Adds a 'varying' modifier to the SkSL frontend. Only valid
for pipeline stage (runtime effect) SkSL programs, and only
on variables that are float, or float[2-4].
Runtime effect SkSL can declare varyings. The effect gathers
and reflects them. The GPU backend uses SkShader_Base's new
asRuntimeEffect() to get this data.
GrDrawVerticesOp and its GP get the shader's effect, if any.
They use this to add vertex attributes, varyings, and global
variables (in the fragment shader) of the appropriate width.
The globals have procedurally generated names, based on
their index in the list ("_vtx_attr_%d"). The GP's fragment
code copies the varyings to the globals.
When PipelineStageCodeGenerator sees a varying reference,
it just replaces that with the procedurally generated name
that matches the logic in the op.

Move (x,y) up front for shaders, Color for color filters.
I did think about wrapping the other params in a struct, but
for now I still find it less error prone (while admittedly
more tedious) to have all those params in my face when adding,
removing, or refactoring parameters or effects.

- Expose shader error handler on GrBaseContextPriv
- Use that to report errors that happen during (late) SkSL conversion
- Remove various asserts. We expect these functions not to fail, but
they absolutely can for any kind of error that gets past the first
compile in SkRuntimeEffect::Make. We'll still make a GLSLFP, but it
won't inject any code, so the resulting shader will *also* fail to
compile. Injecting our own errors first gives the user a better idea
what's actually broken.
- SkSLSlide also reports errors via the error handler now, too.

I've been increasingly concerned about the CPU and memory costs of
creating and holding on to many Compiler instances. Given that they're
use infrequently, having a shared (guarded) instance seems fine.
We can still look at reducing the startup cost of a single instance, but
this removes a large blocker to wider usage of SkRuntimeEffect.

Also normalizes the rules for what types are supported.

- float may be 'in' or 'uniform'
- float[2-4] and matrices must be 'uniform'

to weird scaling artifacts. So switched back to the original kHigh default.

In preparation for moving the filter-specific headers from include/effects and into src/effects/imagefilters, this exposes a more convenient API where all filters provided by Skia are accessible from the same factory.
It also only exposes the factories that take the shared enums (SkColorChannel, SkTileMode), so the per-filter enums can be phased out (SkBlurImageFilter::TileMode, etc.). It also accepts an SkIRect* instead of an SkImageFilter::CropRect* since all uses seem to be for integer rectangles and flags are either always on or always off. This will allow us to later remove the CropRect type.

This was originally a reland of "Fix div-by-zero loophole in gradient factory func", c34dd6c526, but:
The change caused blink layout tests when encountering very small or zero radii. The original patch switched the order of checking if the radii are equal and if the start radius was 0. In the case where both radii are 0, the original code created an actual radial gradient of radius 0 and the new code rejected the shader. A radial gradient with radius of 0 properly renders the last border color as a fill.
This made me realize that the case when the center positions and the radii are the same can be handled more correctly than just always returning an empty shader, so the fix now applies simplifications to the gradient definition depending on the tile mode and should not trigger any blink tests. I added a row to the gradient edge cases GM to make sure it degrades gracefully.

I've made getTypeName() pure virtual like getFactory(),

cleaning up all the various ways we've done it before.
All the subclasses override getTypeName() and getFactory()
privately, so there should be no need to document them?

Standardize enum and enum classes by including a comma after

Replace flatten-related #define in public interfaces
with their equivalent.
The motivation is to give documentation something to refer to.
An alternative would be to move part or all of this out of the

Expand the sweep gradient definition to include a color stop angular range ([0, 360] by default).
Color stop positions in [0,1] are mapped to this range, and drawing outside is controlled by a
tile mode param.
This is closer to the CSS gradients spec and allows us to use fewer color stops in Blink conic
gradients.
Impl-wise, the remapping is effected after t calculation, and before tiling.

It has been incorrectly interpreting its SkColor as sRGB all the time. Now, we plumb through the destintation color space and some scratch space, letting it decide how to interpret its SkColor later when it knows about the dst color space. The scratch space is blitter scoped, which lets this be thread safe (this is much like SkShader::Context).
This only corrects the gamma transformation for now. I've kept my previous TODO about gamut transformation. Everything assumes sRGB gamut for now.
Shaders will get the same treatement in this pipeline.

This breaks the color filter down into a couple logical steps:
- go to unpremul
- apply the 4x5 matrix
- clamp to [0,1]
- go to premul
Because we already have handy premul clamp stages, we swap the order of clamp and premul. This is lossless.
While adding our stages to the pipeline, we analyze the matrix to see if we can skip any steps:
- we can skip unpremul if the shader is opaque (alphas are all 1 ~~~> we're already unpremul);
- we can skip the premul back if the color filter always produces opaque (here, are the inputs opaque and do we keep them that way, but we could also check for an explicit 0 0 0 0 1 alpha row);
- we can skip the clamp_0 if the matrix can never produce a value less than 0;
- we can skip the clamp_1 if the matrix can never produce a value greater than 1.
The only thing that should seem missing is per-pixel alpha checks. We don't do those here, but instead make up for it by operating on 4-8 pixels at a time.
We don't split the 4x5 matrix into a 4x4 and 1x4 translate. We could, but when we have FMA (new x86, all ARMv8) we might as well work the translate for free into the FMAs.
This makes gm/fadefilter.cpp draw differently in sRGB and F16 modes, bringing them in line with the GPU sRGB and GPU f16 configs. It's unclear to me what was wrong with the old CPU implementation.

After getting discouraged by the non-separable xfermodes, I decided to look at filling out the color filters instead. This one's nice and easy.
There's only 1 GM that exercises this color filter, and it's drawing noticeably lighter now in f16 and sRGB configs. 565 is unchanged. This makes me think the diffs are due to lost precision in the previous method, which was going through the default fallback to 8888 filterSpan().
I double checked: the f16 config now draws nearly identically to the gpuf16 config. It used to be quite different.

Many places that construct one are explicitly specifying opaque white or
transparent black, which we can assume (based on the semantics of the
operation) should remain (0,0,0,0) or (1,1,1,1), so that's simple.
In other cases, we convert our source color to destination space.
One wrinkle is tht SkColorFilter now needs to know the destination color
space, due to SkModeColorFilter.
