3b9a093282 [heap] Skip more tests for TPH
This CL skips some recently added tests that do not work for TPH at the moment,
including:

* One uses --concurrent_inlining
* One Requires local heaps
* 7 tests that create multiple isplates
* 3 LogMaps* tests that is expected to fail due to map address reuse

This CL also set v8_enable_allocation_folding = true for TPH.

4168661924 [wasm] Reenable externref globals inspector test
The test was a bit out-dated, the expected file did not match the test
or the data delivered by V8 anymore. However, all the expected data was
available, so I just adjusted the test accordingly.

ee56a9863e [test] Run heavy tests sequentially
This adds a new status file indicator "HEAVY" to mark tests with high
resource demands. There will be other tests running in parallel,
but only a limited number of other heavy tests. The limit is
controlled with a new parameter --max-heavy-tests and defaults to 1.

The change also marks a variety of tests as heavy that recently had
flaky timeouts. Heavy also implies slow, hence heavy tests are
executed at the beginning with a higher timeout like other slow tests.

The implementation is encapsulated in the test-processor chain. A
new processor buffers heavy tests in a queue and adds buffered tests
only if other heavy tests have ended their computation.

93f85699e2 [debugger] Remove "Restart frame" feature.
The "Restart frame" feature was implemented as part of LiveEdit and
primarily used to support LiveEdit of active functions, but that was
previously disabled as part of https://crrev.com/c/2846892 because it's
too brittle and causes crashes when using seemingly unrelated features.
The "Restart frame" feature was also available as a context menu item
separately in the DevTools front-end, but that was also already removed
as part of https://crrev.com/c/2854681 earlier. So all uses are gone
now.

This change works by marking Debugger.restartFrame as deprecated and
having it respond with a ServerError all the time. It thus allows us to
remove a whole bunch of machinery that was essentially just put in
various places to support the restart_fp_ magic. In particular the
debugger no longer needs any machine specific builtins now.

53fc4807cd [debug] Disallow LiveEdit of active frames.
Previously we'd allow to replace the source of functions that are on the
current execution stack under certain conditions, but this has resulted
in an endless stream of bugs due to weird edge cases, and so we're now
limiting LiveEdit to functions that don't have any activation (including
not a suspended generator / async function activation).

We might eventually add the ability to LiveEdit functions with
activations and have them "upgrade upon next invocation", but that
doesn't seem to be an extremely important use case right now.

1813665413 [no-wasm] Skip wasm tests if wasm is disabled
This CL introduces a test runner flag to detect if webassembly has been
disabled. Since all tests that require wasm are alrady skipped in
lite mode, we introduce a has_webassembly flag for the test runner which
checks for v8_enable_webassembly=true and v8_enable_lite_mode=false.
As a drive-by, we also do not set the V8_ENABLE_WEBASSEMBLY
preprocessor flag if lite mode is enabled.

The status files are updated by splitting wasm tests from the
"lite_mode" section and checking for "not has_webassembly" instead.

Note that the v8_enable_webassembly=false configuration is not tested
on any bot currently, but I will make sure that all tests keep passing
on further changes in this configuration.

af7e68931f Forward exceptions while using DebugPropertyIterator
The V8 inspector is using the DebugPropertyIterator (a debug only
interface) while building RemoteObjects. The DebugPropertyIterator
uses the `KeyAccumulator::GetKeys` for this, which can potentially
throw, but the DebugPropertyIterator ignores exceptions and keeps
iterating. If multiple iteration steps throw an exception
(e.g. due to a pending stack overflow), we run into a CHECK in
Isolate::Throw, as we can't throw exceptions while another
exception is still pending.

This CL fixes the CHECK crash by properly propagating exceptions
after the iterator is created or advanced and returning early
in the inspector if an exception happens.

Please note that the regression test that showcases this behavior
is still disabled, as fixing the crash causes currently an
endless loop. While the exception in `ValueMirror::getProperties`
is handled by early returing, we still need to forward it as
the result of the `Runtime::evaluate` all the way up the stack.

666418d54b [test] Disable test with stress_concurrent_allocation
Test creates out-of-memory condition. Running that test in the
stress_concurrent_allocation variant might lead to "ineffective GCs"
failure before going OOM. Simply do not run this test for that variant.

4719dae1a4 [wasm][inspector][test] Add more tests for code offsets
The code offsets are sometimes wrong when compiled with streaming
compilation. Thus add more tests for synchronous, asynchronous, and
streaming compilation. The reported code offsets should all match. This
will be fixed in a follow-up CL.

In order to make asynchronous WebAssembly compilation finish, the
inspector-test executable needs to pump the message loop before waiting
for new tasks to come in, just as other executables like d8.
This is added in this CL, but because of another bug this is skipped in
the stress-incremental-marking variant. Hence the new tests are also
skipped there.

eeaf7c868d [inspector][fuzzer] Fix alloc-dealloc-mismatch
Asan complains about the alloc-dealloc-mismatch because the startup data
is allocated via "new[]" in snapshot.cc and deallocated via "delete" in
inspector-test.cc.
A more failure-proof fix would be to have {StartupData} manage the
lifetime of the contained char*, but since this is in an API object, the
refactoring might be more involved. Since other users also just dealloc
explicitly via "delete[]", this CL just fixes the issue in
inspector-test.cc.

33da5683ab [inspector][test] Remove memory leak via Vectors
The {ToV8Vector} method returns a {i::Vector} pointing to heap-allocated
memory, but that memory was never free'd. Since we already have a
{ToVector} method returning a {std::vector}, this CL switches to that
one instead.

26b0eb6746 [inspector][test] Fail on non-zero return code
While writing a new test I realized that the test did not fail if
running into a CHECK or UNREACHABLE *after* printing the last expected
line.
That is because both stderr and the exit status are ignored. This CL
fixes that.

This will uncover a lot of memory leaks, which I plan to address in
follow-up CLs.

2000aea58a Reland^4 "[flags] warn about contradictory flags"
This is a reland of 0ba115e6a9
Changes compared to last reland:
- Fix Python code trying to write to expected_outcomes, which is now a
  computed property.
- Fix remaining place in d8.cc that ignored the --fuzzing flag.
- Expect flag contradictions for --cache in code_serializer variant.

Original change's description:
> Reland^3 "[flags] warn about contradictory flags"
>
> Changes:
> - Also allow second parameter influenced by --cache to be reassigned.
> - Fix --stress-opt to only --always-opt in the last iteration as before.

5587838ec7 [inspector] Mark pause-on-oom tests are flaky
Instead of using SKIP (which would skip the tests), we can use
[PASS, FAIL] which signals to run the tests and accept if they are
flakily passing. In this way, we would get coverage and an error if we
have a non-flaky failure.
