When removing debug_info from SharedFunctionInfo, clear all breakpoints associated with that debug_info.
This is needed because function will live in heap until next gc, and therefore can be found
by Runtime::FindSharedFunctionInfoInScript.

With the change in r4820 all return statements are now breakable like any statement, so stepping will stop before the return statement actually returning from a function. With this change the position when breaking in the function return (after executing the return statement) will be the actual end of the function. At this point the return value is available as it saved to the stack by the debug break at return handling. Added information on the actual value returned from the function to the debugger.

Added support for more precise break points when debugging and stepping. To achieve that additional nop instructions are inserted where breaking would otherwise be impossible. The number of nop instructions inserted are sufficient to make place for patching with a call to a debug break code stub. On Intel that is 5 nop's for 32-bit and 13 for 64-bit. Om ARM 3 nop instructions (12 bytes) are required.
In order to avoid inserting nop's in to many places a simple ast checker have been added to check whether there are breakable code in a statement or expression. If it is possible to break in an expression no additional break enabeling code is inserted.
Added break locations to the true and false part of a conditional expression.
Added stepping tests to cover more constructs.
These changes are only in the full compiler.
Changed the default value for the option --debugger in teh d8 shell from true to false. The reason for this is that with --debugger turned on the full compiler will be used for all code in when running d8, which can be unexpeceted.

1) Exposes Local<Context> v8::Debug::GetDebugContext().
Rationale: We can already get debugger context instance using various workarounds,
so exposing it explicitly in the API only makes things more clear.
2) Removes debugger.HasJavaScriptFrames() requirement for entering debugger context.
Rationale: Sometimes we'd like to call into debugger from the external native code.
3) Makes Debugger v8::Debug::Call execute on debugger context's global object.
Rationale: This is somewhat arguable, but temporary measure. We've agreed that we
should introduce a DebugAPI object that would expose necessary API in the debug-delay.
The problem is that it would take some time to define this API and it is not really
convenient to do that on the v8 land given the difference in v8 / host lifecycle.
The plan is to compose this API as a Debug.* wrapper outside v8 by means of exposing
debugger context's global object here, and once API settles down, upstream it to v8 and
start making Debug::Calls on this new DebugAPI object instead.

Remove messages.h from v8.h and include it explicitly in only the few places
it is needed. Many files relied on getting handles-inl.h implicitly from
messages.h through v8.h, so include handles-inl.h explicitly in v8.h
instead.
Remove zone-inl.h from header files where it is not needed, can be replaced
by a forward declaration, or can be replaced by zone.h (specifically,
factory.h and heap.h). Include zone.h or zone-inl.h in header files where
it was implicitly included via heap.h or factory.h. Prefer zone.h over
zone-inl.h in header files where possible by including zone-inl.h in .cc
files.

When a function is called with a value type as the receiver this is now boxed as an object.
This is a low-impact solution where the receiver is only boxed when required. For IC calls to the V8 builtins values are not boxed and as most of the functions on String.prototype, Number.prototype and Boolean.prototype are sitting there most IC calls on values will not need any boxing of the receiver.
For calls which are not IC calls but calls through the CallFunctionStub a flag is used to determine whether the receiver might be a value and only when that is the case will the receiver be boxed.
No changtes to Function.call and Function.apply - they already boxed values. According to the ES5 spec the receiver should not be boxed for these functions, but current browsers have not adopted that change yet.

When starting JS profiling under Chromium, a map from function addresses to function names is created. During it, for sourceful scripts, an attempt to access script source is made. This can cause a crash, if a source is an external string, which already has been disposed. We had a similar problem in the past with DebugGetLoadedScripts.

Scripts now have a compilation type which can be host, eval or JSON. Host scripts are compiled through the API, eval scripts are compiled through call to evan and JSON scripts are compiled as a result of calling JSON.parse.
For scripts scripts compiled through eval the JavaScript function in top of the stack and the pc offset into the code is stored in the script object. This makes it possible to calculate the source position of the eval call later when requested. This information can be obtained through the script mirror object and is part of the script mirror JSON serialization for the debugger protocol.
Moved the enumeration ScripType into class Script and remamed to Type. The new compilation type enumeration is also inside the class Script.
This information is now shown when using the scripts command in he developer shell debugger.

When loaded scripts are requested this cache is filled with all the script objects in the heap. Hereafter its content is kept in sync with the active scripts in the heap through the notifications of new scripts compiled and by using weak handles to get notified when a script is collected.
Through the tracking of collected scripts the debugger event OnScriptCollected have been added to notify a debugger that a script previously returned through the scripts command is no longer in use.
Make the ComputeIntegerHash globally available.
Moved clearing of the mirror cache to when debugger is really left. Previously recursive invocations of the debugger cause the mirror cache to be cleared causing handles to become either stale or reference other objects.

The object delivered to the debug message handler contains additional information on the current break handling the messages.
Clients which require just JSON message parsing can simply get the JSON using the GetJSON message on the message object to still have the previous behaviour.
NewMessageHangler(const v8::Debug::Message& message) {
v8::String::Value val(message.GetJSON());
OldMessageHandler(Vector<uint16_t>(const_cast<uint16_t*>(*val), val.length()));
}
Refactored some of the debugger code to use internal handles instead of API handles. Also changed Object to JSObject is some places.
The access to the active context when the break occurred is still not implemented. I will add this in a new CL, as this one is quite big already.

The debug message thread was introduced to make it possible to have the message handler callback be called from a different thread than the thread running V8 where the debug event occoured, but it never had any practical use, and prevents providing information to the message handler which is only available from the V8 thread.
In the future any thread decoupling will have do be done by the embedder.
This also removes the queue used for outbound messages.
Renamed the class Message to CommandMessage as it is only used for debugger commands from the client. Related message queue classes has also been renamed.

For keyed IC loads setting a break point now ensures that the inlined code is not used. When the break point is set the inlined map check is changed to fail causing the inlined code not to be used but the IC to be called. As long at the break point is set the map check will stay invalid.

On Android platform, it can also enabled by passing -DENABLE_DEBUGGER_SUPPORT flag to the compiler.

The generic step-in mechanism floods the function called with break points to ensure a break is hit when entering the function. This generic mechanism was also used for function.apply. The code for function.apply contains a keyed load IC which was patched when stepping into function.apply. However function.apply enteres an internal frame not a JavaScript frame. This caused the logic for returning from the break in function.apply to fail as it forced a jump to the IC on the top JavaScript frame. The top JavaScript frame was the frame for the function calling function.apply not the frame for the apply function. Now returning from the break point in the keyed load IC in the apply code caused a jump to the code for the call IC for the function calling function.apply in the first place. Not a pretty sight.
Step-in now handles function.apply as a separate case where the actual JavaScript function called through apply is flodded with breakpoints instead of the function.apply function.

Add a semaphore for accessing debugger varaibles which can be changed from a different thread. This is mainly the debug message handler which can be set to NULL to disconnect the debugger.
Control the unloading of the debugger from the V8 thread. Before the debugger unload was called from the thread setting the debug message handler to NULL. This was not safe as this involves calling into V8. This change handles the unloading of the debugger either when entering a debugger event and the debugger was disconnected while the debugger was not active or when leaving the debugger and the debugger was disconnected while the debugger was active.
Add a flag to avoid unloading the debugger if debugger code is used by the application for other purposes than debugging.

The message handler function set through the debugger API is normally called in a different thread than the V8 thread where execution is stopped due to debugger event. This change adds an option to the API for specifying that the message handler should be called directly from the V8 thread. For an application like Chrome where thread dispatching is already in place this makes more sense.
Add an option to the message handler debugger API to process messages in the thread where V8 is running instead of posting it to a queue for processing on a additional thread.

This makes it possible to remote debuggers to just add commands to the queue without having to request a break as well. As soon as any JavaScript executes the debugger commands will be processed and the response send to the remote debugger.

Add the ability to have the host embedding V8 receive a callback in the V8 thread while V8 is processing a debug callback. When V8 is processing a debug callback the thread where V8 is executing is sitting in a tight loop processing debug commands until the continue command has been executed. In some embedding situations it is beneficial to be able to call back into the embedding host from the thread where V8 is sitting. it is assigned a numeric handle. Handles are used to make a 1:1
correspondence between objects and mirrors. Currently the mirrors are
cached in a JavaScript array and when creating a mirror this cache is
checked to see if a mirror already exists for the object. This cache is
cleared when leaving the debugger.
Changed the serialization format to take advantage of these handles. When
an object is serialized referenced objects are represented just by their
handle id serialized as '{ref:<handle>}'. During serialization the
referenced handles are collected and the serializer can provide a
serialization of all the referenced objects.
