fcd68167a2 Fix crash on windows viewer when starting in vulkan.
setRequestedDisplayParams is called when setting up viewer before we've
inited the Window. On windows this tries to attach the Window for a given
backend. However, we haven't set fBackend yet. Later on we will directly
call attach.

718ae76d5b Add sample count field to GrD3DTextureResourceInfo.
Remove separate constructor arg from GrBackendRenderTarget.

Add appropriate checks in onWrap functions in GrD3DGpu to limit to
previous functionality.

1b89eb742a Add AMD allocator to D3D12 backend.
Adds base class GrD3DAlloc and GrD3DMemoryAllocator, and a reference
to a GrD3DMemoryAllocator in GrBackendContext and a reference to a
GrD3DAlloc in GrD3DTextureResourceInfo. Internally, we override this
base class to define the AMD memory allocator.

7571f9e490 Replace 'typedef xxxxx INHERITED' with 'using INHERITED = xxxx;'.
Mechanically updated via Xcode "Replace Regular Expression":

  typedef (.*) INHERITED;
    -->
  using INHERITED = $1;

The ClangTidy approach generated an even larger CL which would have
required a significant amount of hand-tweaking to be usable.

f4f8011aef Add Context factories to GrDirectContext
In order to stage the transition from GrContext to GrDirectContext, both
of them will have to have the factories for a while.

This CL also removes all internal uses of the old (GrContext) factories.

e2c5bcf868 Remove the dependency on Dawn's SwapChainUtils.
This is not part of the public API of Dawn and will be unnecessary once
Dawn move to "surface based swapchains". DawnD3D12WindowContext didn't
need the include so all that's needed is copying the helper in
DawnMTLWindowContext.

788b91678f Remove SkTMin and SkTMax
Use std::min and std::max everywhere.

SkTPin still exists. We can't use std::clamp yet, and even when
we can, it has undefined behavior with NaN. SkTPin is written
to ensure that we return a value in the [lo, hi] range.

Implement Window contexts for D3D12, Metal and Vulkan, as well as
a base class for all of them (DawnWindowContext).

c0bd9f9fe5 rewrite includes to not need so much -Ifoo
Current strategy: everything from the top

Things to look at first are the manual changes:

   - added tools/rewrite_includes.py
   - removed -Idirectives from BUILD.gn
   - various compile.sh simplifications
   - tweak tools/embed_resources.py
   - update gn/find_headers.py to write paths from the top
   - update gn/gn_to_bp.py SkUserConfig.h layout
     so that #include "include/config/SkUserConfig.h" always
     gets the header we want.

54bfb18dad Privately include our version of vulkan header file in all our src files.
This should allow clients to include Skia and their vulkan files in any
order. However, it does require that when clients are building their
files that include skia with vulkan, they must have vulkan/vulkan_core.h
on their include path somewhere.

b918e9865a Remove include/gpu/gl from include paths.
This path is not used as an include path by public.bzl nor by Chromium.
Remove this include path to avoid breaking these clients and generally
make these includes more specific.

48825b11ad Redefine the meaning of sample counts in GPU backend.
Old: 0  -> nonMSAA
     1+ -> MSAA

New:

We still allow 0 to mean nonMSAA in three sets of public APIs for backwards compatibility:

94f509b504 Rename GrGLAssembleFooInterface to GrGLMakeAssembledFooInterface.
Add GrGLAssembleInterface with legacy bare pointer return.

This allows existing clients of GrGLAssembleInterface to roll Skia without
code changes.
