72664bede4 Add support for #pragma settings comments in SkSL.
This will allow us to write skslc-based golden tests that deviate from
the standalone skslc settings.

This CL provides six options; more will be added as necessary.
- Default (caps)
- UsesPrecisionModifiers (caps)
- Version110 (caps)
- Version450Core (caps)
- ForceHighPrecision (settings flag bit)
- Sharpen (settings flag bit)

7571f9e490 Replace 'typedef xxxxx INHERITED' with 'using INHERITED = xxxx;'.
Mechanically updated via Xcode "Replace Regular Expression":

  typedef (.*) INHERITED;
    -->
  using INHERITED = $1;

The ClangTidy approach generated an even larger CL which would have
required a significant amount of hand-tweaking to be usable.

fdbd50a8dc Simplify SkSL::String by removing unused parts.
- reset, findLastOf: these were entirely unused
- find: already existed in C++11's std::string, can just be inherited
- defaulted constructors: in C++11, these can be inherited directly from
  std::string via 'using'

061a5cf82a Move SkSLSampleMatrix to include/private
Switch it to use std::string (not SkSL::String). Along these lines,
remove SkSL::String's operator SkString, and instead add an explicit
SkString constructor from std::string.

Other changes aren't strictly necessary, but I wanted to clean up some
of the other SkSL vs. Skia code barriers. VS (since 2015) has had
vsnprintf that conforms to the C99 standard, the only difference with
_vsnprintf is a different (nonstandard) return value for overflowing
calls. Remove the special-case (the only use of SKSL_BUILD_FOR_WIN).

c0bd9f9fe5 rewrite includes to not need so much -Ifoo
Current strategy: everything from the top

Things to look at first are the manual changes:

   - added tools/rewrite_includes.py
   - removed -Idirectives from BUILD.gn
   - various compile.sh simplifications
   - tweak tools/embed_resources.py
   - update gn/find_headers.py to write paths from the top
   - update gn/gn_to_bp.py SkUserConfig.h layout
     so that #include "include/config/SkUserConfig.h" always
     gets the header we want.

a427559c13 Refactor 'in uniform' CPP code generation
Easily supports mapping ctypes to sksl types with templates that
specify how to send data to the GPU and how to track state changes.
The template logic and type mappings are defined in
SkSLCPPUniformCTypes.* while SkSLCPPCodeGenerator is updated to
utilize it.

It also updates the supported ctypes to properly generate code for
SkPoint, SkIPoint, SkIRect, and GrColor4f. The code generated for
'in uniforms' now also correctly supports conditional uniforms.

e84fb199ca Add reset and findLastOf to SkSLString.
reset and findLastOf are defined in SkString, but SkSLString may extend
from std::string instead. In that situation, this implements reset and
findLastOf in terms of the std::string API so taht the SkSLString API is
consistent regardless of SKSL_USE_STD_STRING's status.

634624a185 Micro optimizations to SkSL parser
Some of these are pretty trivial, but a few really moved the needle. In
total, this cut the time in the parser by about 10% in my profiling.

The early returns from peek and checkNext are probably the biggest wins,
everything else is mostly about cutting down on string copying.
