5e276a6376 remove old docs
- c++11.md isn't really needed any more
  - flatten.md makes reference to code that doesn't exist
  - simd.md describes a whole system that doesn't exist
  - color.md explains a model that's fundamentally different
to how color correction works in Skia now

1be2d421ce Update Robocop docs for skia-android-triage
Instead of looking at open Skia bugs, which may already be assigned or
have lower priority, the Robocop should be looking at open bugs assigned
to skia-android-triage. New bugs will typically (though not always) be
assigned to this new alias.

4fee323522 override getTypeName() instead of using table
This should let getTypeName() and serialization work even
when deserialization factories haven't been registered.

I've made getTypeName() pure virtual like getFactory(),
and moved all the overrides into SK_FLATTENABLE_HOOKS,
cleaning up all the various ways we've done it before.

All the subclasses override getTypeName() and getFactory()
privately, so there should be no need to document them?

12956725cc clean up flattenable macro cruft
I'm finding it easier to reason about the code without most of these
macros, but SK_DEFINE_FLATTENABLE_REGISTRAR_ENTRY still looks useful.

Adding flattenable:: to CreateProc helps enforce that we pass the
correct type name. The name is not currently used, but I'd like to.

1b9b7d5393 Reland "Reland "make SkJumper stages normal Skia code""
This is a reland of 78cb579f33

This time, lowp stages are controlled by !defined(JUMPER_IS_SCALAR), not
by defined(__clang__). The two are usually the same, except when we opt
Clang builds into JUMPER_IS_SCALAR artificially.

Some Google3 builds use compilers old enough that they barf when
compiling our NEON code. It's conceivably also possible to define
JUMPER_IS_SCALAR yourself, but I don't think anyone does that.

22e536e3a1 make SkJumper stages normal Skia code
Enough clients are using Clang now that we can say, use Clang to build
if you want these software pipeline stages to go fast.

This lets us drop the offline build aspect of SkJumper stages, instead
building as part of Skia using the SkOpts framework.

I think everything should work, except I've (temporarily) removed
AVX-512 support. I will put this back in a follow up.

I have had to drop Windows down to __vectorcall and our narrower
stage calling convention that keeps the d-registers on the stack.
I tried forcing sysv_abi, but that crashed Clang. :/

Added a TODO to up the same narrower stage calling convention
for lowp stages... we just *don't* today, for no good reason.
