Sigurd Schneider 1299ba9681 [turbofan] Thread through AssemblerOptions ... This CL surfaces AssemblerOptions to CodeAssembler::GenerateCode and to pipeline methods. To allow forward declaring AssemblerOptions, AssemblerBase::Options was moved out of the AssemblerBase class.
