From now on, sample counts always refer to the number of actual color
samples, and render targets don't have separate color and stencil
sample counts.
If mixed samples support is available when making a
"GrAAType::kCoverage" draw, then an op may attach and use a mixed
sampled stencil buffer internally. But this will all be invisible to
the client.
After this CL, we temporarily won't have a mode to use nvpr with mixed
samples. That will soon be fixed by a follow-on CL that enables nvpr
with mixed samples in the normal "gl" and "gles" configs.

If the line/line intersection code returns Inf, it can easily turn into
a NaN in subsequent operations, which leads to an assert or hang.
The fix is to ignore intersections which are non-finite.

In some cases, a split edge may go out-of-order with a neighbouring edge
which has already been removed from the active edge list.
The only way to be sure is to always rewind to the edge top.
This may have performance implications for paths with many (hundreds) of
self-intersections. We'll have to watch the bots carefully.

In some cases, an overlap boundary edge can be nulled out by the creation
of a skeleton edge. In that case, we should avoid trying to create
parallel edge events from that dead edge.
This required making the tessellator verb maximum verb count modifiable
at runtime for testing, since the test case has more than 10 vertices.
Also added more logging.

This separates the existing convexity logic into
two passes. The first pass detects concavity by
counting the changes in direction.
The second pass computes the cross product to
see that all angles bend in the same direction, and
computes the dot product to see if the angle
doubles back on itself.
The second pass treats axis-aligned vectors
separately, and computes the dot and cross products
by comparing point values; it does not use arithmetic
to determine convexity, so it works with all finite
values.
A compile time switch enables returning concave
for co-linear diagonal points:
If successive points are not axis-aligned, and
those points are co-linear along a diagonal;
the path is treated as concave. This is conservative
but avoids paths that change convexity when the
are translated or scaled, since transforming the
path may cause the midpoint to shift to either
side of a line formed by the endpoints.
The compile time switch is set so that co-linear
diagonal points do not affect convexity. Note that
this permits shapes formerly considered concave, such
as stroked lines with round caps, to become convex;
this accounts for many of the GM differences.
A path may double back on itself and be convex;
for instance, a path containing a single line.
Path may have multiple initial moveTo verbs, or
trailing moveTo verbs, and still evaluate as convex.
A separate entry point, SkPathPriv::IsConvex()
allows passing an array of points instead of a path.
A legacy define has been checked into Chrome to
use the old code until layout tests have been
rebaselined.

In some cases, two edges can be collinear when tested on one side
(e.g., left top vs right edge), but non-collinear when tested on the
other (e.g., right top vs left edge). We were actually merging based
on one criterion, but assserting based on the other.
The safest fix is to merge if either condition is true, and then
assert that both conditions are false.

Sometimes the intersector will return an intersection which is on the
same primary sort criterion (eg., Y coordinate), but out-of-range on the
secondary. We shouldn't do splits in this case. The only case we really
care about is if it's less than one epsilon and greater than zero,
and thus numerically unsplittable.

When support for out-of-range intersections was added in
3b5a3fa8b1, it was intended to support
splitting edges that are almost flat, where merging with the top or
bottom vertex would cause visual artifacts. However, it triggers too
often for other, non-nearly-flat cases, causing simplify() to loop
infinitely.
The fix is to support out-of-range intersections only if they differ by
1/2 machine epsilon. This also generalizes the
out_of_range_and_collinear() check, so it was removed.

When merging coincident vertices, sometimes merging an edge will cause
the next edge in the list to die. But since merge_vertices() retrieves
the next edge before merging the current one, we then try to merge its
lifeless corpse, bringing it back as a zombie. The fix is to leave
dead edges, dead.
This was revealed by ec79c39a77, but was
likely a real bug that was being mishandled before that.

While splitting one edge, merge_collinear_edges() may in rare cases
merge the other edge of the intersection out of existence.
split_edge() then brings these dead edges partially back to life,
leaving the mesh in an inconsistent state.
The fix is to null out the top and bottom pointers of dead edges to
mark them as dead, and only split living edges.

Some edges are not coincident with their own endpoints (because floating
point). If this happens for an edge which is a right-enclosing-edge
during the Bentley-Ottman simplify() pass, we end up an infinite loop
attempting to split the edge, since the edge is never to the right of its
endpoint.
The easiest fix is to simply remove the right-enclosing-edge splitting
code. This code was originally added before we had proper
active-edge-list rewinding, and should no longer be necessary.
