49a526ace9 Remove invalid DCHECKS in unwinding-info-writer
The unwinding info writer was assuming that a block that had no initial
state must be the start or end block. It was trying to check if the
block was the start or end by asserting that the block had either
no predecessors or no successors. Loop rotation breaks this assumption,
since it can move a block from inside a loop to before the loop
header, and the block can then be the "start" block. But since
such a block has both predecessor(s) and a successor, the check was
wrong.

f1fb7bca44 [Liftoff] Fix corner case of register moves
If we have both f32 and f64 locals, we use the same register to hold

fp register with both the f32 and f64 type. Explicitly allow that case
to happen.

This CL prevents redundancy elimination from widening types, which
can cause problems if the input of a DeadValue (which has type None)

can happen because load elimination does not re-type nodes, for
example.

5ed7dff356 [Liftoff][ia32] Fix i64 sign extension on non-byte register
The {movsx_b} instruction can only take byte registers (or operands) as

on i32 a few lines above.

20b6330037 [Liftoff] Keep consistent register mapping in non-merged regions
We currently de-duplicate used registers also in regions which do not
need merging. In those regions though it can never happen that we need
to pass different values from any merge input. Apart from introducing
unnecessary register moves, this also causes a DCHECK to fail, because
we might later want to merge back different registers into one.

Assume this initial stack state (where each letter is a register):
[A B B C]
If in any child block the two Bs get de-duplicated so something like
[A B D C]
then we run into trouble when merging back this state into the parent
state, because both B and D would need to be put into B.
In this case we can statically infer that B and D must hold the same
value anyway, but having this situation does not make much sense in the
first place, so the DCHECK fires correctly.

14faced4c0 [Liftoff] Fix moving stack values
On x64 the {kScratchRegister} cannot be held in a {LiftoffRegister},
since it is not a valid cache register. Also, the code unnecessarily
checked whether there is an unused cache register, but then didn't use
it. Simplify the logic to always use the scratch register, just
distinguish between 4-byte and 8-byte moves.
On ia32 we did not move 64-bit values correctly if we didn't have
unused registers and needed to move via the stack.

89a64f04d1 [parser] Eagerly throw pattern error even if we lazily throw lhs error for calls
We don't eagerly throw for assignments to calls; see v8:4480. They are simply
turned into assignments to Property instead. We need to record a declaration
error, however. Otherwise we'll end up with a Property in a declaration
context.

To reduce the scope of the lazy throwing, in this fix I record a pattern error
instead, making calls as assignment target in a destructuring assignment
context throw eagerly.

d1b4e31bc5 [parser] Replacing ExpressionClassifier with ExpressionScope that knows what it's tracking
Since it's explicit what we're tracking, we can immediately throw errors in
certain cases, and ignore irrelevant errors. We don't need to use the
classifier itself to track "let let", since we know whether we're parsing a
"let". Errors that were previously (almost) always accumulated are now
immediately pushed to the scopes that care (parameter initialization errors).

This CL drops avoiding allocation of classified errors, at least for now, but
that doesn't affect performance anymore since we don't aggressively blacklist
anymore. Classified errors are even less likely with the more precise approach.

ParseAssignmentExpression doesn't introduce its own scope immediately, but
reuses the outer scope.

Rather than using full ExpressionClassifiers + Accumulate to separate
expressions/patterns from each other while keeping track of the overall error
state, this now uses an explicit AccumulationScope.

When we parse (async) arrow functions we introduce new scopes
that track that they may be (async) arrow functions.

We track StrictModeFormal parameters in 2 different ways if it isn't
immediately certain that it is a strict-mode formal error: Either directly on
the (Pre)ParserFormalParameters, or on the NextArrowFunctionInfo in the case
we're not yet certain that we'll have an arrow function. In the latter case we
don't have a FormalParameter object yet, and we'll copy it over once we know
we're parsing an arrow function. The latter works because it's not allowed to
change strictness of a function with non-simple parameters.

f68ee6e7e4 [typedarrays] Use Detach instead of Neuter
This is purely a renaming change. The ES spec uses the term 'detach'
for the process of removing the backing store of a typed array, while
V8 uses the historical term 'neuter'. Update our internal implementation,
including method names and flag names, to match the spec.

Note that some error messages still use the term 'neuter' since error
messages are asserted by some embedder tests, like layout tests.

ff6544c5b0 [wasm] fix js-api Memory and Table constructor
Fix and re-enable tests for WebAssembly's memory/constructor and
table/constructor js-api.

It introduces the '[EnforceRange] unsigned long' algorithm used
to validate initial and maximum properties.

The initial property is now required, by the switch to the Web IDL
specification. Most of the input validations errors are now considered
TypeError instead of RangeError.

The WasmTableObject and WasmMemoryObject APIs use more consistently uint32_t
to ensure integer range and remove the need for bounds checks.

07011cc4f0 Replace %RunMicrotasks with %PerformMicrotaskCheckpoint
This replaces Runtime_RunMicrotasks with Runtime_PerformMicrotaskCheckpoint.

RunMicrotasks forcibly runs Microtasks even when the microtasks are suppressed,
and may causes nested Microtasks in a problematic way. E.g. that confuses
v8::MicrotasksScope::IsRunningMicrotasks() and GetEnteredOrMicrotaskContext().

OTOH, PerformMicrotaskCheckpoint() doesn't run cause the failure as it
respects the microtask suppressions.

As all existing tests don't call RunMicrotasks() in the suppressed situation
(like Promise.resolve().then(()=>{%RunMicrotasks();})), this change should
not affect to these tests.

148ef606a7 [wasm] Load thread-in-wasm flag from the isolate
The existing implementation embedded an isolate-specific pointer to the
thread-in-wasm flag in the wrapper code. However, when the module code
is shared among multiple workers, this can mean that the workers
share the same thread-in-wasm flag.

With this change we load the pointer to the flag at runtime from the
current isolate. Thereby the correct flag is used even when the same
code is executed on different workers.

Note that we could access the right flag address by going through the
root register. However, changing the code generation to use the root
register requires some inconvenient steps:
* Pass the isolate to the pipeline again, which we don't want.
* Change the WasmCallDescriptor to allow the use of the root register
for wrappers but not for other code.
To avoid these issues, and allow the CL to be easy to merge back, we
got for the changes proposed here.

Rather check expressions used as patterns directly. Check parentheses by

This also more uniformly restores messages like "Invalid destructuring

71f59a23fc [parser] Drop ExpressionClassifier::ArrowFormalsParameterProduction and BP_to_AFP
Instead, simply track it as a valid binding pattern. To do this in the case of
parenthesized formals, we delay throwing the binding pattern error for
parenthesized (and async "calls") until we know it's not an arrow function head
by itself.

This guarantees that if an arrow head is a valid binding pattern, it's either a
valid parenthesized head or a valid identifier, or invalid pattern ("array" or
"object" literal style). We can detect the latter case by checking that the
current token is not a RPAREN and the expression isn't an identifier.
(Alternatively we could check that the curren token is RBRACE or RBRACK...)

b28637b4fe [turbofan] Apply duct-tape to load elimination
Load elimination is running together with to dead code elimination, the
latter of which might eliminate allocations (in particular FinishRegion
nodes). These are treated as alias nodes by load elimination, and load
elimination does not immediatelly learn that a node has been disconnected.
This causes load elimination to access the inputs of dead code eliminated
nodes while resolving renames, which causes nullptr dereferences.

This CL modifies load elimination to not resolve to a nullptr alias but
simply stop before that.

Previously we'd check `x` for -0 by testing `(1.0 / x) == -Infinity`,

In CSA we already perform bit checks to test for -0, so teach TurboFan
to do the same for comparisons to -0 (via `Object.is`). We introduce a
new NumberIsMinusZero simplified operator to handle the case where
SimplifiedLowering already knows that the input is a number.

5bf9e470f8 [parser] Fix cover-grammar initializer positions
Since we use a ScopedPtrList to track cover grammar expressions we don't know
the position of the commas anymore. The position of the commas was used to
demark the initializer, which is needed to figure out whether we need hole
checks for variable references. (Typically only references within the
initializer need hole checks for the initialized variable.) Since we didn't
have the comma position, we simply used the position of the first expression as
the position of any subsequent comma, which would make it seem as if the
initializer body wasn't in the initializer. Now instead we simply use the
position of the subsequent parameter as the end of the initializer, which is
close enough.

7412593920 [ignition] More accurate dead statement elision
The Ignition statement list visitor will skip the rest of the
statements in the list if it hits a jump statement (like a return
or break), as the rest of the code in the list can be considered
dead.

    return;
    dead_call(); // skipped

However, since this is at an AST node level, it does not take into
account condition shortcutting:

    if(2.2) return;
    dead_call(); // not skipped

There is also a second dead code elimination in Ignition compilation, at
the bytecode array writer level, where a bytecodes are not emitted if an
"exit" bytecode (Return, Jump, or a few others) has been written, until
the next basic block starts (i.e. a Bind).

This can cause an issue with statements that resurrect the bytecode
array writer part-way through their visit. An example is try-catch
statements, which save the context to a register, and then Bind to start
the try region.

For the case:

    if (2.2) return;
try { // try statement not skipped
        ...
    }

the bytecode writer is called with

    OutputReturn()             // exit bytecode seen
    OutputMove(<context>, r1) // not emitted
Bind(&try_begin) // starts new basic block
    // try body

So, the try is emitted, but without saving the context to a register.
This means that the liveness analysis sees the read of that register
(as the output liveness of throwing bytecodes), but does not have a
write to the register, which means that the liveness escapes.

This patch fixes this by using the bytecode array writer dead-code
elimination (i.e. "exit bytecode seen") to inform the statement list
visitor, so that in this example the try statement is not visited at
all.

The array length is modifiable by user code that is called as a

Note that even though the algorithm may read and write from beyond

requires accesses to be within the original array dimensions (i.e.: 0

cc70a6b050 [wasm] Rename GrowMemory to MemoryGrow
The "grow_memory" opcode was renamed to "memory.grow", and the spec
repo was updated to use kExprMemoryGrow internally instead of
kExprGrowMemory (https://github.com/WebAssembly/spec/pull/720).
This CL does the same change for v8.

Drive-by: Rename "current_size" to "memory.size", and a minor cleanup
in wasm-graph-builder.js to bring it in line with the version in the
js-api tests in the spec repo.

7a975d1116 Revert "[builtins] Fix Array.p.join length overflow and invalid string length handling"
This reverts commit ec969ea3b1.

Reason for revert: test fails consistently on arm bots.
I can't repro the failure locally, but it does consume ~512MB of memory (for a single string, I think?), so my guess is that the bots don't have enough contiguous address space.

Original change's description:
> [builtins] Fix Array.p.join length overflow and invalid string length handling
>
> - Fixes and simplify allocating the temporary fixed array for ToString-ed elements.
> - When the array size is greater than representable by an intptr, it overflowed into a negative value causing a non-negative assert to fail.
> - Simplify fallback behavior by always allocating a conservatively sized temporary fixed array. Previously, if the array had dictionary elements, the temporary fixed array was sized based on %GetNumberDictionaryNumberOfElements() and then resized when entering the fallback.
>
> - Fixes related invalid string length handling. When the running total of the resulting string length overflowed or exceeded String::kMaxLength, a RangeError is thrown. Previously, this thrown RangeError bypassed JoinStackPop and left the receiver on the stack.

cd21f71f9c [parser] Validate destructuring assignment pattern in correct classifier
Previously we'd first accumulate errors to the parent and validate the
destructuring pattern in the parent. In the case of ParseArguments this
will invalidly propagate binding pattern errors from one argument to the

is because it could also be used to parse async arrow function parameters.
If we see async(a,b) we don't yet know whether this is the head of an
async arrow function, or a call to async with arguments a and b.

5b92f91ccd [elements] handle OOB-holes in Array.prototype.includes fast-path
In the ElementsAccessor fast-path for Array.prototype.includes, we
iterate backing-store elements according to start and length numbers
which might or might not be within the JSArray::length field, for
example when side-effects changed the receiver while start and length
are computed. So even when we have a packed ElementsKind, we might still
observe the hole. This is fine, since logical out-of-bounds accesses
are safe in this case, but it means we must not rely on the
ElementsKind telling us if we can encounter holes.

56b8ab5d07 [Liftoff] Fewer pinned registers on store
On ia32, we were pinning too many registers, resulting in no unpinned
byte registers left (we only have three byte registers since {ebx}
is reserved for the root register).
It turns out that on most paths, we don't actually need to pin any
registers, since {Store} is often the last call for an operation (like
any store or set_global). If registers need to be pinned, only pass
those that must be kept alive across the {Store}. This allows to
compute a more narrow set of pinned registers on demand inside {Store}.

Plus minor drive-by changes.

88c5da047e Warm up RNG when --random_seed is used
The RNG state is initialized with random_seed parameter that usually
has lots of zeros. Each random generation iteration shuffles bits with
xor operation over the state. It takes a while before the state is populated
with enough 1s and starts generating uniformly distributed numbers.

The patch warms up the state with 32 iterations when --random_seed is used.

4942076091 [cleanup] Don't declare inline runtime functions by default
For each intrinsic/runtime function we define in runtime.h, an inline
version is automatically declared. We only ever use 24 of the inline
functions. Even though we don't call the other ones, macro magic means
they still take up space by existing in various arrays and tables like
kIntrinsicFunctions. They also create code in switch statements.

Some drive-by cleanups:
 - Remove the switch in NameForRuntimeId() and just use the table of
runtime functions to lookup the name directly.
 - Remove tests for IsFunction, ClassOf and StringAdd intrinsics as
they are the last users of the inline versions of these.
 - Remove the MaxSmi inline version as it is only used in tests.

Saves 64 KiB binary size.

5cfe1a6b12 [es2015] Change JSArrayBufferView::byte_length/byte_offset to uintptr_t.
This is the next step to support large array buffers. On 64-bit archs
the full safe integer range is available (up to 2^53-1 bytes in theory).
On 32-bit platforms the full Unsigned31 range is allowed, so that we can
continue to use CheckBounds for typed arrays and data views in the
optimizing compiler (it's generally unlikely that the kernel will give
you more than 1GiB of contiguous memory anyways).

Drive-by-fix: This introduces proper chokepoints for the byte_offset
and byte_length accesses in the CSA code, and also does some renaming
for consistency.

ca894e093a [wasm] Nerf regression test size
This verifies that asm.js over the internal parameter count limit
does not crash. The internal limit is 1000 parameters, and the test
was using >3000 parameters. Reduce this down to 1005, and also
introduce a test which does not dynamically construct the string
and eval it, because the construction of this string takes time.
Mark the old test as slow in debug mode.

cfe7115690 [array] Move Array.p.unshift fall-back to Torque
This CL implements a generic baseline version of Array.p.unshift
in Torque, enabling us to remove the JS fall-back.

The elements-accessor fast-path is still used, but the check whether

Support for sparse JSArrays is removed.

Drive-by change: Small refactoring in builtins-array that will
get extended to other array builtins in a follow-up CL.

fd334b3216 [builtins] Enable Torque Array.prototype.splice

This impl. is entirely in Torque with a fastpath for SMI,

The same level of "sparse" array support as given by the
array.js implementation is included.

This reland addresses several issues:

* Removed "sparse" array support from splice.
* Addressed ClusterFuzz issue 876443:
The test and code that uses the fix is in this CL.
The fix in isolation can be seen here:

dd40b33371 [wasm] Fix crash during exception stack unwinding.
This fixes a crash with a predicate used during stack unwinding of
WebAssembly frames during exception handling. The predicate caused an
observable side-effect in JavaScript during unwinding, code that is
inherently unhandlified and is not allowed to be observable.

The fix actually just removes the entire predicate. This is because the
updated proposal causes all JavaScript exceptions to participate in
WebAssembly exception handling, allowing modelling of "finally" language
constructs to perform cleanup independent of the embedders exception
details.

6031f172ed [es2015] Use [[ArrayIteratorNextIndex]] to indicate exhaustion.
Instead of changing the [[IteratedObject]] field to undefined to mark an
array iterator as exhausted, store the appropriate maximum value into
the [[ArrayIteratorNextIndex]] field such that the iterator will never
produce any values again.

Without this change the map check and the "length" access on the
[[IteratedObject]] cannot be eliminated inside the loop, since the
object can either be the array or undefined. Even with this change
it's still not possible immediately due to missing aliasing
information in the LoadElimination, but it paves the way for follow
up improvements. Eventually the goal is to have `for..of` as fast as
a traditional `for` loop even for really tight loops.

This CL also hardens the implementation of the ArrayIterator by using
proper CASTs and CSA_ASSERTs. The readability of the CSA builtin was
improved by utilizing proper helper functions.

d74a9fd595 [regexp] Fix invalid lastIndex handling in RegExp.p[@@replace]
The RegExp replace implementation is a bit of a mess. Here, we first
try to handle parts of RegExp.p.exec, and then call directly into the
raw irregexp code (skipping RegExp.p.exec).

We got parts of this wrong: when lastIndex > string.length and the
regexp instance is sticky, two things should happen. 1. The match
should fail, and 2. lastIndex should be reset to 0. On the fast path,
we did the latter but not the former, instead running exec with a
lastIndex of 0.

This CL omits the irregexp call in this case, and defaults to a failed
match instead.

3656b4656e [dataview] Fix too tight TNode type in DataView getters
This CL fixes a bug found by Clusterfuzz, in which the functions
LoadDataViewByteOffset and -ByteLength incorrectly had a return
type of TNode<Smi> instead of TNode<Number>.

This caused a CAST() call to fail when the requested byte offset
or byte length did not fit inside a Smi, i.e. when the underlying
ArrayBuffer of the DataView had a length longer than 2^30 on
32-bit platforms.

The CL also includes a new test in mjsunit to test against this.

7a75d5828b Refactor unreliable Proxy tests
While working on crrev.com/c/1141045 I caused 3 assertThrows() tests
under the 'Deeply nested target' tests to fail. The tests for
defineProperty, isExtensible, and preventExtensions began to fail under
a couple build configurations because my change modified the stack check
code such that it no longer inhibited tail call optimization. Under some
build configurations the methods responsible for causing a stack oveflow
for those 3 methods were tail call optimized and the tests no longer
threw an exception.

Other built-in implementations of proxy handler methods could also fail
in the future due to refactors moving variables off the stack. Change
the test to ensure v8 doesn't crash but don't rely on stack overflow
exceptions being thrown for the 'deeply nested target' test.

8c3c1b6c0f [mjsunit] Move the implementation of testAsync into a separate file
The original implementation of 'testAsync' in mjsunit.js required to
put the call to '%AbortJS' into an 'eval' statement. The reason is that
this call requires the flag --allow-natives-syntax to be set, but the
flag is not set in all mjsunit tests. With the use of 'eval'
compilation errors can be avoided.

The problem with this approach was that the fuzzer started to produce
test cases which include the line 'eval("%AbortJS(message)");', and
this line crashes intentionally. Different to the line
'%Abort(message)', however, the 'eval' statement cannot be filtered
so easily in the fuzzer. Therefore I pulled the implementation of
'testAsync' into a separate file to avoid the 'eval'.

Additional changes: I use '===' now instead of 'deepEquals' in
AsyncAssertion.equals because 'deepEquals' is not available outside
mjsunit.js. Using '===' seems more appropriate anyways because for
all tests but one it is sufficient, and it is more precise than
deepEquals.

b87e762324 [array] Only use fast-path in Array.p.fill for JSArrays
This CL changes Array.p.fill to use the baseline implementation
for everything other than JSArray.

One of the reasons is that shadowing the length property on
TypedArrays (and other ElementsKinds) is allowed and should be
respected by Array.p.fill. The fast-path for fill for TypedArrays
expects the indices to be clamped to the actual length of the
underlying backing store and not to some length property.

While this mismatch (and others) could probably be handled properly,
we do the conservative thing and only use the fast-path for specific
JSArrays.

b2b2583d79 [turbofan] lea32 must create zero-extended value
The instruction selector currently sometimes emits a lea32 with an
offset of 0, which the code generator just ignores (emits no code at
all). This can result in the result of TruncateInt64ToInt32 to not be
zero extended.
This CL fixes that by disallowing lea32 instructions with 0 offset, and
fixing the instruction selector to generate a movl or just no code for
that case.

93f59deef8 [array] Throw TypeError for read-only properties on fast-path
This CL changes the NumberDictionary fast-path for Array.p.sort to
throw a TypeError when trying to write to a read-only property.

Previously, the fast-path simply bailed to the slow-path which could
swallow the TypeError by accident. I.e. because the fast-path could
leave the array in an inconsistent state that is already sorted.

Example:

let arr = new Array(10);
Object.defineProperty(arr, 0, {value: 2, writable: false});
Object.defineProperty(arr, 2, {value: 1, writable: false});
arr.sort();

The pre-processing step will move the value 1 to index 1: {0: 2, 1: 1}
When trying to swap those 2 values, the fast-path will write the 2 at
index 1, then try to write the 1 at index 0 and fail, bailing to the
slow-path. As the array looks like {0: 2, 1: 2} its already sorted
and the TypeError will not be thrown.

we skip the box-as-heapnumber step; so in this corner case the

This patch doesn't change the implementation, it only updates the
assert to match reality.

ada648006b [Liftoff] Fix register use count
In {SetLocalFromStackSlot}, we decrement the use count of the register
in the target slot without updating this slot, and then call
{GetUnusedRegister}. At that point, the register use counts do not
match the cache state, which leads to errors later on.
This CL fixes this by marking the target slot as a stack slot after
reducing the register use count.

It also adds a Validation which helped to find that error and will
catch similar errors earlier.

53d4dfc377 [sfi] Compress function arg counts to 16 bit
Compress the parameter count (and function length) stored in

arguments should be enough for anyone!

This drops SFI size by 4 bytes.

8a95da2415 [wasm] Reimplement WebAssembly.instantiate without desugaring
At the moment, WebAssembly.instantiate(bytes) is implemented by
desugaring it to WebAssembly.compile(bytes).then(WebAssembly.instantiate).
The problem is that the {then} in this snippet is observable. With this
CL I introduce a CompilationResultResolver which allows to do the
desugaring internally and thereby make the {then} unobservable.
Unfortunately the result of WebAssembly.instantiate(bytes) is different
than the result of WebAssembly.instantiate(module). Therefore I also
introduced an InstantiationResultResolver for symmetry with
WebAssembly.compile.

be5cfb2295 Fix array.indexOf for negative fromIndex
Array.indexOf accepts an optional fromIndex argument. When non-negative,
this argument restricts the searched indices to those starting at
fromIndex:
[1, 2, 1].indexOf(1,1) == 2
When negative, it is meant to be added to the array length to provide
such initial index for the search:
[1, 2, 1].indexOf(1, -2) == 2

This transformation has been done by the non-optimised builtin but not
by the reducer. The CL adds this construction to the reducer.

2793d72cd7 [array] Move SafeRemoveArrayHoles to runtime
This CL implements the functionality of SafeRemoveArrayHoles (JS),
which is used as a pre-processing step for sorting, in a runtime
function.

SafeRemoveArrayHoles is a generic fallback, when an existing runtime
function fails to remove holes/move undefineds to the end of an array.

This CL extends the existing runtime function to also support JSProxy
objects, and objects where indices have accessors.

45a2d9c518 Fix "x is not iterable" error message consistency
Since 94ce16b704, when loading an iterator from null or undefined, we
generate the error message "x is not iterable" instead of the unwieldy
"Cannot read property 'Symbol(Symbol.iterator)' of undefined". However
Runtime::GetObjectProperty, which is used as slow path by LoadICs, did
not check for this case, leading to different messages being generated
depending on IC state.

441e6d4a3c [wasm] Do an additional IsWasmModuleObject check during instantiation
When WebAssembly.instantiate or WebAssembly.instantiateStreaming is
called in JavaScript, internally we transfrom it into
WebAssembly.compile(buffer).then(WebAssembly.instantiate). However,
modifying the prototype of WebAssembly.Module can change the result of
WebAssembly.compile(buffer). With this CL we make sure that even if the
result of WebAssembly.compile is modified, there is still no type
confusion. In the long term we have to do a refactoring and remove
this internal transformation.

49712d8acf [wasm] Call AsyncInstantiate directly when instantiating a module object
WebAssembly.instantiate is polymorphic, it can either take a module
object as parameter, or a buffer source which should be compiled first.
To share code between the two implementations, the module object was
first passed to a promise (i.e. which is the result of compilation).
However, passing the module object to a promise has a side effect if
the module object has a then function. To avoid this side effect I
remove this code sharing and call AsyncInstantiate directly in case
the parameter is a module object.

fae8a588e8 [wasm] Reloc external refs when deserializing
This is a follow-up to https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/981687.

When a wasm function has a large stack frame, the x64 code generator
performs the stack overflow check before constructing the frame. This
requires the use of the `address_of_real_stack_limit` external
reference.

This reference is thread local, so if it is not relocated the stack
overflow check will always fail.

fae1ab03a9 [wasm] Fix crash serializing modules w/ big frames
When a wasm function has a large stack frame, the x64 code generator
performs the stack overflow check before constructing the frame. This
requires using the `address_of_real_stack_limit` external reference, as
well as the `ThrowWasmStackOverflow` runtime function.

`ThrowWasmStackOverflow` is called via a generated trampoline, but it is
not a builtin, so the serializer adds it to the `stub_lookup_` map. This
map is encoded by using a monotonically increasing `stub_id` that starts
at 0.

When the function is serialized, a stub is differentiated from a builtin
by which half of the `i32` bits is used, upper or lower. A stub only
uses the lower 16 bits and a builtin only uses the upper 16 bits.

The deserializer checks whether the lower 16 bits are 0; if so, it is
determined to be a builtin. But if the `stub_id` is 0, then it will be
confused with builtin 0 (`RecordWrite`). Calling the builtin instead of
the stub causes a crash.

This CL starts all `stub_id`s at 1, which prevents the builtin/stub
confusion.

There is an additional bug that is not fixed by this CL:
`ThrowWasmStackOverflow` shouldn't be called at all. Currently it is
called because `address_of_real_stack_limit` is a thread-local value
that is not properly relocated.

d31dff841e [wasm] always allocate memory when guard regions are needed
When using trap handlers, memory references do not get any checks inserted. This
means there is no check for a null memory as happens when the memory size is
0. Normally this would be correctly caught as an out of bounds access, since the
low memory addresses are not normally mapped. However, if they were mapped for
some reason, we would not catch the out of bounds access.

The fix is to ensure WebAssembly instances always have a guard region even if
the memory is size 0.

This is a rewrite of 5e76ff5a4a

Note that this can lead to a large amount of unnecessary address space usage,
so we share a single reservation for empty array buffers.

2589ea08e3 [Liftoff] Fix conditional spilling
On float comparisons, we need a scratch byte register for the setcc
instruction, and if none is available, we spill. But this spilling code
is skipped if one of the operands is NaN. The cache state is updated
however, so following code assumes that the spill happened.
This CL fixes this by spilling before checking for NaN, such that the
spilling code is always executed.
