da213b6e37 [api] Make ObjectTemplate::SetNativeDataProperty() work even if the ObjectTemplate does not have a constructor.
Previously ObjectTemplate::New() logic relied on the fact that all the accessor properties are already installed in the initial map of the function object of the constructor FunctionTemplate.
When the FunctionTemplate were instantiated the accessors of the instance templates from the whole inheritance chain were accumulated and added to the initial map.
ObjectTemplate::SetSetAccessor() used to explicitly ensure that the ObjectTemplate has a constructor and therefore an initial map to add all accessors to.

The new approach is to add all the accessors and data properties to the object exactly when the ObjectTemplate is instantiated. In order to keep it fast we now cache the object boilerplates in the Isolate::template_instantiations_cache (the former function_cache), so the object creation turns to be a deep copying of the boilerplate object.

db47a31fb9 Revert of [api] Make ObjectTemplate::SetNativeDataProperty() work even if the ObjectTemplate does not have a … (patchset #3 id:80001 of https://codereview.chromium.org/1642223003/ )
Reason for revert:
Fails a lot of layout tests and blocks the roll. Can be easily reproduced with a local Chromium checkout.

4e39437a02 Separate UnicodeCache out into an own file.
This make inclusion of unicode-inl.h in object.h absolete. Now most
compilation units don't require that header. It also breaks a cycle
within declarations of the scanner.h header.

This tries to remove includes of "-inl.h" headers from normal ".h"
headers, thereby reducing the chance of any cyclic dependencies and
decreasing the average size of our compilation units.

Note that this change still leaves 3 violations of that rule in the
code, checked with the "tools/check-inline-includes.sh" tool.

This CL us a pure refactoring that makes an empty compilation unit
including just "foo.h" but not "foo-inl.h" compile without warnings or
errors. This is needed to further reduce the header dependency tangle.

7d478d9621 Revert of Remove obsolete V8_INFINITY macro. (patchset #3 id:40001 of https://codereview.chromium.org/798413003/)
Reason for revert:
Speculative revert. This seems to block the current roll: https://codereview.chromium.org/819653003/

I retried several times, also with a new roll. The error is internal - but that doesn't make much of a difference.

- In order to have i18n support working on big-endian target, the icudt46b.dat and

- The mjsunit 'nans' test is endian dependent, it is skipped for mips target.

55f93b5532 Renamed "symbols" to "internalized strings" throughout the code base,
in preparation of the introduction of ES6 'symbols' (aka private/unique names).

The SymbolTable became the StringTable. I also made sure to adapt all comments. The only remaining use of the term "symbol" (other than unrelated uses in the parser and such) is now 'NewSymbol' in the API and the 'V8.KeyedLoadGenericSymbol' counter, changing which might break embedders.

The one functional change in this CL is that I removed the former 'empty_string' constant, since it is redundant given the 'empty_symbol' constant that we also had (and both were used inconsistently).

This shaves 416+ KB, just under 1% off the size of the debug d8 executable

getting separate copies for each compilation unit). The difference in
release builds is negligible---a size reduction of 0.1%.

Also, change namespace-level 'static const' variables to remove the static

81e7f597b0 Reintroduce duplicate identifier detection in preparser.
Duplicate identifier detection must be an early syntax error in strict code,
so errors in otherwise lazily compiled functions must be caught in the
preparser.

Originally introduced in r8541 and reverted in r8542.
Now really compiles on Windows.

47e03a0000 fix -Wunused-but-set-variable for gcc-4.6 on x64
* src/third_party/valgrind/valgrind.h: Update from upstream valgrind
r11899, so as to get around some unused value warnings. Also adds
  support for darwin.

This version of valgrind.h differs from the original in that all
instances of "unsigned long long int" have been replaced with
"uint64_t", as the former is not allowed in ISO C++ 89.

See https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=211926 for the upstream bug
  report.

894f57f96a Reduce the number of global constructor calls by changing a constant to a
(constant) inline function.

This brings down the size of v8's .ctors section to 1/4, hopefully fixing the
recent issues with Chromes' CL 91522.

75759805a9 ARM: Remove support for ABI prior to EABI
The support for the old ABI is known to be broken and has been deprecated for some time now. Removed the instructions for loading and storing co-processor registers as they where only used to support the old ABI.

30a0a7de43 Split nested namespaces declaration in two lines in accordance with C++ Style Guide.
This issue was raised by Brett Wilson while reviewing my changelist for readability. Craig Silverstein (one of C++ SG maintainers) confirmed that we should declare one namespace per line. Our way of namespaces closing seems not violating style guides (there is no clear agreement on it), so I left it intact.
