c677f81381 Scanner::LiteralBuffer usage cleanup.
1, restrict use of LiteralBuffers to the tokens that actually need it.
  - E.g., previously the Token::FUNCTION would have a literal buffer
    containing "function", which was never actually used.
  - This eliminates copies of the string data for every call to
    PeekAhead or SetBookmark.
2, document & enforce the "secret" Scanner API contract w/ DCHECK
  - Document & check the correspondence of token value and literal buffer.
  - Document & check preconditions for calling PeekAhead, ScanRegExp*,
    ScanTemplate*.

73b0f15714 Function name variable does not need a VariableDeclaration
This changes Scope::function_ (for holding the name binding
for named function expression) from a VariableDeclaration
to a Variable. No work is done when visiting this declaration,
since it's kCreatedInitialized, so we can treat it like
other function-specific variables.

This simplifies a wide variety of code, and centralizes
the logic for constructing the variable inside scopes.cc.
This may one day make it easier to eliminate the CONST_LEGACY
VariableMode.

1ac0965542 Allow trailing commas in function parameter lists
Add a flag harmony_trailing_commas_in_parameters that allows trailing
commas in function parameter declaration lists and function call
parameter lists. Trailing commas are allowed in parenthetical lists like
`(a, b, c,)` only if the next token is `=>`, thereby making it an arrow
function declaration. Only 1 trailing comma is allowed, not `(a,,)`. A
trailing comma must follow a non-rest parameter, so `(,)` and `(...a,)`
are still SyntaxErrors. However, a trailing comma is allowed after a
spread parameter, e.g. `a(...b,);`.

Add parser tests for all of the above.

2f6be682ac Parser: Report use counts once per feature
Reporting use counts by invoking a callback once per occurrence has
a large overhead cost in certain situations, for example when it needs
to be dispatched to a different thread (which is the case for Web Workers).

Parsing large scripts can produce a lot of occurrences (strict/sloppy mode
once per function).

Chromium (the only known user of UseCounters so far) does not actually care
about number of occurrences, but simply whether they happened at least once.
This commit changes behavior to report features at most once, which dramatically
improves performance for impacted use cases, and should not affect the only
known real world usage.

d0c65f93bf [parser] Relex restriction on reserved words
Some IdentifierNames are only included in the set of FutureReservedWords
for strict mode code. Outside of strict mode, these IdentifierNames may
be used as Identifiers. Notably, this includes their use as
BindingIdentifiers in LexicalBindings.

From ES2015 12.1.1 Static Semantics: Early Errors (Identifiers):

> It is a Syntax Error if this phrase is contained in strict mode code
> and the StringValue of IdentifierName is: "implements", "interface",
> "let", "package", "private", "protected", "public", "static", or
> "yield".

http://www.ecma-international.org/ecma-262/6.0/#sec-identifiers-static-semantics-early-errors

Due to a error in its heuristic for disambiguating the `let` token, V8
does not currently allow any of the strict-mode-only FutureReservedWords
to be used as a BindingIdentifier outside of strict mode.

Update V8's heuristic for disambiguating the `let` keyword to account
for strict mode, enabling these IdentifierNames to be used

9e9abcfff4 Properly disallow 'yield' in class expressions and arrow parameters
Yield expressions are not allowed in formal parameter initializers of
generators, but we weren't properly catching the case where the yield
expression appeared in the 'extends' clause of a class expression.

They also aren't allowed in arrow functions, which we were failing to
catch due to not looking at the obscurely-named "FormalParameterInitializerError"
bit of ExpressionClassifier.

This patch passes along an ExpressionClassifier when parsing class
expressions and accumulates the proper error for that case.

For the arrow function case, the fix is simply to check for the
"formal parameter initializer" error once we know we've parsed
an arrow function. The error message used for this has also
been made specific to yield expressions.

Tests are added both for the error case and the non-error cases (where
yield is used in such a position inside the class body).

7f108b655b Implement ES2015 labelled function declaration restrictions
ES#sec-islabelledfunction specifies that labelled function declarations
may not occur as the body of a control flow construct such as an if

eliminates a previous case resulting in a DCHECK failure which is now

ed18aa65ea Remove support for legacy const, part 1
Now that ES2015 const has shipped, in Chrome 49, legacy const declarations
are no more. This lets us remove a bunch of code from many parts of the
codebase.

In this patch, I remove parser support for generating legacy const variables
from const declarations. This also removes the special "illegal declaration"
bit from Scope, which has ripples into all compiler backends.

Also gone are any tests which relied on legacy const declarations.

Note that we do still generate a Variable in mode CONST_LEGACY in one case:
function name bindings in sloppy mode. The likely fix there is to add a new
Variable::Kind for this case and handle it appropriately for stores in each
backend, but I leave that for a later patch to make this one completely
subtractive.

5a202cce6e Remove --harmony-modules flag and let embedder decide when modules are used
Modules already have a separate entrypoint into the engine (at the moment,
this is v8::ScriptCompiler::CompileModule, though that will change to
something like ParseModule). This meant that requiring a commandline flag
simply added an extra complexity burden on embedders. By removing the v8
flag, this lets embedders use their own flagging mechanism (such as d8's
"--module", or Blink's RuntimeEnabledFeatures) to control whether
modules are to be used.

Also remove old modules tests that were being skipped (since they test
very old, pre-ES2015 modules syntax).

0e7f095c6d Restrict FunctionDeclarations in Statement position
ES2015 generally bans FunctionDeclarations in positions which expect a Statement,
as opposed to a StatementListItem, such as a FunctionDeclaration which constitutes
the body of a for loop. However, Annex B 3.2 and 3.4 make exceptions for labeled
function declarations and function declarations as the body of an if statement in
sloppy mode, in the latter case specifying that the semantics are as if the
function declaration occurred in a block. Chrome has historically permitted
further extensions, for the body of any flow control construct.

This patch addresses both the syntactic and semantic mismatches between V8 and
the spec. For the semantic mismatch, function declarations as the body of if
statements change from unconditionally hoisting in certain cases to acquiring
the sloppy mode function in block semantics (based on Annex B 3.3). For the
extra syntax permitted, this patch adds a flag,
--harmony-restrictive-declarations, which excludes disallowed function declaration
cases. A new UseCounter, LegacyFunctionDeclaration, is added to count how often
function declarations occur as the body of other constructs in sloppy mode. With
this patch, the code generally follows the form of the specification with respect
to parsing FunctionDeclarations, rather than allowing them in arbitrary Statement
positions, and makes it more clear where our extensions occur.

1003785ced Remove AssignmentExpressionFlags enum, handle error checking in callers
This is hopefully the last in a series of cleanup patches around
destructuring assignment. It simplifies the ParseAssignmentExpression
API, making the callers call CheckDestructuringElement() where appropriate.
CheckDestructuringElement has been further simplified to only emit the
errors that the parser depends on it emitting.

I've also beefed up the test coverage in test-parsing.cc to
handling all the destructuring flags being on, which caught an oddity
in how we disallow initializers in spreads in patterns (we need to treat
RewritableAssignmentExpressions as Assignments for the purpose of
error checking).

Finally, I added a few helper methods to ParserBase to handle a few
classes of expressions (assignments and literals-as-patterns).

c04ef1ffcb Fix handling of escaped "let" and "static" tokens
The old handling of escaped keywords erroneously treated escaped versions
of "let" and "static" as ESCAPED_KEYWORD, leading to erroneous errors in
sloppy mode. Moreover, though the class literal parsing code attempted
to fix up the parsing of escaped versions of "static" to allow it in the
right places, that code wasn't complete.

Fixing the scanner to mark escaped "static" as ESCAPED_STRICT_RESERVED_WORD
allows simplifying the class literal parsing code. A little extra code
was needed to properly handle the new treatment of escaped "let".

Note that "yield" is still broken (that is, we're overly restrictive of
escaped "yield" in sloppy mode).

2732a6ad44 [es6] Correct parsing of regular expression literal flags.
ES6 section 12.2.8.1 states that flags for regular expression literals
must be checked during parsing and invalid flags are early errors. This
change adapts the Scanner and (Pre)Parser to act according to the spec.

This is also a prerequisite to unify the handling of literal creation
(for Objects, Arrays, Regexps, and at some point Classes).

a316db995e [es6] Implement destructuring binding in try/catch
The approach is to desugar

  try { ... }
  catch ({x, y}) { ... }

into

  try { ... }
  catch (.catch) {
    let x = .catch.x;
    let y = .catch.y;
    ...
  }

using the PatternRewriter's normal facilities. This has the side benefit
of throwing the appropriate variable conflict errors for declarations
made inside the catch block.

No change is made to non-destructured cases, which will hopefully save
us some work if https://github.com/tc39/ecma262/issues/150 is adopted
in the spec.

There's one big problem with this patch, which is a lack of PreParser
support for the redeclaration errors. But it seems we're already lacking
good PreParser support for such errors, so I'm not sure that should
block this moving forward.

24565b8598 Use Scope::function_kind_ to distinguish arrow function scopes
Previously, arrow function scopes had a separate ScopeType. However,
Scope::DeserializeScopeChain() erroneously deserialized ARROW_SCOPE
ScopeInfos as FUNCTION_SCOPE. This could lead to bugs such as the
attached one, where "super" was disallowed where it should have
been allowed.

This patch utilizes the Scope's FunctionKind to distinguish arrow
functions from others. Besides fixing the above bug, this also
simplifies code in various places that had to deal with two different
ScopeTypes both of which meant "function".

Previously, cases like

This patch fixes the parser issue (implicitly creating an undefined

right-hand side is coercible to an object, so it can have iterator

This patch prohibits lexical bindings from being called 'let', even in

33ec0b79b8 Parsing especially large nested functions takes up more memory than necessary.
Inner functions must be eagerly parsed for scope analysis, but the full AST is
also kept around even though it's not needed.

This CL mitigates this problem by allocating some AstNodes of the inner function
to a temporary Zone which is deallocated once the scope information has been
built. The remaining nodes (such as VariableProxy) must persist until scope
analysis actually happens, and have to be allocated to a parser-persistent Zone.

decc7b092a Sloppy-mode let parsing
This patch makes 'let' a contextual keyword in both strict and sloppy mode.
It behaves as a keyword when used at the beginning of a StatementListItem
or lexical declaration at the beginning of a for statement, if it is followed
by an identifier, [ or {. Implementing this change requires an extra token
look-ahead by the parser which is only invoked in certain cases (so as to
avoid parsing RegExps as ECMAScript tokens). This might result in a slowdown
of the scanner, but performance testing of this patch hasn't yet found much
of a regression.

These flags weren't doing any real work, since the decision of whether some

2d2b72f638 Split off a separate --harmony_sloppy_let flag
--harmony_sloppy includes behavior to turn on sloppy mode lexical
bindings. Before this patch, it also included a way to parse let
which is likely web-incompatible (let is disallowed as an
identifier). This patch splits off the let parsing from the more

9d6ab46aef Improve parsing errors related to destructuring bind
For destructuring bind, the parser needs to complain about things
which are inappropriate to have on the left-hand side.

Previously, regexp literals and template literals were let through
the parser inappropriately. This patch turns those into errors.

This patch also fixes off-by-one errors in reporting the location
of this type of error for strings and numbers. Before the patch,
the error would look like:

d8> var {x: 3} = {x: 4}
(d8):1: SyntaxError: Unexpected number
var {x: 3} = {x: 4}
      ^
SyntaxError: Unexpected number

And with the patch, the error is

d8> var {x: 3} = {x: 4}
(d8):1: SyntaxError: Unexpected number
var {x: 3} = {x: 4}
        ^
SyntaxError: Unexpected number

7ffdb5194d [destructuring] Grand for statement parsing unification.
Also support patterns in ``for (var p in/of ...)``

This CL extends the rewriting we used to do for ``for (let p in/of...)`` to
``for (var p in/of ...)``. For all for..in/of loop declaring variable,
we rewrite
   for (var/let/const pattern in/of e) b
into
   for (x' in/of e) { var/let/const pattern = e; b }

This adds a small complication for debugger: for a statement
   for (var v in/of e) ...
we used to have
   var v;
   for (v in/of e) ...
and there was a separate breakpoint on ``var v`` line.
This breakpoint is actually useless since it is immediately followed by
a breakpoint on evaluation of ``e``, so this CL removes that breakpoint
location.

Similiraly, for let, it used to be that
  for (let v in/of e) ...
became
  for (x' in/of e) { let v; v  = x'; ... }
``let v``generetaed a useless breakpoint (with the location at the
loop's head. This CL removes that breakpoint as well.

This gets Variable and VariableProxy out of the business of worrying about
Interfaces.

At the same time, get rid of the notion of "module variables". In ES6, variables
that refer to modules will be simply be CONST bindings to module namespace
objects.

The only change in logic here is one more early error:
duplicate export names are now rejected.

df0cb9999f Parsing: Make Parser not know about Isolate during background parsing.
Parser must be able to operate independent of Isolate and the V8 heap during
parsing. After the heap-independent phase, there is a heap dependent phase,
during which we internalize strings, handle errors, etc.

This makes Isolate (also via CompilationInfo) unaccessible during parsing, and
thus decreases the probability of accidental code changes which would add
heap-dependent operations into the heap-independent phase.

Since Isolate is also accessible via CompilationInfo, now CompilationInfo is
only passed to the entry points of parsing, and not stored in Parser.

5d68529be2 Parsing: Make Scope not know about Isolate.
Scope, like Parser, must be able to operate independent of Isolate and the V8
heap (for background parsing). After the heap-independent phase, there is a heap
dependent phase, during which we do operations such as scope anaylysis.

This CL makes the phases explicit by not telling Scope about the Isolate too
early (during the heap-independent phase, Scope should know nothing about
Isolate). This decreases the probability of accidental code changes which would
add heap-dependent operations into the heap-independent phase.

64abe65210 Allow eval and arguments as property names
We incorrectly disallowed eval and arguments in accessor and method

5c56665059 PreParser / Parser consistency: Make PreParser aware of Zone and AstValueFactory.
Previously it just had hacks to have NULLs instead of them and pretended to know
nothing about Zone. The hacks provide no real benefit (probably historically
based on some weird misconception about the relationship between Zone and
Isolate), and make it harder for the PreParser to start to know more about
variables and scoping.

0e3b5386ae Scanner / Unicode decoding: use size_t instead of unsigned.
size_t is the correct data type for this purpose. Our APIs (in particular
ExternalSourceStream::GetMoreData) are already using it, and there were some
static_casts to convert between them.

This CL doesn't intend to fix all of V8, just the minimal sense-making part
around scanner character streams.

c7851da4ae Introduce LanguageMode, drop StrictMode.
This enables adding more language modes in the future.

For maximum flexibility, LanguageMode is a bitmask, so we're not restricted to
use a sequence of language modes which are progressively stricter, but we can
express the language mode as combination of features.

For now, LanguageMode can only be "sloppy" or "strict", and there are
STATIC_ASSERTS in places which need to change when more modes are added.

LanguageMode is a bit like the old LanguageMode when "extended" mode was still
around (see https://codereview.chromium.org/8417035 and
https://codereview.chromium.org/181543002 ) except that it's transmitted through
all the layers (there's no StrictModeFlag).

b004b1d821 Move object literal checking into checker classes
This removes the duplicate property check from object literals.

Instead we repurpose the ObjectLiteralChecker into two cases, implemented
by two subclasses to ObjectLiteralCheckerBase called ObjectLiteralChecker

The object literal checker now only checks for duplicate __proto__ fields in
object literals.

The class literal checker checks for duplicate constructors, non constructor
fields named constructor as well as static properties named prototype.

aeb3a71740 Begin modernization of --harmony-modules
The approach taken in this CL is to incrementally move toward the
currently-specced version of modules in ES6. The biggest change in this
patch is separating the parsing of modules from the parsing of scripts,
getting rid of the 'module' keyword and thus disallowing modules-in-scripts
as well as modules-in-modules.

The syntax supported by import/export declarations has not yet been significantly
changed, with the major exception being that import declarations require a string
as the 'from' part.

Most of the existing tests have been disabled, with a first new test added
in cctest/test-parsing.

02cb54e3cc Make test-parsing faster: don't run parsing tests with all experimental flag combinations.
Instead, make it possible for indifidual tests to pass "always true flags" which
are not part of the varying flag set.

The downside is that if an experimental flag changes parsing of some of the
unrelated code snippets, it's noticed later (only after the flag is turned on by
default). But this is a reasonable trade off for faster tests.

Additional fix: Some tests (ErrorsFutureStrictReservedWords) were using
always_flags incorrectly (running two different tests with different
always_flags basically iterates over every flag combination anyway - most of
them twice).

Most of the run time came from testing with all possible flag combinations. None
of the flags passed affect the test, and there are specialized tests for testing
the features behind the flags; no need to slow down the generic test.

With these changes, run time for debug build goes from 186 s to 0.5 s.

In addition, fixed some missing commas between the test cases.

fd13969ef0 Disable ParserSync test for now, it takes waaaaay too long.
Running this in x64.release mode on a powerful HP620 takes 4 seconds,
this is at least 2 orders of magnitude too slow and leads to tons of
false positives on our build bots due to timeouts. As it is, the
cost-benefit ratio is far too low.

The whole approach needs to be changed: Instead of trying to exhaust
some search space in unit tests, this should be turned into a fuzzing
test where only a small but random number of things are tested. The
exhaustive approach can be done separately, but definitely not in the
unit tests.

2b026851ac Scanner: disallow unicode escapes in regexp flags.
The spec explicitly forbids them. V8 never handled them properly either, just
the Scanner accepted them (it had code to add them literally to the
LiteralBuffer) and later on, Regexp constructor disallowed them.

According to the spec, unicode escapes in regexp flags should be an early error
("It is a Syntax Error if IdentifierPart contains a Unicode escape sequence.").

Note that Scanner is still more relaxed about regexp flags than the
spec. Especially, it accepts any identifier parts (not just a small set of
letters) and doesn't check for duplicates.

1bb79539f3 Scanner: remove PushBack calls when we're going to return ILLEGAL.
This simplifies escape handling and makes it easier to extend escapes for ES6.

PushBack just before detecting ILLEGAL is unnecessary, since we will abort the
scanning / parsing anyway at that point, and it doesn't matter where the cursor
exactly is. The error messages w/ PushBack are not any better or more correct
than without.

In addition: remove a comment about handling invalid escapes gracefully when we
no longer do. (*)

This CL includes a behavioral change: For input "var r = /foobar/g\urrrr;" we
used to report "unexpected_token: ILLEGAL" for "\u", but now we report
malformed_regexp_flags which is a more correct error message. (Note that the
code for reporting invalid_regexp_flags was dead, and invalid_regexp_flags is
not the right error message.)

Note that the V8 is more relaxed about unicode escapes in regexp flags than ES6
(see
http://people.mozilla.org/~jorendorff/es6-draft.html#sec-regular-expressions )
and this CL doesn't change it. (V8 accepts any \uxxxx, ES6 spec says only a
certain value range is acceptable.)

(*) Code archaeology:

Originally, doing PushBack in ScanHexEscape made sense (see e.g., here
https://codereview.chromium.org/5063003/diff/6001/src/prescanner.h ), since we
wouldn't return ILLEGAL but treat an invalid escape sequence "\uxxxx" as
"uxxxx".

(The repo at that point contains another instance of the same function, from the
initial commit. The logic is the same.)

This behavior was changed in a "renaming" commit
https://codereview.chromium.org/7739020.

ES6 no longer makes duplicate properties an error. However, we

a42612b4a7 Change ScriptCompiler::CompileOptions to allow for two 'cache' modes
(parser or code) and to be explicit about cache consumption or production
(rather than making presence of cached_data imply one or the other.)

Also add a --cache flag to d8, to allow testing the functionality.

-----------------------------
API change

Reason: Currently, V8 supports a 'parser cache' for repeatedly executing the same script. We'd like to add a 2nd mode that would cache code, and would like to let the embedder decide which mode they chose (if any).

Note: Previously, the 'use cached data' property was implied by the presence of the cached data itself. (That is, kNoCompileOptions and source->cached_data != NULL.) That is no longer sufficient, since the presence of data is no longer sufficient to determine /which kind/ of data is present.

Changes from old behaviour:

- If you previously didn't use caching, nothing changes.
Example:
  v8::CompileUnbound(isolate, source, kNoCompileOptions);

- If you previously used caching, it worked like this:

  - 1st run:
  v8::CompileUnbound(isolate, source, kProduceToCache);
  Then, source->cached_data would contain the
  data-to-be cached. This remains the same, except you
  need to tell V8 which type of data you want.
  v8::CompileUnbound(isolate, source, kProduceParserCache);

  - 2nd run:
  v8::CompileUnbound(isolate, source, kNoCompileOptions);
  with source->cached_data set to the data you received in
  the first run. This will now ignore the cached data, and
  you need to explicitly tell V8 to use it:
  v8::CompileUnbound(isolate, source, kConsumeParserCache);

70da8959bc Implement handling of arrow functions in the parser
Arrow functions are parsed from ParseAssignmentExpression(). Handling the
parameter list is done by letting ParseConditionalExpression() parse a comma
separated list of identifiers, and it returns a tree of BinaryOperation nodes
with VariableProxy leaves, or a single VariableProxy if there is only one
parameter. When the arrow token "=>" is found, the VariableProxy nodes are
passed to ParseArrowFunctionLiteral(), which will then skip parsing the
paramaeter list. This avoids having to rewind when the arrow is found and
restart parsing the parameter list.

Note that the empty parameter list "()" is handled directly in
ParsePrimaryExpression(): after is has consumed the opening parenthesis,
if a closing parenthesis follows, then the only valid input is an arrow
function. In this case, ParsePrimaryExpression() directly calls
ParseArrowFunctionLiteral(), to avoid needing to return a sentinel value
to signal the empty parameter list. Because it will consume the body of
the arrow function, ParseAssignmentExpression() will not see the arrow
"=>" token as next, and return the already-parser expression.

The implementation is done in ParserBase, so it was needed to do some
additions to ParserBase, ParserTraits and PreParserTraits. Some of the
glue code can be removed later on when more more functionality is moved
to ParserBase.

Additionally, this adds a runtime flag "harmony_arrow_functions"
(disabled by default); enabling "harmony" will enable it as well.

e5991fc373 Implement handling of arrow functions in the parser

7367720daa Implement handling of arrow functions in the parser
Arrow functions are parsed from ParseAssignmentExpression. Handling the
parameter list is done by letting ParseConditionalExpression() parse
a comma-separated list of identifiers, and it returns a tree of
BinaryOperation nodes with VariableProxy leaves, or a single
VariableProxy if there is only one parameter. When the arrow token "=>"
is found, the VariableProxy nodes are passed to ParseFunctionLiteral(),
which will then skip parsing the paramaeter list. This avoids having
to rewind when the arrow is found and restart parsing the parameter
list. Note that ParseExpression() expects parenthesized expressions
to not be empty, so checking for a closing parenthesis is added in
handling the empty parameter list "()" will accept a right-paren and
return an empty expression, which means that the parameter list is
empty.

Additionally, this adds the following machinery:

 - A runtime flag "harmony_arrow_functions" (disabled by default).
   Enabling "harmony" will enable it as well.
 - An IsArrow bit in SharedFunctionInfo, and accessors for it.
 - An IsArrow bit in FunctionLiteral, accessorts for it, and
   a constructor parameter to set its value.
 - In ParserBase: allow_arrow_functions() and set_allow_arrow_functions()
 - A V8 native %FunctionIsArrow(), which is used to skip adding the
   "function " prefix when getting the source code for an arrow
   function.

11b8551f60 Parser / PreParser: Simplify error message arguments.
In some places, we pretended that there can be multiple arguments, though in
practice there was only one. In other places (most importantly, PreParser), we
only handled one argument. (This means that we were not able to produce a
multi-argument error inside a lazy function anyway.)

This CL makes it clear that there is ever only one argument.

98cd283399 Remove symbol preparse data altogether.
Removing it seems to be a clear win on mobile: producing symbol data makes cold
parsing 20-30% slower, and having symbol data doesn't make warm parsing any
faster.

Notes:
- V8 used to produce symbol data, but because of a bug, it was never used until
recently. (See fix https://codereview.chromium.org/172753002 which takes the
symbol data into use again.)
- On desktop, warm parsing is faster if we have symbol data, and producing it
during cold parsing doesn't make parsing substantially slower. However, this
doesn't seem to be the case on mobile.
- The preparse data (cached data) will now contain only the positions of the
lazy functions.

3d1a17c2ac Update tests to use the new compilation API + related fixes.
Esp. get rid of PreCompile in tests, as it's going to be removed.

Notes:
- The new compilation API doesn't have a separate precompilation phase, so there
is no separate way to check for errors except checking the compilation
errors. Removed some tests which don't make sense any more.
- test-api/Regress31661 didn't make sense as a regression test even before the
compilation API changes, because Blink doesn't precompile this short scripts. So
detecting this kind of errors (see crbug.com/31661 for more information) cannot rely
on precompilation errors.
- test-parsing/PreParserStrictOctal has nothing to do with PreParser, and the comment
about "forcing preparsing" was just wrong.
- test-api/PreCompile was supposed to test that "pre-compilation (aka
preparsing) can be called without initializing the whole VM"; that's no longer
true, since there's no separate precompilation step in the new compile
API. There are other tests (test-parsing/DontRegressPreParserDataSizes) which
ensure that we produce cached data.
- Updated tests which test preparsing to use PreParser directly (not via the
 preparsing API).
- In the new compilation API, the user doesn't need to deal with ScriptData
ever. It's only used internally, and needed in tests that test internal aspects
(e.g., modify the cached data before passing it back).
- Some tests which used to test preparse + parse now test first time parse +
  second time parse, and had to be modified to ensure we don't hit the
  compilation cache.

- Distinguish between context bound scripts (Script) and context unbound scripts

- Add ScriptCompiler (which will later contain functions for async compilation).

This is a breaking change, in particular, Script::New no longer exists (it is
replaced by ScriptCompiler::CompileUnbound). Script::Compile remains as a

Passing CompilerOptions with produce_data_to_cache = true doesn't do anything
