AppendItem... InsertItem and PrependItem is not working...
Sample modified to new API. I understand that operator wxTreeItemId::long()
exists on MSW wxWindows, but on wxGTK id type is a pointer...
2Vadim: Please test the sample with MSW wxTreeCtrl.
