This method doesn't override any virtual method in the base class, so
wxOVERRIDE can't be used here.
In fact, this method doesn't seem to be used at all, but keep it for
compatibility and in case we want to use it later, as wxGTK does.
Use an enum instead of type-unsafe "int" for the second parameter of the
recently added wxStandardPaths::MakeConfigFileName().
This also avoids unnatural dependency of wxStandardPaths on
wxCONFIG_USE_SUBDIR constant defined in a higher level wxFileConfig class.
No real changes, but just make things a bit more robust and hopefully more
clear.
Remove the unnecessary 'CodePair' struct from a header, make the huge
keySymTab array const, and don't compile it for platforms that don't
use it, it's only used by wxX11
This is not a real move-ctor but std::auto_ptr<>-like "stealing" ctor. It
still allows to pass Display ownership to another function which is all that
is needed for our purposes.
Add wxGLAttribsBase, wxGLAttributes and wxGLContextAttrs replacing the old
untyped "int attributes[]".
Don't use global object for creating OpenGL > 3.0 contexts.
Closes#16909.
All major supported platforms have well defined per-user directories to store
Downloads, Music, Pictures, Videos and the Desktop files. The new method
wxStandardPaths::GetUserDir() allows for a unified way to access these on MSW,
OS X and Unix (if XDG user dirs specification is implemented for the latter).

This merges in the latest sources from GSoC 2014 wxQt project with just a few
minor corrections, mostly undoing wrong changes to common files in that branch
(results of a previous bad merge?) and getting rid of whitespace-only changes.
Also remove debug logging from wxGrid.

Get rid of the rest of __WXCOCOA__ tests in the sources.
Drop configure option for using it.
Also remove the documentation for this port.
This should have also been part of r76735.

and add a new virtual DoYieldFor() for the really port-specific code.

This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.
If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Nothing is going to work without the console apps/base traits support for the
event loop but at least make it compile.

This happens to work under MSW and Unix where there is only one
wxStandardPaths class for both the console and the GUI applications but
doesn't return the correct result under OS X where the Core Foundation
version, returned by wxStandardPaths::Get(), has to be used for the GUI
programs. And historically this confused a lot of people, so just ensure that
they can't accidentally create an object of the wrong type any more.

This commit changes wxExecute() to handle SIGCHLD to be notified about the
child process termination instead of detecting when the file descriptor
corresponding to the other end of a pipe opened in the parent process was
closed in the child as this was not reliable and could (and did) result in not
detecting the termination of the child processes that closed all their file
descriptors before exiting.
This commit also removes a lot of platform-specific code duplicating the
generic event loop sources support and reuses it for wxExecute() purposes too.
Final big change is that wxEndProcessData was merged into wxExecuteData and we
don't have two similar but quite different classes any more but just one,
which is used both to pass the information from wxExecute() to wxAppTraits
methods and to store this information until the child termination.

Instead of hardcoding the call to WakeUpIdle() in the signal handler itself,
just wake up the event loop when we catch a signal. This will still result in
WakeUpIdle() being called, before the next event loop iteration, but it will
also allow us to do other things on wakeup from signal as it will be done in
the upcoming wxExecute() changes to support wxEXEC_NOEVENTS in console
applications.

No real changes but use wxEventLoopSource::AddSourceForFD() instead of
wxFDIODispatcher::RegisterFD() for this pipe because this is the preferred way
and because it will allow reusing this class for wxExecute() purposes later.

the file including it to include <fcntl.h> itself.

Any event sources should be registered with all the event loops, including the
ones that will be started in the future, and not only the current (and
potentially not even existing yet) one. So make AddSourceForFD() method static.
To still allow it to do different things in console and GUI applications, as
it must, virtualize it via the new wxEventLoopSourcesManager class which has
different implementations in the two cases, returned via wxAppTraits as usual.
Notice that this required moving the implementation of this method from
src/osx/core/evtloop_cf.cpp to src/osx/core/utilsexc_cf.cpp as the former file
is base-only and didn't have access to wxGUIAppTraits.

This class can also be useful when it's used in the main thread only, so
leave the lock-less part of the code in wxWakeUpPipe and derive a separate
wxWakeUpPipeMT from it for the use in wxConsoleEventLoop where it can be used
by multiple threads.

This undoes the changes of r44773 because calling setlocale() resulted in C
locale being set differently from C++ locale which was confusing and led to
huge slowdowns in any code using std::stream with at least MinGW. And setting
the C++ locale to be the same, as r72719 tried to do, doesn't seem to be
practical as it results in immediate crashes under OS X and MinGW when used
under XP.
Do provide wxApp::SetCLocale() helper to explicitly do what was previously
done implicitly, even though currently it is a trivial wrapper for setlocale()
and we don't even need to call gtk_set_locale() as it has never done anything
else and is deprecated since GTK+ 2.24.

Since the child pipe was made non-blocking in r65993, it became possible to
write to child process without deadlocking when the pipe became full. However
this still resulted in an error from wxFileOutputStream as it didn't handle
EAGAIN returned from write() any differently than any other error, even though
it is an expected situation in this particular case.
Change Unix wxExecute() to use wxPipeOutputStream which ignores EAGAIN unlike
wxFileOutputStream to fix this.
