c7ce8392e0 wxMimeTypesManager now supports creating associations as well as querying

47c93b637e Applied colour patch for better 8-bit support, 
Improved handling of inserting controls into
    a toolbar that don't have any def width. This
    works for all controls but wxComboBox.

0a07a7d852 Added wxCommandEvent::IsSeection for listbox, 
Applied patch for wxListBox::Set when sorting
