Herb Derby 74c6ed3d1f Move one leaf loop from GPU to glyph drawer 
Encapsulate the bitmap inner loop of regenerate in the
SkGlyphRunListDrawer. This changed required placing an
SkGlyphRunListDrawer in the two TextTargets.
