0b7645f6d9 Simplify perspective shadows to match future MD specs.
* For ambient we outset a constant amount around the perspective shape.
* For spot we compute the projection of the bounds from the light's
  perspective, and from that compute a matrix to transform the path.

b2c4ea6219 Move Views into Sample and Viewer.
What is left of the SkView system is used only by samples or viewer.
As a result, move it out of the Skia source tree and re-organize so it
is a bit easier to understand and use more shared code.

Move samplecode/ClockFaceView.cpp to samplecode/SampleTextEffects.cpp,
sice that's what's actually in it.

Move SkAnimTimer.h to tools/timer, since it's actually shared between gm
and samples.

f507c28f3a Shadow fixes to avoid popping.
* Make geometric shadow generation more tolerant of nearly-convex paths.
* Ensure analytic and geometric shadow positions match with large blurs.

4c8c1e8302 Minor shadow fixes.
Fix inset value for analytic shadows to get full inset (and hence
proper falloff).
Fix compute_radial_values in tessellator to return only positive values
and produce cleaner arcs.
Adjust shadow params in Android sample to match Android.
Fix corner calculation for analytic shadow.

872da6b571 Add initial support for simple concave shadows.
Adds support for spot shadow outlines. Since filling the penumbra still
needs to be done, this code is disabled for now.

744cbb3888 Fix alpha contribution to tonal color.

060d982036 Combine the ambient and spot alphas into the base color
for geometric shadows. 

This matches the analytic shadow approach better, and
is color space invariant.
Also includes cleanup in SampleAndroidShadows.

* Handles case where blur is greater than
  corner radius.

8f7dc9f6ca Circular shadow fixes for Flutter.
* Fix spot shadow placement for SkSpotShadowMaskFilter.
* Make sure we don't try to render an oval as a plain RRect
  due to floating point error.
* Use fast path for uncached circles.
* Make sure ShadowMaskFilters can handle near-circles.

d99858ad46 Update SampleAndroidShadows to use algorithm closer to Android OpenGL
Includes:
* Update light position to be at a similar distance to Android OS
* Scale spot shadows correctly
* Compute stroke shapes and radii correctly
* Allow for larger blur radius for shadows

a4f1af8f97 Use stroked rrects for Android shadow sample
Changes the Android shadow sample to use stroked roundrects when
we can (mainly if stroked geometry area < fill geometry area).

Also changes the setup for the overstroke geometry so that it computes
the correct distance to the outer edge.
