Refactored virtual allocator: Added type VmaVirtualAllocation, member VmaVirtualAllocationInfo::offset, changed parameters of vmaVirtualAllocate, vmaVirtualFree, vmaSetVirtualAllocationUserData, vmaGetVirtualAllocationInfo. Added TLSF algorithm: Added VMA_POOL_CREATE_TLSF_ALGORITHM_BIT, VMA_VIRTUAL_BLOCK_CREATE_TLSF_ALGORITHM_BIT. Some internal refactoring.
