c7027ab03f Add samples to Viewer. 
This adds support with animation, assuming the sample has
implemented onAnimate. Event handling has not been
implemented.

9bd4c69302 Add SampleApp that shows problems in stroking 
- When the stroke width gets too big the raster algorithm produces
  incorrect output
- This also causes the GPU path to produce incorrect output if the width
  is larger than an arbitrary limit in GrAALinearizingConvexPathRenderer
  (which is the renderer used for this specific geometry)

- Other non-convex geometries probably also produce strange results

adf5afa628 Add SampleApp slide with animating lightmapped objects & transparency 
This is pulled out of the drawLitAtlas CL (may it someday land). It does nicely demonstrate animating normal mapped objects and normal maps combined with partially transparent diffuse textures.

It is a crude Asteroids game.

64022c1ed2 toy to play with antialias raytracing 
Here's the ray tracer I wrote.
I've commented out the calls to experimental
stroking -- enough of it remains working
to help visualize what you've been talking
to me about.

d46e585986 remove animator from SampleApp 
There is no xml parser hooked up, so the animator test file (already behind #if 0) is not testable. Removing the files to speedup building SampleApp.

44dcb8a84b Some iOS fixes to make SampleApp work better. 
Changes:
- Rebuild argc and argv so we can process command line arguments
- Remove unnecessary SimpleiOSApp files
- Add support for reading files from the app bundle
- Add gpu flag so we can start up directly into OpenGL

makes the SkLightingShader handle normal maps where the rects aren't aligned between the diffuse and normal maps.

adds a light aggregating class (Lights) to SkLightingShader (along with a Builder nested class).

8ee06f21a2 SkPDF: allow PDF module to be disabled in DM and SampleApp 
To disable PDF:

    GYP_DEFINES='skia_pdf=0' bin/sync-and-gyp
    ninja -C out/Debug dm SampleApp

When disabled, SkDocument::CreatePDF() always returns NULL.

9f8754f591 Remove experimental/PdfViewer 
Motivation: maintaining this code doesn't seem worth the time,
since no one seems to be using it.  If someone wants to use it
in the future, just revert this CL.

cd1f2daf44 add -Iinclude/private anywhere we have -Isrc/core 
I'll be moving headers from src/core to include/private, so this guarantees
that anyone who was finding them via -Isrc/core can now find them via
-Iinclude/private.

This is purely mechanical, mostly to preserve my sanity, so it's likely
(harmless) overkill.

Chromium's GYP and GN builds already set -Iinclude/private for Skia builds.
