510fc784c0 Added geometry.cpp and made it compile,

4ee1741f75 Fixed small bug in tab code WRT to having only 
a single control in a panel.
  sliders now have keyboard handling.
  Missing headers for install (memconf.h and geometry.h).

c4fda16bb0 Added a few non-threads compile fixes, 
Removed strcasecmp defines from db.cpp and dbtable.cpp,
  Added more stand-alone makefiles,
  wxDropSource::DoDraDrop()'s return values works now
    (wxDragNone, -Copy, -Move).
