00ddb0029d Reland "Support large kernels on GPU in matrix convolution effect"
This reverts commit a117e7b75b.

Reason for revert: Fixed divide-by-0 in the unpremul logic. This was here before but never caused problems (or we ignored them.)

1ed4391fe7 Support large kernels on GPU in matrix convolution effect
Currently matrix convolution falls back to CPU execution for large kernels, due to the argument limit for fragment shaders.

Now for large kernels, we store them in a texture and sample them in a shader to sidestep the limit.

bd1466cd4e Add a new gm for large kernel matrix convolution
As a precursor to 263495, we need test coverage for this.

According to Skia Gold, the current matrix convolution implementation test is showing very different results on CPU & GPU. On the CPU, the last test case turns blue! 7fde8e1728 IWYU for gms.
This almost gets gms to be iwyu clean. The last bit is around gm.cpp
and the tracing framework and its use of atomic. Will also need a way
of keeping things from regressing, which is difficult due to needing to
do this outside-in.

c0bd9f9fe5 rewrite includes to not need so much -Ifoo
Current strategy: everything from the top

Things to look at first are the manual changes:

   - added tools/rewrite_includes.py
   - removed -Idirectives from BUILD.gn
   - various compile.sh simplifications
   - tweak tools/embed_resources.py
   - update gn/find_headers.py to write paths from the top
   - update gn/gn_to_bp.py SkUserConfig.h layout
     so that #include "include/config/SkUserConfig.h" always
     gets the header we want.

120784394c Fix srcBounds computation in SkMatrixConvolutionImageFilter
Note that this does change the behavior of the cropRect for the repeated case. The cropRect now only acts as a hard clip on the output.

2a475eae62 add drawString helper to canvas
Many tests and examples use drawText with
a guess of how long the text is in bytes,
or a call to strlen(). Add a helper to
SkCanvas to simplify these examples.

Add another helper for SkString.

33d2055e59 GM: some header cleanup
gm.h includes sk_tool_utils.h but does not use it.

The bulk of this CL makes each gm that uses sk_tool_utils include it.

sk_tool_utils.h also provided SkRandom and SkTDArray,
so a couple GMs add those headers too.

878df6dd03 Modify matrix convolution GM for sRGB testing
Tag bitmap as sRGB, and adjust gain/bias in color-managed configs to
produce results that are less blown out.

Also added a colorized version of the GM, to validate that gamut
conversion is working.

there's no way to know which object-space pixels will be touched. So
return false from canComputeFastBounds().

The results from the matrixconvolution GM were actually wrong, since
they were showing edge differences on the clip boundaries, where they
should really only show on crop boundaries. I added a crop to the GM
to keep the results the same (which are useful to test the different
convolution tile modes).

While I was at it, SkImageFilter::affectsTransparentBlack() was
inapplicable on most things except color filters, and its use on
leaf nodes was confusing. So I removed it, and made
SkImageFilter::canComputeFastBounds() virtual instead.

72c9faab45 Fix up all the easy virtual ... SK_OVERRIDE cases.
This fixes every case where virtual and SK_OVERRIDE were on the same line,
which should be the bulk of cases.  We'll have to manually clean up the rest
over time unless I level up in regexes.

992c7b03ef Add standard fonts to all GMs.
Allow GM results to be compared across machines and platforms by
standardizing the fonts used by all tests.

This adds runtime flags to DM to use either the system font context (the
default), the fonts in the resources directory ( --resourceFonts ) or a set
of canonical paths generated from the fonts ( --portableFonts ).

This CL should leave the current DM results unchanged by default.

If the portable font data or resource font is missing when DM is run, it
falls back to using the system font context.

The create_test_font tool generates the paths and metrics read by DM
with the --portableFonts flag set, and generates the font substitution
tables read by DM with the --resourceFonts flag set.

If DM is run in SkDebug mode with the --reportUsedChars flag set, it
generates the corresponding data compiled into the create_test_font tool.

All GM tests set their typeface information by calling either

  sk_tool_utils::set_portable_typeface or
  sk_tool_utils::portable_typeface .

(The former takes the paint, the latter returns a SkTypeface.) These calls
can be removed in the future when the Font Manager can be superceded.

f539318f0d Cleanup: Get rid of make_isize() function from gm.h.
This helper function is not necessary.

The same thing can be achieved by using SkISize::Make() provided by
SkTSize API.

a90c680386 Turn on quilt mode in DM.
- Rename TileGrid -> Quilt to avoid the name overload.
  - Tag all failing GMs with kSkipTiled_Flag.

You may be wondering, do any GMs pass?  Yes, some do!  And that trends towards all of them as we increase --quiltTile.

Two GMs only fail in --quilt mode in 565.  Otherwise all GMs which fail are skipped, and those which don't fail aren't. (The 8888 variants of those two GMs are skipped even though they pass.)

cac5fd597f Factory methods for heap-allocated SkImageFilter objects.
This is part of an effort to ensure that all SkPaint effects can only be
allocated on the heap.

This patch makes the constructors of SkImageFilter and its subclasses non-public
and instead provides factory methods for creating these objects on the heap. We
temporarily keep constructor of publicly visible classes public behind a flag.

eb9a46cbbb add legacy/helper allocN32Pixels, and convert gm to use it
This is an intermediate api, but might help us quickly get to a point where
no one is creating bitmaps in a 2-step process (setConfig + alloc).

3bc16c8bc1 Implement GPU path for matrix convolution. Note that when not convolving alpha,
the premultiplying is done less efficiently than in the raster path:  it's
done on each texture access, rather than as a pre-processing pass.   This was
so I could do the filter as a single custom stage; will try the optimization
separately.

This implementation gives a ~30X speedup on the GPU results for the
matrixconvolution bench (~10X due to the GPU, and ~3X due to texture
uploads/readback removal).

Note:  this changes the matrixconvolution for the software path as well, so
it will likely break the bots until that test is rebaselined.

8640d5024d This patch adds support for optional processing of the alpha channel in
the matrix convolution filter.  Test cases are added to the GM and the
bench.

NOTE:  This will require rebaselining the matrixconvolution GM, so it will 
likely turn the bots red until that is done.
