The serializer currently cannot handle a heap state containing
arbitrary compiled Code objects. As a quick fix for the
--stress-snapshot d8 flag, we clear compiled data from the isolate
prior to the serialize-deserialize-verify pass.
With this change, mjsunit tests pass on x64.
The %SerializeDeserializeNow() runtime function would require more
work, since it is not possible to mutate the heap to this extent while
still preserving a runnable host context and isolate. We will need
another solution there.
Drive-by: Skip the stress_snapshot variant except for the mjsunit
suite.

To reduce the number of deoptimizations in TurboProp use call feedback
only when we know the call target is a builtin. Given that we don't
inline in TurboProp, call feedback isn't really useful and using Generic
lowering doesn't impact performance much. TurboProp still inlines
builtins, so it is important to use this feedback for generating better
optimized code.

The partial snapshot/serializer/deserializer are renamed to context *,
while the partial snapshot cache is renamed to startup object cache in
line with the read-only object cache (as this better reflects where it
lives and what it does).
To avoid a gap in the file history due to renaming both the files and
identifiers simulataneously, this leaves all the partial-*.* files in
place. They will be renamed in a follow-up CL.

LoadTransform is not implemented on BE machines and instead,
it is divided into 2 separate "Load" and "operation" nodes.
We need to assure same behaviour applies on S390 simulator, however,
S390 Sim does not execute BE code, it assume generated code is in
LE format hence "V8_TARGET_BIG_ENDIAN" is set to false when running
on Sim.
This CL includes V8_TARGET_ARCH_S390_LE_SIM to assure same
behaviour occurs when running on the Sim until V8_TARGET_BIG_ENDIAN
can also include the simulator.

Add kWasmS128 to the list of supported types, and implement Fill for all

Add a new test file to contain tests that run only on Liftoff, and
assert that the code is indeed compiled by Liftoff.
We cannot rely on the nooptimization variant for testing
because by default, if Liftoff compilation fails, it will fall back to
Turbofan, and we accidentally get a test passing.
We skip these tests on mips architecture that don't support SIMD, since
there is no way to implement these, and we don't have a "lowering" phase
for Liftoff.
As we implement more of SIMD in Liftoff, we can add more
tests to this file and ensure correctness. Future patches will introduce
support for globals and params.

This test tried to get enough samples by varying the amount of work
done based on simulator vs. non-simulator builds. This didn't take
into account other things like release vs. debug, and some bots took
a very long time to run this test.
This CL uses the existing ProfilerHelper and sets a minimum number of
samples so that we can actually run the minimum amount of work for
any platform without manual tweaking.
This decreases runtime on x64.optdebug from 18.5 to 1.08s, and from
10+ min on x64.debug to 1.8s. arm.debug is ~4s now.

This new API uses the code pages rather than code ranges approach.
It's supported on arm32, as well as the previous two supported
platforms, x64 and arm64.
Deprecate the old API which only works on x64 and arm64 to reduce the
maintenance overhead of keeping both. Users of the old API should
migrate to the new one as it can be used all on supported platforms.
We keep the tests for the old API by ignoring deprecation warnings so
that we don't accidentally break it while it is still in the codebase.

Add an API on Isolate that returns a sorted vector of code pages allocated
within V8. The implementation is designed to be signal-safe, so that the
user (the UMA sampling profiler) can access this information from a signal
handler, where allocation and taking locks is prohibited.
This CL adds the machinery for maintaining the list of allocated code
pages. Further CLs will modify the Unwinder API itself to accept the code
pages provided by this API.
The unwinder API currently uses the reserved virtual-memory range called
the CodeRange to identify where all V8 code objects live, but this doesn't
exist on arm32 or any 32-bit platform, so this approach adds a way to
expose the location of all valid V8 code objects in a signal-safe way for
use by the UMA sampling profiler.
On 64-bit, this API always gives the code_range and embedded_code_range, and
does not maintain a vector of code pages. This is so that we have a unified
API on 32 and 64-bit that can be used in exactly the same way by embedders.

Part of the GetObjectProperties test case is for verifying the human-
readable brief object description string that GetObjectProperties
returns. That string might look something like this:
"xy" (0x28f038d5 <v8::internal::SeqOneByteString>)
GetObjectProperties also tries to detect known immortal objects by
recognizing their addresses, which is useful in crash dumps with limited
memory. The recognized object name, if it exists, is prepended to the
description string. In order to provide this data accurately (in builds
without pointer compression), GetObjectProperties relies on the caller
to provide the addresses of the first pages in read-only space, map
space, and old space. If the caller doesn't provide those addresses,
then GetObjectProperties does the best it can with limited information
and reports possible matches based on an object's offset within the heap
page that contains it. So the result string might look like this, if the
object happened to get allocated at a lucky offset within its page:
maybe LoadHandler3Map "xy" (0x28f038d5 <v8::internal::SeqOneByteString>)
As a result, when testing these descriptions, we should generally check
that they contain the interesting data rather than that they start with
it, because some incorrect "maybe" match with a known object might be
included at the beginning.

need to differentiate between enabled/disabled embedded builtins.

On Windows ARM64, it is insufficient to just follow the linked list of
frame pointers in all cases. This is similar to logic added in
https://crrev.com/c/v8/v8/+/1701133 except this affects the Unwinder
methods rather than the function metadata for RtlVirtualUnwind.
Together with https://crrev.com/c/chromium/src/+/1844276 , this allows
the Chromium unit test V8UnwinderTest.UnwindThroughV8Frames to pass on
Windows ARM64.
