1ba5bfe590 Avoid double-destruction of Sk3DShaderContext-wrapped objects 
Sk3DShaderContext creates its nested shader context on a SkArenaAlloc,
which handles destruction when going out of scope.

Hence, the explicit context dtor call in ~Sk3DShaderContext() is
incorrect (likely left over from before SkArenaAlloc).

98624d249d "Fix" some ImageFilter fuzzer issues 
SkClipOp.h & SkPictureFlat.h
   Invalid SkClipOps were getting through - the question here is where (for a class enum) is a good place to put the k*Mask definition.

SkPath1DPathEffect
   NaNs were getting past.

SkBlurMaskFilter
   Assert wasn't necessary since we whacked the flag on the next line.

This CL doesn't try to resolve any of the larger issues. It just moves the computation of the blurred RRect to the gpu and sets up to start using vertex attributes for a nine patch draw (i.e., returning the texture coordinates)

All blurred rrects using the "analytic" path will change slightly with this CL.

e80eb928ba Add default ctor to SkMask 
The minimal fix here seems to be handling BoxBlur's return value in SkBlurMaskFilter.cpp::GrRRectBlurEffect::Create. We seem to do enough special handling of the fImage field though that always initialializing it may not be a bad idea.

1530283c48 Generate list of GPU contexts outside tests 
Use DEF_GPUTEST_FOR_*_CONTEXT macros to obtain the
test GPU context.

Makes changing the context -related classes easier,
since not all tests need to be changed.

This macro is similar to DEF_TEST() and simplifies the process of
setting up a GPU test.
