I have been hacking around on Bazel more today,
and while I think it was a day well spent, I've
got intentionally nothing to commit except notes.

bf23d5621f style guide tweaks
Most of this is just not mentioning things that need not be mentioned
anymore, but there's one slight style tweak which I think is better,
from

    case Foo: {
        ...
        break;
    }

to

    case Foo: {
        ...
    } break;

which is a little clearer that all paths through case Foo break
when the contents of the {} block become complicated.

dfded1b0a2 Describe the Skia 'onMethodName' pattern.
This pattern is used frequently throughout the codebase but seems fairly
unique to Skia. It can be misleading if you haven't seen it before.
(In particular, the `onXxxxx` naming scheme is sometimes used to
indicate message-passing or event-handling, but that's not how it is
used in Skia.)

fb9f2e94ad Add style guidance for k prefix on constants.
The style guide only mentioned the `k` prefix for enums, but it is
also used throughout Skia for constant values.

Also removed guidance about using anonymous enums to declare an
integral constant. static constexprs should be preferred here.

4fee323522 override getTypeName() instead of using table
This should let getTypeName() and serialization work even
when deserialization factories haven't been registered.

I've made getTypeName() pure virtual like getFactory(),
and moved all the overrides into SK_FLATTENABLE_HOOKS,
cleaning up all the various ways we've done it before.

All the subclasses override getTypeName() and getFactory()
privately, so there should be no need to document them?

12956725cc clean up flattenable macro cruft
I'm finding it easier to reason about the code without most of these
macros, but SK_DEFINE_FLATTENABLE_REGISTRAR_ENTRY still looks useful.

Adding flattenable:: to CreateProc helps enforce that we pass the
correct type name. The name is not currently used, but I'd like to.

1b9b7d5393 Reland "Reland "make SkJumper stages normal Skia code""
This is a reland of 78cb579f33

This time, lowp stages are controlled by !defined(JUMPER_IS_SCALAR), not
by defined(__clang__). The two are usually the same, except when we opt
Clang builds into JUMPER_IS_SCALAR artificially.

Some Google3 builds use compilers old enough that they barf when
compiling our NEON code. It's conceivably also possible to define
JUMPER_IS_SCALAR yourself, but I don't think anyone does that.

78cb579f33 Reland "make SkJumper stages normal Skia code"
This is a reland of 22e536e3a1

Now with fixed #include paths in SkRasterPipeline_opts.h,
and -ffp-contract=fast for the :hsw target to minimize
diffs on non-Windows Clang AVX2/AVX-512 bots.

22e536e3a1 make SkJumper stages normal Skia code
Enough clients are using Clang now that we can say, use Clang to build
if you want these software pipeline stages to go fast.

This lets us drop the offline build aspect of SkJumper stages, instead
building as part of Skia using the SkOpts framework.

I think everything should work, except I've (temporarily) removed
AVX-512 support. I will put this back in a follow up.

I have had to drop Windows down to __vectorcall and our narrower
stage calling convention that keeps the d-registers on the stack.
I tried forcing sysv_abi, but that crashed Clang. :/

Added a TODO to up the same narrower stage calling convention
for lowp stages... we just *don't* today, for no good reason.

9d6681cc70 Changes to site documentation
Mostly just formatting fixes with a few grammatical changes.

Two real notable changes:
  - Removed references to SkGLCanvas from Tips & FAQ and replaced with
    references to `SkDevice` and `SkSurface`.
  - Deleted deprecated "Quick Start Guides" folder

c55a6cb05f build regenerating SkJumper stages into GN
I _think_ this makes it so changes to _stages.cpp or _lowp.cpp get
noticed, regenerated, and baked into Skia all in the same Ninja
invocation.

Now you just need to set up the tools we use in GN:

  skia_jumper_clang = ...
  skia_jumper_objdump = ...
  skia_jumper_ccache = ...
