-Make generated build tasks for Pixelbook use Debian9...Docker and rename those in jobs.json
---Non-Pixelbook ChromeOS build tasks now use regular Debian10, as they seem to handle it fine.
---Removed 2 Build-Debian9-Clang-arm-.*-Chromebook_GLES jobs, since they are now unused.
-Added docker logic to chromebook.py, refactored to handle the differing directory structure (TODO to simplify)
---Added docker-chromeos-compile.sh to run in the container.
---util function to convert to string that can be used in the python or passed to bash (cribbed from docker.py, will consolidate in later CL)

This CL fixes a bug in the logic that checks whether there's an image mounted on the attached iOS device.
Currently this is determined by checking whether strings "ImagePresent: true" or "ImageSignature:" are present in the output of command "ideviceimagemounter --list". However, these strings do not match the command's actual output:
# No image mounted.
$ ideviceimagemounter --list
Status: Complete
# Image mounted (fake signature for illustrative purposes).
$ ideviceimagemounter --list
ImageSignature[1]:
0: Rm9yIGlsbHVzdHJhdGl2ZSBwdXJwb3NlcyBvbmx5LiBUaGlzIGlzIG5vdCBhIHJlYWwgc2lnbmF0dXJlLg==
Status: Complete
As is, the recipe fails to detect that an image is already mounted on the attached iOS device. The recipe then tries to mount one, which makes the "ideviceimagemounter" command fail with "Error: ImageAlreadyMounted". The following example shows how to reproduce this error:
# Initially no image is mounted.
$ ideviceimagemounter --list
Status: Complete
# Mount an image.
$ ideviceimagemounter DeveloperDiskImage.dmg DeveloperDiskImage.dmg.signature
Uploading DeveloperDiskImage.dmg
done.
Mounting...
Done.
Status: Complete
# Verify that the image is mounted.
$ ideviceimagemounter --list
ImageSignature[1]:
0: Rm9yIGlsbHVzdHJhdGl2ZSBwdXJwb3NlcyBvbmx5LiBUaGlzIGlzIG5vdCBhIHJlYWwgc2lnbmF0dXJlLg==
Status: Complete
# Try to mount an image when one is already mounted.
$ ideviceimagemounter DeveloperDiskImage.dmg DeveloperDiskImage.dmg.signature
Uploading DeveloperDiskImage.dmg
done.
Mounting...
Error: ImageMountFailed
Checking for presence of string "ImageSignature" in the ideviceimagemounter command's output seems to solve the problem.
In the process I also discovered that self._run() requires keyword argument stdout=self.m.raw_io.output() in order to return the command's output. As is, the returned stdout is always blank.
Note to reviewer:
- Patchsets 1 to 11 iterate on a potential fix.
- Patchset 12 reproduces the bug. See the failing tryjob.
- Patchset 13 tries the fix. See the successful tryjob.
- Patchsets 14+ clean up the CL.

In CanvasKit, a large part of the binary is for encoding. Clients
would be happier with a smaller binary and no webp/jpeg encoding. Make
this an option by splitting up the GN arguments.
Split SK_HAS_WEBP_LIBRARY into SK_CODEC_DECODES_WEBP (to match the
existing SK_CODEC_DECODES_RAW) and SK_ENCODE_WEBP. Same for JPEG and
PNG.
Update CanvasKit compile script to disable webp and jpeg encoding.
Update debugger compile script to disable all encoding.
Change IsPng signature to match other SkCodecs.

What's worse, due to reasons I don't fully understand, after failing to

We've realized we'd like to have a few more Debug Perf bots, and it
seems like maybe a good way to satisfy that is to backfill anywhere
we've got a Release Perf ASAN bot but not a Debug one.
In net, this adds:
1) some Android ASAN Debug Build bots, both 32- and 64-bit ARM
2) some Android ASAN Debug _Test_ bots using those new builds
3) one CPU and one GPU Debug ASAN Perf bot
This CL originally was intended just to fulfill 3); I didn't anticipate
finding those testing gaps filled by 1) and 2), and if we find those new
bots to be a bother we can revert them. They seemed like glaring enough
holes to try to fix now.

We need to specify attribute locations and (sometimes) frag shader
output locations. Desktop GL worked fine without this, but Flutter
ran into this problem, and a Pixel 2 reproduced the issue.
Note that both APIs (BindFragDataLocation and BindAttribLocation)
don't take effect until the next time the program is linked, so
we have to relink the program after applying those changes.
I was afraid that re-linking would eliminate the perf benefits of
pre-compiling the shaders, but (at least on Pixel 2) that's not
the case. I traced the life of a single program, and the initial
link (during precompile) was 4.4 ms. The re-link took 0.23 ms.

In preparation for this CL:
https://chromium-review.googlesource.com/c/infra/luci/recipes-py/+/1777143
Currently, if no test step data is provided for a step that uses an
output placeholder, the placeholder evaluates to an empty string. After
that CL lands, the placeholder will instead evaluate to None, breaking
any non-mocked code that assumes a non-null placeholder result.
There were dozens of places where these env var fetches would've needed
mocking, so I figured it was easier to just silently handle the case
where the placeholder backing file doesn't exist. Especially for trivial
cases like these environment variable fetches where the backing file is
a temporary file created just for that step (no `leak_to` argument
specified), it should be impossible for the backing file to not exist
unless you're doing some really weird stuff.

The client can do a test run of their application with
a persistent cache set to SkSL mode. They store the key
and data blobs that are produced.
Ship those blobs with the application. At startup, call
GrContext::precompileShader for each key/data pair. This
compiles the shaders, and stores the GL program ID, plus
a small amount of metadata in our runtime program cache.
Caveats:
* Currently only implemented for the GL backend. Other
backends will require more metadata to do any useful
amount of work. Metal may need a more drastic workflow
change, involving offline compilation of the shaders.
* Currently only implemented for cached SkSL (not GLSL
or program binaries). Supporting other formats again
requires more metadata, and the cached shaders become
increasingly specialized to GPU and driver versions.
* Reusing the cached SkSL on different hardware is not
supported. Many driver workarounds are implemented in
the SkSL -> GLSL transformation, but some are higher
level. Limiting device variance by artificially hiding
extensions may help, but there are no guarantees.
* The 'gltestprecompile' DM config exercises this code
similarly to 'gltestpersistentcache', ensuring that
results are visually identical when precompiling, and
that no cache misses occur after precompiling.

Today we do a fairly decent job of tracking device bounds as an SkIRect,
with a little more of that plumbed through here, but that gets foiled in
SkNoPixelsDevice's constructor where we only look at bounds.width() and
bounds.height().
I think the idea was to follow the usual constraint that a "base" layer
has an origin at (0,0) and only temporary "save" layers on top might be
offset, but for a device without any pixels it's pretty reasonable for
the base layer to be offset too.
This makes picture_cull_rect draw correctly in serialize-8888 mode.

- Stop testing Metal-MSAA on our Gen8 Mac. These GPUs are slow and buggy
with MSAA (we already have them disabled on other backends).
- Add Metal bots with the HD615 to get testing on a Gen9 GPU. This
should have better performance and more correct results. Also move the
DDL tests to those machines, to get testing on a newer/faster machine.
- Add MSAA configs to Vulkan and Metal perf bots (except for old Intel).

Switch to Dawn's version of dawn_generator.gni. This depends on having
a file called build_overrides/dawn.gni. However, this will also enable
us to use the upstream Dawn BUILD.gn files more easily in the future.
This required adding it to compile.isolate, so the bots can pick it up.
Keeping up with Dawn:
Rename TextureFormat enums.
Rename dawn::BufferUsageBit::TransferDst -> CopyDst.
Removal of GLAD dependency.
SPIRV-Tools update.

Uses the following algorithm for Skottie+WASM:
* Start timer when you see BeginImplFrameToSendBeginMainFrame
* Stop timer for main_frame_aborted
* Abandon frame_id if you see replaced_by_new_reporter_at_same_stage, did_not_produce_frame or missed_frame
Getting consistently 25 frames for all lottie-samples with the above algorithm.
Uses the following algorithm for Lottie-Web:
* Start timer when you see BeginImplFrameToSendBeginMainFrame
* Stop timer for missed_frame or submitted_frame
* Abandon frame_id if you see replaced_by_new_reporter_at_same_stage, did_not_produce_frame or main_frame_aborted
Getting 25 sometimes but also getting other numbers like 20, 27, etc. This is probably because there are more moving parts
and it is hard to predict when Chrome is going to render frames and how many. We might not get exactly 25 here like for
Skottie+WASM, but we will use whatever the tracer gives us (we can always revisit this later).

If you just use the right compiler driver wrapper, recent NDKs automate
lots of the stuff we used to have to do ourselves.
Simplifying further, bump baseline ndk_api from 16 (Jellybean) on 32-bit
machines and 21 (Lollipop) on 64-bit to 21 across the board. This makes
using libc++ a lot easier, as it hooks into a bunch of APIs that were
added in 18 and 21. There's probably some way to work around this, but
the easiest thing is to just roll up.
Tested building {x86,arm}x{32,64} from a Linux host,
and running { arm}x{32,64}.
Kind of flailing around in later CLs trying to get linking not to hang
on Windows. I figure it's got something to do with lld?

The majority of our gm testing has been disabling nvpr, which doesn't
match our real-world behavior where we use nvpr whenever available.
This CL fixes the issue by completely removing the explicit nvpr
configs. Now if we have nvpr, you get it.
This CL also lowers the nvpr priority in the path renderer chain and
adds a "NonNVPR" job on Quadro where we can continue to test our
non-nvpr codepaths on NVIDIA.
