3f66f6a5b3 Remove all lines containing cvs/svn "$Id$" keyword. 
This keyword is not expanded by Git which means it's not replaced with the
correct revision value in the releases made using git-based scripts and it's
confusing to have lines with unexpanded "$Id$" in the released files. As
expanding them with Git is not that simple (it could be done with git archive
and export-subst attribute) and there are not many benefits in having them in
the first place, just remove all these lines.

If nothing else, this will make an eventual transition to Git simpler.

Closes #14487.

d928f01967 Fix setting frame icon when using non-standard icon sizes in wxMSW. 
Set the closest (and larger, if possible) icon if the icon of exactly the
system icon size is not available. This fixes setting the icons when using
custom DPI settings under MSW as the standard icon size may be different from
the standard 32*32 in this case.

This also improves wxIconBundle::GetIcon() to make its behaviour when the icon
with exactly the given size is not found more flexible as a side effect.

Closes #13891.

89e1de6441 Fix compilation of wxIconBundle in some particular minimal builds. 
Let the code compile when wxUSE_STREAMS==1 but wxUSE_FILE and wxUSE_FFILE are
both 0.

Closes #10900.

527343602e 1. changed wxIconBundle to use m_refData and COW to make copying icon bundles 
fast (which was needed for 2)
2. make it possible to return wxIconBundles from wxArtProvider
3. implement Mac-specific wxArtProvider doing (2)

af49c4b8a2 disable use of #pragma interface under Mac OS X 
GNU compiler included with Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) as well as August Developer
Tools update contain a bug concerning #pragma interface handling that can only
be worked around by not using them (and they are not necessary anyways)

f618020a15 wxIconBundle implementation. 
wxTLW::SetIcons() properly implemented for wxMotif, wxGTK, wxMSW, wxX11, wxUniversal
Placeholders that just call SetIcon for wxOS2 and wxMac.
Regenerated makefiles.
Added hardwired wxSYS_ICON_X/Y = 32 for wxGTK.
