fc274fbe99 Unify implementations of Map handles vectors and lists
This CL introduces a new type, MapHandles, which is a STL vector of Handle<Map>.
It is now used everywhere where lists of Handle<Maps> are required, replacing
usages of V8's internal List type.

Creation stack trace points to the place where callback was actually chained, scheduled points where parent promise was resolved.
For async tasks without creation stack (e.g. setTimeout) we continue to use scheduled as creation since usually they are the same.

If alignment parameter is set, the memory returned by the
StackSlot operator will be aligned according to the parameter.

The implementation goes like this. If alignment parameter is set
we allocate a bit more memory than actually needed and so we
can move the beginning of the StackSlot in order to have it aligned.

d412cade2a [turbofan] Don't mix element accesses with incompatible representations.
Due to speculative optimizations, the compiler can run into situations
where it's asked perform impossible operations, like loading a tagged
element as a float64 instead. All of this is guaranteed to be in dead
code (unless there's a bug), but leads to confusion and violates
assumptions in the compiler (that make perfect sense for code that is
not dead). So teach LoadElimination not to mix up element accesses with
incompatible representations.

ededfcd212 Skip hole initialization of lexical variables when possible
This patch expands scope analysis to skip hole initialization
when it can be determined statically that no hole checks will
be generated at runtime.

Two conditions must be met to safely eliminate hole initialization:
  - There must not exist a VariableProxy referencing this Variable
    whose HoleCheckMode is kRequired
  - The Variable must be stack allocated; any other allocation implies
that it may be accessed from not-yet-analyzed scopes (other modules,
inner functions, or eval code) and that code may require
    hole checks.

The new logic required removing debug code in full-codegen which is
now incorrect in some cases.

Also fixed Variable's bitfield helpers to take no more space than needed.

handled directly in CSA, others need to call into C for conversion.

Microbenchmarks for "abcd".toLowerCase() show speedups of 2.5x.

9a572e1d5f [parse tasks] Fix arrow function parameters handling.
Formal parameters of an arrow function are parsed even if the function
itself is preparsed. It is because we don't know if it is an arrow
function parameter list or just comma separated expression list.
When we parse:
 (a, b = (function c() { return a; })())
call to function c may be just part of an assignment in an expression
list, but if it's followed by:
 => { return b; }
It is an arrow function and the call to c is a default parameter.
Before we see the arrow we might have already created a parse task
to parse function c.

d871c5ba80 [turbofan] fix escape analysis divergence on Air benchmark
When a virtual object passes by a store node that updates a field to the existing value, then the object and its state were not copied, which lead to the original object being passed on.
If then later the store actually modifies and copies the virtual object, this new copy is not passed down the effect chain, so subsequent nodes still refer to the original virtual object and try to update it once new information flows in.
This conflicts with updates on the node that originally created the virtual object, leading to divergence.

2bb21e169a resolvedTimezone for Etc/UTC should be UTC per Ecma 402
http://unicode.org/cldr/trac/ticket/9943 added a new separate timezone
ID (Etc/UTC) distinct from "Etc/GMT" even though their behavior is
identical. This CLDR change led v8 to violate Ecma 402 requirement that
resolvedOptions().timeZone for DateTimeFormat be "UTC" for "Etc/UTC"

This CL made v8 compliant to Ecma 402 again.

c6540ab1b7 [es6] don't use do-expressions to desugar ES6 classes
Removes the do-expression wrapping, modifies BytecodeGenerator change
to enter a class literal's block scope if needed.

This does not solve the actual bug in v8:6322, but helps mitigate it in
simple cases. The bug is caused by BytecodeGenerator not allocating a
large enough array of context registers to hold its entire stack,
allowing non-context registers to be overwritten during PushContext and
PopContext bytecodes.

Nevertheless, I like the idea of not depending on do-expressions when
possible, so I think it's worth doing anyways.

Without this fix, the current stack height might underflow, or we compute an
unnecessarily large max_stack_height_. Note that those instruction will
never get executed anyway.
Hence, we don't need to store any side table information for such
unreachable code.

66f6954064 [wasm] [interpreter] Fix fall-through loop with value
Executing the |end| opcode of a loop assumed that the stack height was
being reset to the height at start of the loop. Hence we were ignoring
the arity of the loop.
During computation of the side table, the arity of the label associated
with the loop was explicitly set to 0, such that a |br| instruction to
that label would not transfer any values.
It turns out though that we need to remember the arity in order to
precompute the correct stack height when executing the |end| opcode of
a loop.
Also, add a regression test.

The parse tasks are run by the compiler dispatcher and can be executed

After parsing of top-level code finishes it waits for all unfinished
parser tasks - possibly picking up and executing them on current thread.
Afterwards parse task results are stitched together with top-level AST,
in case of failures eager functions are treated just like lazy -
parsing/compilation is retriggered for them in the runtime and proper
errors are generated (performance is not optimized for error case at
all).

e320783638 [wasm] Refactor and fix ErrorThrower
The error thrower did allocate the exception at the moment the error was
detected. For async compilation, this meant in another step than when
it was actually thrown. Since the HandleScope of the exception already
died at that point, this would have lead to memory errors.

With this refactoring, we only store the information needed to generate
the exception in the ErrorThrower, and only generate the exception
object once it is actually needed.

With regression test.

455f9df04c [turbofan] Reland: Avoid going through ArgumentsAdaptorTrampoline for select CSA array builtins
This CL changes certain frequently-called Array builtins to use CodeStubArguments
rather than peek at the stack frames above array builtins to determine if options
arguments have been passed into them.

Previous failure likely due to unfortunate/unluckily timed GC that moved due to
changed timing/allocation from this CL. Test mitigation for allocation-site-info.js
included.

1f629aace8 [wasm] Move the wasm fuzzer corpus to a different directory
The current test/fuzzer/wasm directory is used for two things:
1) as the corpus directory for clusterfuzz
2) to test in v8 that the fuzzer runs correctly.

With the newly added files from the wasm spec tests this directory grew
quite big and adds unnecessary load on the trybots. Therefore I want to
do the following steps:
1) In this CL for V8: create a new directory for the clusterfuzz corpus
2) In chromium: use the new corpus directory
3) In v8: clean up the old directory to use it on the trybots.

f2bd913cd4 [inspector] better stacks for promises
- we should always set creation async stack if it's available regardless existing of current parent async stack,
- we should cleanup parent link iff there is no creation and schedule async stack for parent.

Let's consider example: Promise.resolve().then(x => x).then(x => x), there is three promises which will call following instrumentation:
1) created #1 (Promise.resolve()) - collected stack #1
2) scheduled #1 - collected stack #2
3) created #2 with #1 as parent (first .then) - collected stack #3
4) created #3 with #2 as parent (first .then) - collected stack #4
5) started #2 - use stack #2 as scheduled
6) scheduled #2 - collected stack #6
7) finished #2
8) started #3 - use stack #6 as scheduled
9) scheduled #3 - collected stack #7
10) finished #3

If we collect stacks between step 4 and 5, it's possible to collect scheduled stack #2 but still have creation stack for #2 - stack #3 - so we always need to add creation event if scheduled is collected.

If we collect stacks between created and scheduled we should not remove parent link even if parent was not scheduled yet.

e177068e5c [wasm] Add wasm spec tests to the v8 test runner
The spec tests are stored on a mirror and are downloaded with the DEPS
file. The test files on the mirror are updated with a script which has
to be executed manually.

This CL contains the following changes:

* A script which updates the spec tests and uploads the generated files
  to the mirror.
* Changes to the DEPS file to download the files from the mirror.
* Changes so that tools/run-tests.py can run the spec tests.

de14ba9fd2 MIPS: Fix Subu and add optimization
For int16 imm values Subu would emit addiu with -imm value, but doing
this with min_int16 would overflow and produce incorrect result. This is
fixed by checking if -imm is int16. A test for this case is created.

An optimization is also added for values imm where we cannot just emit
addiu and loading -imm to a register takes one instruction using ori.
Then instead of loading imm with lui;ori and subtracting with subu, we
can load -imm with ori and add with addu.

d7cdea6fa2 [wasm] Add guard pages before Wasm Memory
Although Wasm memory indices are all unsigned, they sometimes get assembled
as 32-bit signed immediates. Values in the top half of the Wasm memory space
will then get sign extended, causing Wasm to access in front of its memory
buffer.

Usually this region is not mapped anyway, so faults still happen as they are
supposed to. This change protects this region with guard pages so we are
guaranteed to always fault when this happens.

23bb8fa9c0 [test] Increase test coverage for Array constructor inlining.
This still doesn't cover all the paths yet, since some paths are
impossible to trigger at this point due to the way the CanInlineCall
predicate works on the AllocationSite, which says multiple things:

 - In case of Array(len), the len was always a Smi so far.
 - In case of Array(...args), storing the args didn't change the
   elements kind.
 - In case of Array(len), the len was always less than the initial
   maximum fast element array size.

These conditions are tailored towards Crankshaft and don't really
make a lot of sense in the TurboFan world. We'd need more fine
grained protections, which we will achieve by refactoring the Array
constructor.

e855e514d1 [builtins] Add a fast path to construct TypedArrays from holey arrays.
For holey Smi and double source arrays, we would go to the general
case, which is much slower than before. We already check that there
are no prototype chain changes in IterableToListCanBeElided, and
there is no JS-code run between that check and the copying of the
elements, so we can safely check for the hole and convert it to
undefined, which is then converted to 0/NaN appropriately for the
given TypedArray.
