Adapting gray to 565 will add a noticeable purple/green tint.
I'd rather only the 565 images in Gold were tainted with that.

Just let the general three-stop shader handle all three-stop gradients.
Also, pre-compute values derived from the middle stop to remove all
division (and actually convert computation to FMA form).

This fixes an Android rendering bug where radial gradients were being used
for "clipping" (via DstIn blend mode). The gradient stops were placed at
(0, 0.999, 1), which caused our table quantization to drop the last stop.
kThree_ColorType now means "0, any t, 1". The old (special-case)
kThree_ColorType is now called kSymmetricThree_ColorType.

Expand the sweep gradient definition to include a color stop angular range ([0, 360] by default).
Color stop positions in [0,1] are mapped to this range, and drawing outside is controlled by a
tile mode param.
This is closer to the CSS gradients spec and allows us to use fewer color stops in Blink conic
gradients.
Impl-wise, the remapping is effected after t calculation, and before tiling.

gm.h includes sk_tool_utils.h but does not use it.
The bulk of this CL makes each gm that uses sk_tool_utils include it.
sk_tool_utils.h also provided SkRandom and SkTDArray,
so a couple GMs add those headers too.

Matches our naming convention for all other types - factories that
return sk_sp (or any type that intelligently manages its own
lifetime) are named Make.
Previous factories are still around, assuming
SK_SUPPORT_LEGACY_COLOR_SPACE_FACTORIES is defined. Enable that
define for Android, etc.

Added gradient shader factories that take SkColor4f + SkColorSpace.
Modified Descriptor to only store SkColor4f + SkColorSpace.
Existing factories make use of helper code to convert SkColor and
forward to the new factories.
Bumped SKP version to handle new gradient serialization format.
I was toying with using half-float when serializing SkColor4f,
despite my aggressive packing of flags, this format is significantly
bigger.
Also added GM to use 4f factories. This GM should (and does)
look identical to the existing gradients GM.

'static const' means, there must be at most one of these, and initialize it at
compile time if possible or runtime if necessary. This leads to unexpected
code execution, and TSAN* will complain about races on the guard variables.
Generally 'constexpr' or 'const' are better choices. Neither can cause races:
they're either intialized at compile time (constexpr) or intialized each time
independently (const).
This CL prefers constexpr where possible, and uses const where not. It even
prefers constexpr over const where they don't make a difference... I want to have
lots of examples of constexpr for people to see and mimic.
The scoped-to-class static has nothing to do with any of this, and is not changed.
* Not yet on the bots, which use an older TSAN.

MBP: 395µs -> 279µs
On my MBP, most of the meat looks like it's now in reading the cache and writing to dst one color at a time. Is that something we could do in float math rather than with a lookup table?

Now that we're drawing tiles threaded like implside painting, remove the checks
that those lock counts are balanced. They're just not right for anyone anymore.
SkBitmaps themselves are not threadsafe (even const ones), so shallow copy them
on playback of an SkRecord. (The underlying SkPixelRefs are threadsafe.)
Simplify quilt drawing by using SkBitmap::extractSubset. No need for locking.
Bump up to 256x256 tiles. 16x16 tiles just murders performance (way too much
contention). This has the nice side effect of letting us enable a bunch more
GMs for quilt mode; they drew wrong with small tiles but exactly right with large.
