We get less "pollution" of type feedback if we have one vector per native
context, rather than one for the whole system. This CL moves the vector
appropriately.
We rely more heavily on the Optimized Code Map in the SharedFunctionInfo. The
vector actually lives in the first slot of the literals array (indeed there is
great commonality between those arrays, they can be thought of as the same
thing). So we make greater effort to ensure there is a valid literals array
after compilation.
This meant, for performance reasons, that we needed to extend
FastNewClosureStub to support creating closures with literals. And ultimately,
it drove us to move the optimized code map lookup out of FastNewClosureStub
and into the compile lazy builtin.
The heap change is trivial so I TBR Hannes for it...

This increases the size of register operands to be 16-bit.
Not all bytecodes have wide register variants, so when they are
needed a register translator will copy them into a small area
reserved at the top of the 8-bit register range and these registers
are supplied as arguments to the bytecode with 8-bit operands.
This is non-intrusive for typical bytecode where the number of
registers is less than 120. For bytecodes with wide register
operands (above the window) their index needs to be translated
to avoid the reserved translation window.
Enables splay.js to run in Octane and a handful of mjsunit tests.

This is to fix some of the failing test262 tests with ignition flag.
In few test262 tests, there is a throw from the script scope. Rewriter::Rewrite
pass converts expression statements into assignment statements in script scope.
This causes interpreter to fail because assignment expression expects a result
in accumulator but throw statement does not return a value. To fix this, we
now mark that accumulator contains a value when visiting throw statement.

VisitObjectLiteral has two parts. First it creates a literal and then
sets properties or accessor properties. Setting properties requires a
runtime call and it expects the literal object which was created in the
first part is contiguous with other registers it allocates. Since these
are allocated in a different scope they are not always contiguous.
This causes problems with mjsunit/setter-on-constructor-prototype.js.
This cl fixes by allocating contiguous registers in the inner scope.
Literal value is copied into the newly allocated register so that all
the required registers are always contiguous.

This patch improves ArrayBuffer and TypedArray subclassing by adding
support for @@species and constructing outputs to certain methods
by creating an instance of the constructor determined by the
SpeciesConstructor algorithm, rather than fixed to a superclass or
naively the constructor. The new behavior is enabled by the
--harmony-species flag. Care is taken to not significantly change the
observable behavior when the flag is off. Previously, TypedArrays
already supported subclassing by reading the constructor of the
receiver, but ArrayBuffers did not, and this old behavior is
preserved and tested for, to avoid a multi-stage upgrade path and keep
things simple for users.

As V8 becomes more and more spec-compliant, Promise polyfill libraries
like core.js expect fully correct. However, our Promises do not yet
support Symbol.species. Therefore, a case like
```
var test = new Promise(function(){});
test.constructor = function(){};
Promise.resolve(test)
```
would lead to an unhandled Promise rejection, whereas it should not
because test.constructor[Symbol.species] is undefined, so test.then
should end up constructing %Promise% as a fallback, rather than
calling test.constructor as if it were a constructor, which leads
this error checking code to throw.
For now, this patch removes the error checking code (which was not
present until recently). In an interactive test using core.js, the
error message on the console goes away with this patch. When @@species
support is in place, this patch can be reverted. A regression test
is added which checks for the same thing.

This patch implements @@species, guarded behind the --harmony-species
flag, on Arrays. Methods which return an Array will instead return
the appropriate instance based on the ArraySpeciesCreate algorithm.
The algorithm is implemented in C++ to get access to realm information
and to implement some Array methods in C++, but it is also accessed
from JavaScript through a new runtime function. A couple interactive
Octane runs show no performance regression with the flag turned off,
but turning --harmony-species on will surely have a significant
regression, as Array methods now heavily use ObjectDefineProperty.

As discussed in person, this adds the code from v8-native-prototype into
V8 proper, guarded by GYP flags that do not build the code by default.
Passing wasm=on to 'make' or setting v8_wasm as a GYP flag activates
building of this code.
An additional header file is added to and exported from the compiler
directory, src/compiler/wasm-compiler.h. This exposes a limited interface
with opaque Node and Graph types to the decoder to build TF graphs, as
well as functions to compile WASM graphs.
The mjsunit tests added are blacklisted because they fail without the
WASM object exposed to JS, which is also disabled by the build config

This fixes a terrible interaction of code flushing and the clearing of
optimized code maps hanging off a SharedFunctionInfo. The following is
what happened:
1) Incremental marking cleared map in SharedFunctionInfo s, however it
was not enqueued as a flushing candidate because one JSFunction f1
still had optimized code.
2) Deoptimization of f1 made s eligible for code flushing.
3) Optimization of f2 added new entry to optimized code map of s.
4) The JSFunction f2 became unreachable and hence is never marked.
5) Incremental marking now visits f1, finds it eligible for flushing,
also s is eligible for flushing, both are enqueued.
6) Marking finishes, code flusher clears f1 and s, but the optimized
code map of s still contains an entry.

The test demonstrates a bad interaction between arguments object
materialization, escape analysis and exception handling.
We can return a wrong arguments object if we materialize arguments
object (using f.arguments) and then throw around f's frame so that f
does not clean up the materialized frame information (see the
MaterializedObjectStore in deoptimizer.h/.cc). If we enter another
function that has the same frame pointer and request an arguments object
of (or lazily deoptimize) that function, we can get the materialized
object of the original function.
We should clean up the materialized object store when we unwind the
stack.

Contribution of PowerPC port (continuation of 422063005 and 817143002). This patch covers
the key changes needed to the common files needed to support AIX. Subsequent
patches will cover:
- changes to update the ppc directories so they are current with the changes
in the rest of the project.
- remaining AIX changes not resolved by 4.8 compiler
- individual optimizations for PPC

The approach taken in this CL is to incrementally move toward the
currently-specced version of modules in ES6. The biggest change in this
patch is separating the parsing of modules from the parsing of scripts,
getting rid of the 'module' keyword and thus disallowing modules-in-scripts
as well as modules-in-modules.
The syntax supported by import/export declarations has not yet been significantly
changed, with the major exception being that import declarations require a string
as the 'from' part.
Most of the existing tests have been disabled, with a first new test added
in cctest/test-parsing.

Trimming the graph consists of breaking links from nodes that are not reachable from end to nodes that are reachable from end. Such dead nodes show up in the use lists of the live nodes and though mostly harmless, just clutter up the graph. They also can limit instruction selection opportunities, so it is good to get rid of them.
This CL is one half of the ControlReducer functionality, the other half
being branch folding.

Since the deopt patch address needs to be available during GC to
resolve safepoints, we need to move it to the code object (instead of
the deoptimization input data) - accessing a separate fixed array
is not safe during GC. This CL adds a deoptimization_pc field to
each safepoint. The fields points to the deoptimization block.
The CL also fixes wrong register allocator constraints for
frame states on calls. These should always live on the stack
because registers are not preserved during a call.

Bunch of changes were necessary:
- refactor attaching the frame states/lazy bailouts in AstGraphBuilder
(essentialy reland of r23096),
- attaching frame state to some JS nodes in a similar way to attaching
context (this is quite ugly and we should take another look at this),
- new bailout point for the debugger statement,
- register allocation constraints for the frame states,
- generating translations and deopt entries, attaching them to
safepoints,
- enabled one mjsunit test for debugger state that uses the generated
frame state.

This patch reverts r21062 which disabled Object.observe and the relevant tests.
It also adds enforcement for the following three invariants:
1) No observer may receive a change record describing changes to an object which is in different security origin (context have differing security tokens)
2) No observer may receive a change record whose context's security token is different from that of the object described by the change.
3) Object.getNotifier will return null if the caller and the provided object are in differing security origins
Further, it ensures that the global object can never be observed nor a notifier retrieved for it.
Tests are included.

Code generation would fail when assembling a branch to a label that is bound
outside the immediate range of the instruction. A64 is sensitive to this, as the
various branching instructions have different ranges, going down to +-32KB for
TBZ/TBNZ. The MacroAssembler is augmented to handle branches to targets that
may exceed the immediate range of instructions.
When branching backward to a label exceeding the instruction range, the
MacroAssembler can simply tweak the generated code to use an unconditional
branch with a longer range. For example instead of
B(cond, &label);
the MacroAssembler can generate:
b(InvertCondition(cond), &done);
b(&label);
bind(&done);
Since the target is not known when the branch is emitted, forward branches uses
a different mechanism. The MacroAssembler keeps track of forward branches to
unbound labels. When the code generation approaches the end of the range of a
branch, a veneer is generated for the branch.

Throwing under FLAG_debug_code confuses the rest of our infrastructure
which expects a safe point at the site of call into the runtime
for throw. We were doing that to make a clusterfuzz test happy, but
the better solution is to assert/abort under debug_code, and prevent
clusterfuzz from fuzzing on internal APIs that crash on incorrect
values.
We'll need to alter the fuzzer to turn off fuzzing for:
string-natives.js
lithium/SeqStringSetChar.js
regress/regress-seqstrsetchar-ex3.js
regress/regress-seqstrsetchar-ex1.js
regress/regress-crbug-320922.js
So as to prevent the fuzzer from running
%_OneByteSeqStringSetChar() and
%_TwoByteSeqStringSetChar().

Our generic KeyedStoreIC doesn't handle the case when a callback is
set on array elements in the prototype chain of the object, nor do
we recognize that we need to avoid the monomorphic case if these
callbacks exist.
This CL addresses the issue by looking for dictionary elements in
the prototype chain on IC misses and crankshaft element store
instructions. When found, the generic IC is used. The generic IC is
changed to go to the runtime in this case too.
In general, keyed loads are immune from this problem because they
won't return the hole: discovery of the hole goes to the runtime where
the callback will be found in the prototype chain. Double array loads
in crankshaft can return the hole but only if the prototype chain is
unaltered (we will catch such alterations).
Includes the following patch as well (already reviewed by bmeurer):
Performance regression found in test regress-2185-2.js. The problem was
that the bailout method for TransitionAndStoreStub was not performing
the appropriate transition.

When a generator suspends, it saves its state out to the heap and
unwinds try handlers but doesn't pop anything off the stack. Instead it
relies on no GC happening between the suspend and the return from the
generator. However this was not the case: boxing the result object
could cause GC, which would try to traverse the stack but would
misinterpret words from unwound try handlers as heap objects.
This CL changes to allocate the result objects before the suspend. It
also removes the generators-iteration skip introduced in r15065.

The generator object methods "next", "send", and "throw" now
include some inline assembly to set up a resumed stack frame. In some
common cases, we can just jump back into the frame to resume it.
Otherwise the resume code calls out to a runtime to fill in the operand
stack, rewind the handlers, and possibly to throw an exception.

Currently, when a long series of removable simulates are merged, we do
this by merging them one by one as we find them. As we merge the value
value lists of the simulates, those lists snowball so that we get a
quadratic complexity wrt runtime and memory consumption.
Instead, we gather simulates that need to be merged, and merge them
backwards starting from the last simulate.
