- Distinguish between context bound scripts (Script) and context unbound scripts
(UnboundScript).
- Add ScriptCompiler (which will later contain functions for async compilation).
This is a breaking change, in particular, Script::New no longer exists (it is
replaced by ScriptCompiler::CompileUnbound). Script::Compile remains as a
backwards-compatible shorthand for ScriptCompiler::Compile.
Passing CompilerOptions with produce_data_to_cache = true doesn't do anything
yet; the only way to generate the data to cache is the old preparsing API. (To
be fixed in the next version.)

This feature makes it possible to associate data with a script and get it back
when the script is compiled or when an event is handled. It was historically
used by Chromium Dev Tools, but not any more. It is not used by node.js.
Note: this has nothing to do with the preparse data, despite the confusing name.
The preparse data is passed as ScriptData*.
Note 2: This is the same as r19616 ( https://codereview.chromium.org/184403002/ )

Preparsing is always maximally lazy (every function that can be lazy is preparsed
lazily), but Parser has more complicated laziness logic.
If we're going to parse eagerly, and we have preparse data from lazy preparsing,
we're gonna have a bad time. The symbol stream won't contain symbols inside lazy
functions, and when the Parser parses them eagerly, it will consume symbols from
the symbol stream, and everything will go wrong.
This bug was hidden because the symbol cache was not used for real (see
https://codereview.chromium.org/172753002/ ).

* AstNode now has a position info.
* Removed various ad-hoc position infos from subclasses (most of which had it).
* Position is always set with the constructor, instead of later.
* Take care to use kNoPosition in the right spots, to not crash the debugger.
Still to do:
* Eliminate Conditional::then/else_position and WhileStatement::condition_position.
* Make CaseClause a proper AstNode and eliminate its custom position.
* If possible, eliminate all uses of kNoPosition.

Drop the previous Mutex and ScopedLock classes from platform files.
Add new Mutex, RecursiveMutex and LockGuard classes, which are
designed after their C++11 counterparts, so that at some point
we can simply drop our custom code and switch to the C++11
classes. We distinguish regular and recursive mutexes, as the
latter don't work well with condition variables, which will be
introduced by a followup CL.

in preparation of the introduction of ES6 'symbols' (aka private/unique names).
The SymbolTable became the StringTable. I also made sure to adapt all comments. The only remaining use of the term "symbol" (other than unrelated uses in the parser and such) is now 'NewSymbol' in the API and the 'V8.KeyedLoadGenericSymbol' counter, changing which might break embedders.
The one functional change in this CL is that I removed the former 'empty_string' constant, since it is redundant given the 'empty_symbol' constant that we also had (and both were used inconsistently).

Removed the following deprecated functions:
* Object::GetPointerFromInternalField
* Object::SetPointerInInternalField
* External::Wrap
* External::Unwrap
* Context::GetData
* Context::SetData
They have been deprecated in the 3.15 branch and are not used by Chrome anymore.
Furthermore, judging from bug reports and email threads, embedders like node.js
and others are already using 3.15, too. All removed API entries can be emulated
by a one-liner, so adapting should not be hard for anybody.
We want to introduce more deprecations soon, but to keep things simple and avoid
having old and not-so-old deprecations in v8.h, the 3.15 deprecations are now
removed.
In general, the strategy of keeping deprecated things for one stable release and
then removing them seems to be a good compromise between a maintenance nightmare
and annoying external embedders. :-)

In this design maps contain descriptor arrays, which in turn can contain transition arrays. If transitions are needed when no descriptor array is present, a descriptor array without real descriptors is inserted just so it can point at the transition array.
The transition array does not contain details about the field it transitions to. In order to weed out transitions to FIELDs from CONSTANT_FUNCTION (what used to be MAP_TRANSITION vs CONSTANT_TRANSITION), the transition needs to be followed and the details need to be looked up in the target map. CALLBACKS transitions are still easy to recognize since the transition targets are stored as an AccessorPair containing the maps, rather than the maps directly.
Currently AccessorPairs containing a transition and an accessor are shared between the descriptor array and the transition array. This simplifies lookup since we only have to look in one of both arrays. This will change in subsequent revisions, when descriptor arrays will become shared between multiple maps, since transitions cannot be shared.

This changes the compiler to be more aggressive about lazy compilation
of closures with non-trivial outer context. Compilation can only be
triggered with a valid outer context now. One exception is the debugger,
which can request compilation of arbitrary shared code, but it ensures
to trigger compilation only at points where no context is needed.
This relands r11782, r11783, r11790 and a minor fix.

* Turned all uses of local 'function' into 'var'.
* Added a couple of missing toplevel 'var' declarations.
One consequence is that the properties on the builtin object are no longer
non-writable, and I had to adapt one test. Is that a problem?
Unfortunately, we cannot actually switch the library scripts to strict mode

for library functions.

The debugger can be entered from the deferred stack check in optimized code. This can cause both lazy deoptimization and debugger deoptimization (setting the first break point and inspecting the stack for optimized code respectively). This required deoptimization support from the deferred stack check.
The lazy deoptimiztion call is inserted when the deferred code is done including restoring the registers. The bailout to the full code is the begining of the loop body as that is where the stack check is sitting in the optimized code. The bailout is not to the stack check in the full code as that is sitting at the end of the loop.

Thread class was receiving an isolate parameter by default.
This approact violates the assumption that only VM threads
can have an associated isolate, and can lead to troubles,
because accessing the same isolate from different threads
leads to race conditions.
This was found by investigating mysterious failures of the
CPU profiler layout test on Linux Chromium. As almost all
threads were associated with some isolate, the sampler was
trying to sample them.

1. Added gdb style debugger commands (and their shortcuts) for d8.
These include:
- s[tep] : step into the current statement.
- s[tep]i[n]: step into the current statement with the minimum step.
- n[ext] : step to the next statement.
- fin[ish] : step out of the current function.
- cond : setting conditions on breakpoints.
- d[elete] : deletes breakpoints.
- en[able]|dis[able]: enables/disables breakpoints including
exception breakpoints.
- ignore : ignores a breakpoint for a specified period.
- inf[o] ar[gs] : info on arguments of the current function.
- inf[o] lo[cals] : info on local vars of the current function.
- inf[o] br[eakpoints] : info on breakpoints.
- l[ist] : similar to source, but allows the user to continually
dump subsequent lines of source code either in the
forward or backward direction.
- quit / exit / disconnect : terminates the remote debugger
session.
NOTE: Active breakpoints will automatically be disabled when
the remote debugger detaches. This allows v8 to continue to
run without worrying about a loss of a debugger session.
2. Added support for breaking the debugger by simply typing ENTER.
The break command is now optional.
3. Once the debugger is broken, the user can now just type ENTER
to repeat the last command. This is useful to functionality that
needs to be invoked repeatedly e.g. step, list.
4. Added more verbose descriptions in d8's help.
5. Fixed a line and column number offset bug in the listing of breakpoint
line and column numbers.
6. Added a gc command to allow GCs to be requested from the debugger
interface. The plumbing for requesting different types of GCs is
there, but the underlying implementation currently only triggers a
full mark-compact GC. The command also returns the before and after
sizes of the heap.
7. Added trace json, and flags commands that are not published in help.
trace json is used for tracing the debugger packets send from and
received by d8. flags is for setting v8 flags. These are useful for
people debugging v8 itself, but not necessarily users of v8.
8. Added the ability to enable and disable break on all / uncaught
exceptions in to d8.
9. Added a fix to prevent the Debugger Agent from being re-instantiated
if one already exists.
10. Added the ability to filter results of the script command by matching
text or numbers on the results.
11. Added v8 flags to enable/disable the sending of debugger BeforeCompile,
AfterCompile, and ScriptCollected events.
12. Fixed some undefined value bugs that resulted in v8 or the debugger
failing.
13. Added a few minor WEBOS__ customizations (analogous to ANDROID
customizations).
