then reset it to NULL.

(gdk_colormap_free_colors): use colormap->colors[in_pixels[i]] as the
key for g_hash_table_remove() in both functions, this prevents us
from accessing possibly uninitialized portions of a GdkColor structure
where we are only interested in its pixel value.
