In a WebP image, it is possible to combine animation with an EXIF
orientation. While SkAndroidCodec attempts to handle orientation itself
by decoding into temporary memory and then drawing through a matrix,
this doesn't work directly when compositing a P-frame into a prior
frame. SkAnimatedImage already uses an SkMatrix to handle cropping and
scaling, so update that matrix to include the orientation.
Make SkAnimatedImage a friend of SkAndroidCodec. This allows the former
to have the same ExifOrientationBehavior specified by the latter, and to
recreate the latter so it does not try to handle the orientation itself.
Clip SkAnimatedImage to its bounds. Android's AnimatedImageDrawable
performs its own clip, but this makes a crop rect work for other
clients.
Update getCurrentFrame to take cropping, scaling, and orientation into
account. This method is used by CanvasKit, which does not use cropping
or scaling, but will now properly orient an animation with an EXIF
orientation.
Add a GM that exercises the various combinations of ways SkAnimatedImage
can be used:
- via newPictureSnapshot (as in Android) versus getCurrentFrame
- scaling down to a dimension that can be output from the
SkAndroidCodec, versus up, which SkAnimatedImage scales
- with a crop rect
- with a post processor

This also has several other bug fixes and refactorings within it that
I realized were possible while updating every where that had checked
sigma > 0 to be sigma > kEffectivelyZeroSigma.
The big things are that SkBlurPriv.h goes away and its functions are
just moved into SkGpuBlurUtils since they were only used by the GPU.
The implementations of those functions are also collected into
SkGpuBlurUtils.cpp. I removed the GrMatrixConvolution::MakeGaussian,
in favor of SkGpuBlurUtils filling in the kernel itself and then calling
the regular Make. This let me consolidate two different 1D kernel
computing functions, and remove the 1D fallback code from the 2D kernel
calculation because GaussianBlur() can detect that earlier.
The new GM, BlurSigmaSmall, originally drew incorrectly on the GPU
backend because it's small but non-zero sigma would trick the sigma > 0
checks in various places so we'd do a full 2 pass X/Y blur. However,
when the sigma was too small, the kernel was just filled with 0s so the
Y pass would effectively clear everything. While I could have just fixed
that to be a [0, 1, 0] kernel, updating the blur pipeline to compare
against integer radii seems more robust.

SkImageFilters::Paint did not use every slot of the SkPaint, with only
its color, alpha, color filter, and shader having a meaningful effect on
the image filter result. It was always blended into a transparent dst,
so blend mode wasn't very relevant, and it was always filled to whatever
required geometry, so stroke style, path effect, and mask filters were
ignored or not well specified.
Color, alpha, and color filter can all be combined into an SkShader, so
a more constrained SkImageFilters::Shader provides the same useful
capabilities without as many surprises.
SkImageFilters::Paint still exists, but is deprecated to be removed
once I've confirmed clients aren't depending on it.

Note: The polarity of the staging flag is inverted from usual because
a G3 dependency with no SkUserConfig.h relies on the legacy API.
Once this lands, we will migrate them and others, then remove the
staging API. The inverted staging flag is kind of nice, actually - I may
use that pattern in the future. It means less total CLs and it's just as
easy to flip the bit on or off during debugging.

There is no more 'inout half4 color'. Effects return their output color.
If an effect wants the input color, it must use the (already existing)
approach of sampling a nullptr input shader.
The change is guarded for Chromium (so we can update their runtime color
filters in skia_renderer.cc).
For the GPU backend, FPs can now override usesExplicitReturn to indicate
that their emitCode will generate a return statement. If that's true,
then writeProcessorFunction doesn't inject the automatic return of the
output color, and emitFragProc will *always* wrap that FP in a helper
function, even as a top-level FP. GrSkSLFP opts in to this behavior, so
that the user-supplied return becomes the actual return in the FP's
emitCode.
Adapting the skvm code to this wasn't too bad: It looks fragile (what
happens if there are multiple returns?), but that's not really possible
today, without varying control flow.

Checks for calls with implicit comparator and proposed to
explicitly add it:
if (strcmp(...)) // Implicitly compare to zero
if (!strcmp(...)) // Won't warn
if (strcmp(...) != 0) // Won't warn
Checks that compare function results (i,e, strcmp) are compared to valid
constant. The resulting value is
< 0 when lower than,
> 0 when greater than,
== 0 when equals.
A common mistake is to compare the result to 1 or -1:
if (strcmp(...) == -1) // Incorrect usage of the returned value.
Additionally, the check warns if the results value is implicitly cast
to a suspicious non-integer type. It’s happening when the returned
value is used in a wrong context:
if (strcmp(...) < 0.) // Incorrect usage of the returned value.

The 'pts' coordinates should be transformed by the view matrix. We could
instead apply the inverse src rotation to ptsRot when determining the
perpendicular and parallel scales, but this is valid and straight
forward.
When determining the device segment lengths in onPrepare, we do need to
transform the ptsRot by fSrcInvRot (which includes the view matrix),
instead of just the view matrix.
This fixes the linked chromium bug, which drew a wider stroked dash
because on a perfect vertical, the rotation to a canonical x-axis
geometry would end up swapping perpendicular and parallel scale factors.

Runtime effects previously allowed two kinds of global input variables:
'in' variables could be bool, int, or float. 'uniform' could be float,
vector, or matrix. Uniform variables worked like you'd expect, but 'in'
variables were baked into the program statically. There was a large
amount of machinery to make this work, and it meant that 'in' variables
needed to have values before we could make decisions about program
caching, and before we could catch some errors. It was also essentially
syntactic sugar over the client just inserting the value into their SkSL
as a string. Finally: No one was using the feature.
To simplify the mental model, and make the API much more predictable,
this CL removes 'in' variables entirely. We no longer need to
"specialize" runtime effect programs, which means we can catch more
errors up front (those not detected until optimization). All of the API
that referred to "inputs" (the previous term that unified 'in' and
'uniform') now just refers to "uniforms".

`const` on a non-pointer/reference return type typically doesn't add
value and can have negative side effects. (i.e., returning a
`const std::string` isn't meaningfully different from returning a
`std::string`, but can sometimes inhibit move-related optimizations.)
In Skia's case, the priv() functions are a notable exception where const
return types are intentional and valuable. These calls have been marked
with NOLINT to exclude them from the check.
This check does not affect pointer and reference returns, where
constness is important.

Like shaders, sampling a null child will return the input color (in
this case, the output of the skia shader stage). This gives us a path
to removing the implicit input color passed to main, which is the real
goal. Using this to create more interesting color filters is also
possible, although we need to add the versions of sample() that take a
color to really unlock the potential.

Fixes a bug with alpha-only image shaders not being modulated by paint
alpha (demonstrated by included GM). Compose shaders were the only
thing relaying on the old behavior, so make those manually unpremul the
input color, with a comment explaining the rationale.
This makes runtime shaders (and other new FPs) simpler to reason about:
sampling a child shader always produces a premul color, even if that
child is null (eg, the input color).

Mostly this is a lot of plumbing of sk_sp around instead of const*.
This does allow the d3d and vk backends to hold refs to the GrBuffers that
are bound on a command buffer. This means that our buffer alloc pools will
not try to reuse this buffers until the gpu is done with them. Previously
vk and d3d will sniff out if one of these buffers was being used again
while still active on the gpu and rip out the internal backend buffer and
allocate a new one which is not cheap. We see a lot of perf wins from
not doing this.

Two related things:
1) SkRuntimeEffect will allow null child shaders when calling
makeshader. This will produce a GrSkSLFP with null FP children.
Fix some code that assumed that children were non-null.
2) Change the input color passed to any children to be the SkSLFP's
input color, rather than the default (white). This lets nullptr
children in runtime effect have the desired behavior (they are the
paint color or similar, depending on context).

This reduces our code size by reusing existing components to perform
the same blend, and generates a shader that should be conceptually

ConstColorProcessor contained three separate InputModes with their own
unique behaviors, but every (non-test) call site simply hardcoded one of
the InputModes.
This change also allows the actual const-color processor to remove the
inputFP entirely; it is never sampled.
The GM slide has been split into three separate slides as well.

The previous implementation invoked SkPaintToGrPaint to create a
base-layer GrFragmentProcessor, and then manually poked an extra
GrFragmentProcessor onto the GrPaint's color processor stack. This
approach is not compatible with a world where a GrPaint is only allowed
a single GrFragmentProcessor.
Redesigned the test to use a different approach. We now manually create
the base-layer processor, and then create a second ConstColorProcessor
which uses the base layer as an input processor. This composite FP is
then drawn using `sk_gpu_test::test_ops`.

Maintains the old and new code-paths:
- if the shader was made with explicit filteroptions, use those
- if not, infer the filteroptions from the filterquality enum
(and the legacy heuristics of sniffing/snapping the ctm)
In either case, the bulk of the onProgram() is shared, driving off
the (possibly computed locally) filteroptions.
