* For ambient we outset a constant amount around the perspective shape.
* For spot we compute the projection of the bounds from the light's
perspective, and from that compute a matrix to transform the path.

What is left of the SkView system is used only by samples or viewer.
As a result, move it out of the Skia source tree and re-organize so it
is a bit easier to understand and use more shared code.
Move samplecode/ClockFaceView.cpp to samplecode/SampleTextEffects.cpp,
sice that's what's actually in it.
Move SkAnimTimer.h to tools/timer, since it's actually shared between gm
and samples.

Fix inset value for analytic shadows to get full inset (and hence
proper falloff).
Fix compute_radial_values in tessellator to return only positive values
and produce cleaner arcs.

The hack was added to make analytic ambient shadows match the geometric
ones exactly. Removing it does produce a slight difference, but it's
only visible at full black values (and then, only slightly) and this
makes room to pass a blend parameter for falloff.
Also fixes an issue with filling out arcs in the shadow tesselator.

Changes the Android shadow sample to use stroked roundrects when
we can (mainly if stroked geometry area < fill geometry area).
Also changes the setup for the overstroke geometry so that it computes
the correct distance to the outer edge.
