4ca9fa30ba SkPDF: unify Canon and Document
motivation: The Document has become intrusive enough that we almost
always have a pointer to the Document on hand anyways.

Also: update document.

Also: forward declare more things in headers.

Also, don't try to clean up resources when abort() or close() is called.
It is easy enough for the client to delete the Document when done.

4fee323522 override getTypeName() instead of using table
This should let getTypeName() and serialization work even
when deserialization factories haven't been registered.

I've made getTypeName() pure virtual like getFactory(),
and moved all the overrides into SK_FLATTENABLE_HOOKS,
cleaning up all the various ways we've done it before.

All the subclasses override getTypeName() and getFactory()
privately, so there should be no need to document them?

I'm finding it easier to reason about the code without most of these

Adding flattenable:: to CreateProc helps enforce that we pass the
correct type name. The name is not currently used, but I'd like to.

1a6c73fac0 Update multi_repo_trybots documentation.
Some Chromium build bots are not configured with a current git user.name
and user.email. As a result cherry-pick will fail to commit. Add a fake
committer name and email to the cherry-pick command line to avoid this.

1b9b7d5393 Reland "Reland "make SkJumper stages normal Skia code""
This is a reland of 78cb579f33

This time, lowp stages are controlled by !defined(JUMPER_IS_SCALAR), not
by defined(__clang__). The two are usually the same, except when we opt
Clang builds into JUMPER_IS_SCALAR artificially.

Some Google3 builds use compilers old enough that they barf when
compiling our NEON code. It's conceivably also possible to define
JUMPER_IS_SCALAR yourself, but I don't think anyone does that.

This reverts commit 78cb579f33.

Reason for revert: lowp should be controlled by defined(JUMPER_IS_SCALAR), not defined(__clang__). So close.
