This patch includes 3 fixes for veneers emission.
1) Block veneer pools emission in the PatchingAssembler.
2) Fix the check for veneer pool emission just before a constant pool.
3) Forbid copy of labels. The list of JumpTableEntry used to track the
deoptimization table entries would make copies of the labels when growing.
Doing so, it would confuse the Assembler that was tracking the labels via
pointers.

This CL enables RelocInfo pointers which live in the constant pool to be treated
as normal pointers by the slot buffer, avoiding the requirement of creating fake
RelocInfo objects during UpdateSlots() in order to update these slots. This
is possible because constant pool entries are just pointers and don't require
the RelocInfo machinary to be updated.
EmbeddedObject constant pool entries can be added untyped to the slot buffer,
while code targets are still typed in order to correctly update the target
address based on the relocated code object.
Note: this is required in order to enable OOL constant pool support on Arm, but
should be benifitial for the current inline constant pool used by Arm code.

It was only used for Math.log, and even then only in full code and in %_MathLog. For crankshafted code, Intel already used the FP operations directly, while the ARM/MIPS ports were a bit lazy and simply called the stub. The latter directly call the C library now without any cache. It would be possible to directly generate machine code if somebody has the time, from what I've seen out in the wild it should be only about a dozen instructions.

This removes tons of architecture-specific code and makes it easy to
experiment with other pseudo-RNG algorithms. The crankshafted code is
extremely good, keeping all things unboxed and doing only minimal
checks, so it is basically equivalent to the handwritten code.
When benchmarks are run without parallel recompilation, we get a few
percent regression on SunSpider's string-validate-input and
string-base64, but these benchmarks run so fast that the overall
SunSpider score is hardly affected and within the usual jitter. Note
that these benchmarks actually run even faster when we don't
crankshaft at all on the main thread (the regression is not caused by
bad code, it is caused by Crankshaft needing a few hundred microsecond
for compilation of a trivial function). Luckily, when parallel
recompilation is enabled, i.e. in the browser, we see no regression at
all!

To keep the structure of the serializer more or less untouched, we use
some ingenious Corry-approved(TM) 3-step technology (a.k.a. "hack"):
* Create copies of code objects.
* Wipe out all absolute addresses in these copies.
* Write out the cleaned copies instead of the originals.
In conjunction with --random-seed, our snapshots are reproducible now.

* The snapshot contains AllocationSites, and these need to be re-threaded into the list on deserialization.
Something nice is that the AllocationSites are only created in old space, so a special new space visitor isn't required.

When code objects in the heap for FUNCTIONs and OPTIMIZED_FUNCTIONs are marked by the GC, their prologue is patched with a call to a stub that removes the patch. This allows the collector to quickly identify code objects that haven't been executed since the last full collection (they are the ones that sill contain the patch). 1. http://codereview.chromium.org/9447052/ (Add CallOnce() and simple LazyInstance implementation):

This CL was initially reviewed on codereview.appspot.com:
http://codereview.appspot.com/5687064/
2. http://codereview.chromium.org/9455088/ (Remove static initializers in v8):
This CL depends on CL 9447052 (adding CallOnce and LazyInstance).
It is based on a patch sent by Digit.
With this patch applied, we have only one static initializer left (in atomicops_internals_x86_gcc.cc). This static initializer populates a structure used by x86 atomic operations. It seems that we can hardly remove it. If possible, it will be removed in a next CL.
This CL also modifies the presubmit script to check the number of static initializers.

This refactoring (almost) gets rid of the requirement to get the target
object address for an object pointer embedded in code objects. This is

this change. The serializer still uses it, so MIPS will not yet work

This is IA32 only for now.
Added a random value to each assembler instance (JIT cookie) to be used for constant splitting. Added safe versions of setting a register with an immediate value and for pushing an immediate value. Used these functions where user controlled immediate values could be emitted in the code stream. I also used it for immediates which are an argument number even though the number of formal arguments is currently limited to 16k.
I found no compares directly with user controlled constants.
I am not sure whether the test is that useful, but it might catch some changes missing constant splitting.

The previous implementation attempted to keep track of the needed
relocation size for deoptimization while generating the optimized
code. That was error prone. This patch moves the relocation resizing
to the deoptimizer as the last step of creating an optimized code
object.
The down side to this approach is that two relocation information byte
arrays are created for all optimized functions that do not have enough
relocation space for lazy deoptimization.

guarantee that the jump is witin range -128 to +127.
I changed a large fractions of the existing Labels to NearLabels, and
left out cases where it was not immediately clear if it could be used

block, or used in function calls which we could potentially change to
accept near labels).

Added support for more precise break points when debugging and stepping. To achieve that additional nop instructions are inserted where breaking would otherwise be impossible. The number of nop instructions inserted are sufficient to make place for patching with a call to a debug break code stub. On Intel that is 5 nop's for 32-bit and 13 for 64-bit. Om ARM 3 nop instructions (12 bytes) are required.
In order to avoid inserting nop's in to many places a simple ast checker have been added to check whether there are breakable code in a statement or expression. If it is possible to break in an expression no additional break enabeling code is inserted.
Added break locations to the true and false part of a conditional expression.
Added stepping tests to cover more constructs.
These changes are only in the full compiler.
Changed the default value for the option --debugger in teh d8 shell from true to false. The reason for this is that with --debugger turned on the full compiler will be used for all code in when running d8, which can be unexpeceted.

Calls to RegExp no longer have to be via a call to the runtime system. A new stub have been added which can handle this call in generated code. The stub checks all the parameters and creates RegExp entry frame in the same way as it is created by the runtime system. Bailout to the runtime system is done whenever an uncommon situation is encountered or when the static data used is not initialized. After running the native RegExp code the last match info is updated like in the runtime system.
Currently only ASCII strings are handled.
Added another argument to the RegExp entry frame. It indicated whether the call is direct from JavaScript code or through the runtime system. This information is used when RegExp execution is interrupted. If an interruption happens when RegExp code is called directly a retry is issued causing the interruption to be handled via the runtime system. The reason for this is that the direct call to RegExp code does not support garbage collection.

In the generated code for function.apply there was a loop checking the stack limit for interruption. This loop would call into the runtime system to handle interuption and keep running until there was no interruption. However if the interuption was debug break the runtime system would never clear the interruption as debug break is prevented in builtins are prevented and the assumption here was that returning with the debug break flag set would move execution forward.
Renamed initial_jslimit and initial_climit to real_jslimit and real_climit. Renamed a few external references related to the stack limit as well.
Exposed the real stack limit to generated code to make the stack check when entering function.apply use the real stack limit and not the stack limit which is changed to signal interruption.
Added the real stack limit to the roots array.
