is a workaround for the fact that %SetCode can "lose" the script for a js native. If the js native is re-initialized (for a Realm or something), then the source SharedFunctionInfo won't have a script anymore. Nonetheless, we may want to optimize the function. If we've compiled bytecode, then we can compile optimized code without a script.
Here, we carve out a special exception for this case, so that we can turn on the --mark-shared-functions-for-tier-up.

ffa4010cc8 Skip mjsunit/big-object-literal for debug builds.
mjsunit/big-object-literal will exhaust the stack in debug builds,
due to different compiler settings. It will work in optdebug.
This disables for both. Adding an 'optdebug' test to .status files
is easy, but I don't want to contribute to the 'mode x variant explosion'.

0c6b6138bf X87: [test] disable number-tostring test case for x87.
The reason:
  The CL #41255 (https://codereview.chromium.org/2520363002 ) reimplemnt the Number.prototype.toString and the added number-tostring test cases failed at x87.

  Similar to many previos fixing CLs, i.e.: CL #37371 (https://codereview.chromium.org/2111493002 ), the root reason is:
  The Gcc compiler and it's dependent C++ libraris on linux platform use x87 in extended 80-bit double precision by default.
  So the reimplemented DoubleToRadixCString() will generate extended 80-bit double precision result which isn't the expected standard 64-bit double precision
  value.

  Although modifying DoubleToRadixCString() function to manually do the 80-bit <--> 64-bit conversion for each double/float computation step can fix this issue,
  but it wll drop the DoubleToRadixCString() function's performance of other architectures.

  This CL put the failed number-tostring test cases into number-tostring-big-integer.js and disables it for x87.

1834ab7246 [debug-wrapper] Adapt tests, breakpoint.actual_location
Adapted various tests to restrictions of inspector protocol:

* osr-typing-debug-change: Don't set function variable value.
* debug-evaluate-locals: Add variable introduced by eval, run typeof
  inside evaluate().
* regress-419663: Don't set duplicate breakpoints.
* regress-crbug-465298: Compare against function name instead of value.
* regress-crbug-621361: Make evaluate return string results.
* debug-script: Various counts were off due to new way tests are called.
                Added new inspector script type.

Breakpoints now contain the actual break position, and remote object
reconstruction has been extended a bit.

eaed31c5f5 [wasm] Add guard regions to end of WebAssembly.Memory buffers
With this change, WebAssembly.Memory objects have backing stores allocated as an
8GB region where everything beyond the size of the Wasm heap is inaccessible.

GrowMemory is now implemented by changing the protection on the guard regions to
make the new portions of the heap accessible.

Guard pages are not enabled by default, but this change adds a flag and a test
variant to make sure we get test coverage on them.

b06c4ce5a6 [debug-wrapper] Further extend the debug wrapper
This CL further extends the debug wrapper, migrates around 60 tests, and
removes a few tests that use functionality we will not support anymore.

In more detail:

* Removed tests that use:
  * enable/disable individual breakpoints
  * invocationText()
  * the ScriptCollected event
  * showBreakPoints
  * evalFromScript (and similar)
  * mirror.constructedBy and mirror.referencedBy
  * event_data.promise()
* Some frame.evaluate uses were adapted since due to differences between
  remote objects (inspector) and mirrors. For instance, exceptions are
  currently not recreated exactly, since the inspector protocol does not
  give us the stack and message separately. Other objects (such as
  'this' in debug-evaluate-receiver-before-super) need to be explicitly
  converted to a string before the test works correctly.
* Ensure that inspector stores the script before sending ScriptParsed and
  ScriptFailedToParse events in order to be able to use the script from
  within those events.
* Better remote object reconstruction (e.g. for undefined and arrays).
* New functionality in wrapper:
  * debuggerFlags().breakPointsActive.setValue()
  * scripts()
  * execState.setVariableValue()
  * execState.scopeObject().value()
  * execState.scopeObject().property()
  * execState.frame().allScopes()
  * eventData.exception()
  * eventData.script()
  * setBreakPointsActive()

b32ee40de8 [debug-wrapper] Conditional breaks, locals, evaluate, scopes
This CL adds support for:
* conditional breaks in setBreakpoint,
* locals in frame.local{Count,Name,Value},
* evaluation on a frame in frame.evaluate,
* and more detailed scope information in scopeObject.

Uses of several functions that are not covered by the
inspector protocol and are only used in tests have been removed.

Local handling has been modified to also include arguments as locals.
Inspector differs in this regard from our FrameDetails in that
arguments are always shown as locals. Argument-related functions
were removed.
