cbe423467c [wasm][fuzzer] Test combinations of Turbofan and Liftoff
Currently the fuzzer only tests Turbofan and Liftoff in isolation. In
order to test that both tiers use the same ABI, it should also test
calls from one tier to the other.
This CL introduces a new flag which controls which function will be
compiled by which tier, and uses that in the fuzzer.

76ac6372fa [wasm] Prepare enabling liftoff by default on ia32 and x64
Before flipping the flag, some tests need to be adapted. This CL
prepares these tests, such that the flag flip CL really just flips a
flag.

0dbac434af [js-perf-test] Make regress-2185-2 test into a benchmark.
The regression test 2185-2 measured the Array.p.sort time for various
pre-sorted data configurations. This CL adds the various data
configurations to the ArraySortPreSorted benchmark and removes the
regression test altogether.

2a01ff8e93 [mjsunit] Split slow test out of array-sort and skip it on certain builds
The slow test tests SmiLexicographicCompare on a large number of Smi comparisons;
we can disable this test for some debug/noopt builds without losing much coverage.

16beb497bc MIPS[64]: Skip regress/regress-165637 in debug.
The timeout in the test is close to execution time in debug mode so it
fails occasionally. The test is measuring array slice algorithm
performance but changes unrelated to it affect the test result in debug
mode, therefore it should be skipped.

7927d6468e [turbofan][wasm] Fix --trace-turbo with compiling a WASM function.
The --trace-turbo flag would cause a crash when compiling a WASM_FUNCTION. It
was caused by assuming the OptimizedCompilationInfo had a SharedFunctionInfo
attached if the code isn't a stub and wasm functions are not considered as such.

In order to test this, we've added a new flag to specify were to dump JSON
files: --trace-turbo-path. This is used to make sure we do not leave lots of
files behind in the top-level directory. It should be useful as standalone
feature too.

c8ae9729ec [lsan] Ignore code comments
Code comments are heap-allocated and never freed. We don't want to
attach them to the code object via a finalizer, since that could change
gc timing and heap layout when you enable code comments. They are used
to testing only anyway, so leaking is acceptable here.

199533558e Fix undefined behaviour on CommentOperator

e14ed48cb0 Skip regress/regress-165637 on arm64.
The hard-coded timeout in the test is so near, that e.g., adding DCHECKs pushes
the test over the limit. The test is ran with dcheck_always_on=true.

We shouldn't do any performance testing with dcheck_always_on=true; this creates
the wrong incentive to not add DCHECKs (or in this case, CLs which add more
DCHECKs or cause more DCHECKs to be hit cannot land at all).

cccc7abfe2 [test] Suppress more false positives with numfuzz
This makes testing with random gc stress use the status file entrees
for gc fuzzing as well, since many test cases not suitable for one, are
not suitable for the other.

This also skips two more tests that rely on assert(Un)Optimized, which
is unreliable with gc fuzzing.

3276083a63 [wasm] Collect garbage when address space limit is reached
Because the GC is not aware of address space usage, this CL causes Wasm to
explicitly trigger a GC when its address space limit is reached in hopes of
being able to successfully allocate memory.

d8658177ba [builtins] Reduce resolve element closure overhead in Promise.all.
In Promise.all we used to allocate a fresh closure plus a fresh context
for each individual element, which is quite a lot of overhead, especially
since this could be shared in a single context for all elements. The only
bit of information that is needed for each resolve element closure is the
index under which to store the resulting value. With this change we move
this index to the "identity hash" field of the JSFunction, which doesn't
care about the concrete value anyways, as long as it's not zero (the "no
hash" sentinel), and share the rest of the fields in a single outer
context for all resolve element closures.

This limits the maximum number of elements for Promise.all to 2^21 for
now, but that should be fine. Shall we ever see the need for more than
this, we can add machinery to overflow to separate context for indices
larger than 2^21.

This significantly reduces the overhead due to Promise.all on the
parallel-async-es2017-native test, with execution time dropping from
around 148ms to 133ms, so overall a steady 10% improvement on this
benchmark.

8581e30929 [mips]: Skip mjsunit/harmony/bigint/regressions.
This test creates a BigInt object with size more then 250 MB. On certain
test systems, this large memory consumption will cause the test failing.
Therefore, this test will be skipped for MIPS32 architecture.

910f45fa8d Reland: [Compiler] Use CompilationCache for StreamedScript compilation.
Previously GetSharedFunctionInfoForStreamedScript didn't either check the
compilation cache or put the result of compilation into the compilation
cache. This would mean future compiles would need to re-parse / compile
the same script even if the isolate had already seen it. This CL
fixes this.

Also refactors the compilation pipelines to ensure we call debug->OnAfterCompile()
for all script compiles even when loading from a cache.
