Move VisitLiteral to decide what type of literal is being emitted by
checking the raw ASTValue type, instead of the internalized on-heap
value. This is required for concurrent bytecode generation.
As part of this change, the NUMBER AstValue constructor is modified to
try to convert numbers without a dot to SMIs where possible. This is to
maintain the behavior in NewNumber where such numbers are internalized as
SMIs, and ensures that we still emit LdaSmi bytecodes for these values
in the generated bytecode.

The implementation of DoubleRepresentation was based on undefined
behavior, and it can be replaced by bit_casts.

Previously ObjectTemplate::New() logic relied on the fact that all the accessor properties are already installed in the initial map of the function object of the constructor FunctionTemplate.
When the FunctionTemplate were instantiated the accessors of the instance templates from the whole inheritance chain were accumulated and added to the initial map.
ObjectTemplate::SetSetAccessor() used to explicitly ensure that the ObjectTemplate has a constructor and therefore an initial map to add all accessors to.
The new approach is to add all the accessors and data properties to the object exactly when the ObjectTemplate is instantiated. In order to keep it fast we now cache the object boilerplates in the Isolate::template_instantiations_cache (the former function_cache), so the object creation turns to be a deep copying of the boilerplate object.

Reason for revert:
Fails a lot of layout tests and blocks the roll. Can be easily reproduced with a local Chromium checkout.

This tries to remove includes of "-inl.h" headers from normal ".h"
headers, thereby reducing the chance of any cyclic dependencies and
decreasing the average size of our compilation units.
Note that this change still leaves 5 violations of that rule in the
code. It only tackles "node.h" including "types-inl.h".

This CL us a pure refactoring that makes an empty compilation unit
including just "foo.h" but not "foo-inl.h" compile without warnings or
errors. This is needed to further reduce the header dependency tangle.

This shaves 416+ KB, just under 1% off the size of the debug d8 executable
on Linux (mostly because the CheckHelper functions for assertions were
getting separate copies for each compilation unit). The difference in
release builds is negligible---a size reduction of 0.1%.
Also, change namespace-level 'static const' variables to remove the static
storage class as it's the default.

Duplicate identifier detection must be an early syntax error in strict code,
so errors in otherwise lazily compiled functions must be caught in the
preparser.
Originally introduced in r8541 and reverted in r8542.
Now really compiles on Windows.

This is a fix and reapply of r8516 with some comments addressed and more
tests added.
The difference from r8516 is that canonicalization of number literals is
no performed using the same methods as in v8, to avoid false positives/negatives
when detecting duplicates.

The current json parser and scanner inherits fromt he normal scanners and parsers,
which are more complicated than we need for parsing json.
The supplied scanner works directly on the string supplied and has a
fast case mode for scanning only ascii characters (it will simply
create a substring or a symbol directly from the existing string). To
allow for creating symbols from a substring I have added a
SubStringAsciiSymbolKey that creates the hash based from our string
without extracting the sub-string. In case we need to add the symbol
it simply creates the symbol directly from the characters inside the
given string.

The ScannerConstants class was originally static fields on the scanner class.
During creation of the stand-alone preparser and later isolates, it has been
moved into a separate class with a per-isolate instance.
It is used to hold caching unicode Predicate values.
This change renames the class to UnicodeCache, and passes a reference
to the instance down to methods that doesn't have an easy access to
an isolate (to avoid, e.g., having to do an Isolate::Current() for every
number parsed).

The collector class automatically expands to hold the values added to it,
like a List, but doesn't ensure that the backing store is contiguous, which
allows it to avoid copying back and forth as the buffer grows.
This is in preparation for identifyng identical symbols during preparsing.

This issue was raised by Brett Wilson while reviewing my changelist for readability. Craig Silverstein (one of C++ SG maintainers) confirmed that we should declare one namespace per line. Our way of namespaces closing seems not violating style guides (there is no clear agreement on it), so I left it intact.
