e40d397259 Isolate GrBufferAllocPools inside GrBatchTarget 
This CL refactors the location of the GrBufferAllocPools so they reside entirely inside the GrBatchTarget. This is in preparation for making them use scratch resources.

72c9faab45 Fix up all the easy virtual ... SK_OVERRIDE cases. 
This fixes every case where virtual and SK_OVERRIDE were on the same line,
which should be the bulk of cases.  We'll have to manually clean up the rest
over time unless I level up in regexes.

2e3b3e369d This cl moves color and coverage off of drawstate. In an effort to keep this CL manageable, I have left the compute invariant input / output in a bit of a strange state(fixing this will be complicated). 
In addition, NVPR makes this very complicated, and I haven't quite figured out a good way to handle it, so for now color and coverage DO live on optstate, but I will figure out some way to refactor that in future CLs.

b0a8a377f8 Patch to create a distinct geometry processor. The vast majority of this patch 
is just a rename.  The meat is in GrGeometryProcessor, GrProcessor,
GrGL*Processor, GrProcessorStage, Gr*BackendProcessorFactory,

e1daac9b26 Tag recording picture nesting bench as nonrendering. 
Doesn't hurt as is, but we're running it several times unneccesarily.

(I couldn't compile without removing an unused constant in that other GM...)

f539318f0d Cleanup: Get rid of make_isize() function from gm.h. 
This helper function is not necessary.

The same thing can be achieved by using SkISize::Make() provided by
SkTSize API.

9c135db83d support direct writing to top layer, and hide getTopLayer() 
this should remove many of the chrome callers that today call
accessBitmap on the toplayer, so they can read/write those pixels.

The ultimate fix will be to support custom allocation of raster layers
(via GDI/cairo/mac) so we can remove PlatformDevice subclassing in
skia/ext
