1. don't modify the style unless something changed
2. use gtk_widget_modify_style instead of gtk_widget_set_style, the latter is not recommended by GTK+ developers

GNU compiler included with Mac OS X 10.2 (Jaguar) as well as August Developer
Tools update contain a bug concerning #pragma interface handling that can only
be worked around by not using them (and they are not necessary anyways)

Corrected a stupid bug in it,
Freshed up wxPropertyXXX to make use of the icons
in the dialogs.
Made wxBmpButton inherit from wxButton. Grumble.

Removed cmndlgs usage of wxSizer and constraints
