c92d798f9d Inexplicable removal of wxRadioBox::MSWWindowProc reversed, so wxRadioBox 
works in Dialog Editor again. Compile error in Dialog Editor fixed.

be2577e4e6 wxSizer patches by Alexander Smishlajev <als@turnhere.com> 
Adds some wxALIGN_* flags to increase ability to position item
    within its allotted space.

    Adds wxSHAPED flag that enforces proportional resizing on growable
    items.

    Adds a sample and updated documentation.

65dd82cbce wxPython stuff: 
1. Added test for HTML printing
  2. Update wxFontEnumerator

f786a3b23d - Updated gtk SWIGged files to SWIG 1.1 cvs level 
- changed SOURCES treatment in build.py; the path is stripped from the source
file when the object name is derived; this means sources can be anywhere
(typically might be in GENCODEDIR) but the compiled object will always be
in the current dir. (This is how the implicit makefile rule already behaved)
- updated glcanvas/build.cfg for unix builds to copy glcanvas.cpp from
utils/glcanvas (like Setup.in did)

6bddd8c5f3 New Makefile/Setup files supporting multiple dynamic extension modules

8bf5d46efb wxPython 2.1b1: 
Added the missing wxWindow.GetUpdateRegion() method.

	Made a new change in SWIG (update your patches everybody) that
	provides a fix for global shadow objects that get an exception in
	their __del__ when their extension module has already been deleted.
	It was only a 1 line change in .../SWIG/Modules/pycpp.cxx at about
	line 496 if you want to do it by hand.

	It is now possible to run through MainLoop more than once in any one
	process.  The cleanup that used to happen as MainLoop completed (and
	prevented it from running again) has been delayed until the wxc module
	is being unloaded by Python.

	wxWindow.PopupMenu() now takes a wxPoint instead of  x,y.  Added
	wxWindow.PopupMenuXY to be consistent with some other methods.

	Added wxGrid.SetEditInPlace and wxGrid.GetEditInPlace.

	You can now provide your own app.MainLoop method.  See
	wxPython/demo/demoMainLoop.py for an example and some explaination.

	Got the in-place-edit for the wxTreeCtrl fixed and added some demo
	code to show how to use it.

	Put the wxIcon constructor back in for GTK as it now has one that
	matches MSW's.

	Added wxGrid.GetCells

	Added wxSystemSettings static methods as functions with names like
	wxSystemSettings_GetSystemColour.

	Removed wxPyMenu since using menu callbacks have been depreciated in
	wxWindows.  Use wxMenu and events instead.

	Added alternate wxBitmap constructor (for MSW only) as
	      wxBitmapFromData(data, type, width, height, depth = 1)

	Added a helper function named wxPyTypeCast that can convert shadow
	objects of one type into shadow objects of another type.  (Like doing
	a down-cast.)  See the implementation in wx.py for some docs.

7cf496bfdc removed declaration of wxObject::Dump(stream &str) from tex2rtf.cpp - 
I cannot see a reason for it, and it wont compile under VC++ (redefined
function).  Code is still there commented out if someone knows why it
should be here and how to ifdef it so VC++ 6.0 can still build it

af11388a62 1 - Moved settingsdlg.[h,cpp] and wxinfo.[h,cpp] to demo where they belong 
2 - removed pf_sample from library - this was test code
3 - modified newbmpbutton to create all button images once at initial
creation
4 - newbmpbutton only refreses when necessary
5 - non-msw platforms may now disable (enable(FALSE)) a button - this will half-grey the image and draw text in disabled color.
