dfa492e580 Use SkFixedAllocator in SkLinearPipeline and remove the embedding of 
the entire pipeline.

Adjust SkFixedAlloc to allow nesting of allocation.

d470673928 make SkXfermode.h go away 
This is step one:
- make SkXfermode useless to public clients
- everything they should need is in SkBlendMode.h

Step two:
- remove SkXfermode.h entirely (since skia core will already be using SkXfermodePriv.h)

Scrub GMs. Remove the gDefaultProfile thing (it's unused now), along with
the command line flag that was setting it in DM and nanobench.

adf5afa628 Add SampleApp slide with animating lightmapped objects & transparency 
This is pulled out of the drawLitAtlas CL (may it someday land). It does nicely demonstrate animating normal mapped objects and normal maps combined with partially transparent diffuse textures.

It is a crude Asteroids game.

670f01f2fc This has all the different source types in and working. There are many SkDiffs, but they seem to be due to better resolution. 
This seems to fix all the bugs involved with make all the images produced by the codec to default to sRGB.

d0c4e092d5 Add dest type hint to SkShader::ContextRec 
Let SkBlitter decide which dst type is optimal (PMColor vs PM4f), and
