Sigurd Schneider 994dc1f249 [turbolizer] Enable even more tslint checks 
- 'let' instead of 'var', and prefer 'const'
 - Prefer for-of over indexed interation
 - Variable names should be 'camel-case' or
   all-caps snake-case.
 - Only one variable declaration per line
