be329a3de3 Allowed MSW wxTrextCtrl styling to also set the background colour, 
added wxUSE_RICHEDIT2 so this can be disabled for compilers that don't
have the right structures.

bf7945cef1 Added EVT_GRID_EDITOR_CREATED and wxGridEditorCreatedEvent so the user 
code can get access to the edit control when it is created, (to push
on a custom event handler for example.)

412394b831 Fixed incorrect creation of the pColFor instances (per Roger Gammans patches). This fixes surious crashes with large database systems, and significantly increases the speed of the application when idntifying all datasource tables.
