d2520c85b0 Added accessors for the sub-windows in the wxGrid. 
Added methods to get/set the pen width used for the current cell
highlight, bot normal and read-only.

Fixed (I think) the problem of the cell highlight leaving extra lines
behind when the grid lines are turned off

3fe813a9ad Experimental BLOB code added - set wxODBC_BLOB_EXPERIMENT to 1 in dbtest.h if you want to help work on this 
Added some more test functions that have no GUI hook yet, but will be used in wxBase buidls eventually
Fixed handling of checks for TableExists() and TablePrivileges() to use the (HOPEFULLY) now working functions.
Better exception handling when the .CFG file does not exist
Better reporting of database errors shown by example

0bb6242172 Radiobox control was being created with wxComboBoxNameStr instead of wxRadioBoxNameStr. 
Widgets on the GAUGE tab were overlapping each other, so I slightly rearranged them to not overlap.

a6c65e881e MIME type manager fixes described earlier on the list: 
1. extended wxFileTypeInfo
2. moved handling of fallbacks into wxMimeTypesManager (instead of Impl)
3. added wxMimeTypesManager::Associate() and Unassociate()
4. Unix version only reads the files on demand => much faster startup

0767cb6f44 Changed wxGridCellAttr::HasAlignment to treat values of -1 as no 
alignment because wxALIGN_LEFT and wxALIGN_TOP are 0.

Updated griddemo.cpp to use correct alignment defs.

cbc66a2704 1. wxProgressDialog uses wxWindowDisabler, not (dumb) wxEnableTopLevelWindows 
2. some more wxWindowDisabler bugs fixed (updated dialogs sample to test them)
3. Esc won't close the dialogs without cancel button under MSW

   (updated statbar sample to show it)

3f8e5072f7 Small fixes for Tex2RTF but alas, we still get memory problems. 
Added wxUSE_MFC setting (doesn't include windows.h, removes own memory
tracing); added include <ctype.h> in case where PCH isn't used;
wxExit now exits :-)

b6fa52db66 Some make corrections for HP and related, 
Changed refresh order so that window-less widgets
    don't get overdrawn anymore,
  Prevent GTK from filtering our supposedly unneeded
    expose events,
  Block all expose calls if a resize is requested and
    do a full redraw then, thus removing flicker and
    behaving like wxMSW,
  Moved some doubled expose and draw code from GtkPizza
    to the respective callbacks in window.cpp,
  Set idle priority to a higher value (which should
    indicate a lower priority if I interpret glib.h
    correctly) but the desired side-effect didn't
    really show up.

c661ecca60 Various makefile and installation things. 
main() is now always in the program. Also added a
    macro that doesn't set main at all so that users
    can have their own.
  The isosurf sample doesn't work anymore.

Made Julian's gc_include_inferior hack a bit less radical.
  Small addition to changes.txt,
  Compile fix to dbbrowse sample. Still crashes upon startup.

bd4d918f36 Fixed (my own) stupidity in Connect() mini-tutorial / comments 
Changed all _T() to _() in server.cpp
Modified server to use Destroy() instead of directly accessing the wxPendingDelete list
Removed the panels which contained the textctrls - they are not needed at all.

2c8e47380e 1. wxShell fixes: now really uses shell (it wasn't different from wxExecute!) 
and also added a version which captures the programs output
2. fix for compilers which have void ftime() (my mingw does) in timercmn.cpp
3. updated console sample to test wxShell/wxExecute
4. treetest now can toggle images or change their size
5. wxTreeCtrl doesn't crash if it has no image list

reliable), now works in both sync and async modes
2. wxSafeYieldBug() corrected, wxWindowDisabler which is now used in it
   added and documented
3. exec sample updated to illustrate capturing the subprocess output
4. wxStreamBase::IsOk() added
5. wxInputStream::Eof() added and non-blocking Eof() implementation in
   wxPipeInputStream used by wxExecute
