typedef SkImageInfo Info saves a little typing at the cost of
obfuscating the parameter type. It's only used in a couple of
places so remove it.
The documentation catalog has gotten a bit stale, so update
that as well.

Anonymous enums play havoc with documentation;
there's no name to refer to. It may be that all
enums may either be named or replaced with constexpr
without breaking anything. Try replacing all
anonymous enums in include/core to see what happens.
This names SkCanvas::SaveLayerFlagsSet but leaves
SkCanvas::SaveLayerFlags as a uint32_t, to reduce
risk as compared to review.skia.org/123584.
There's also some chance that external linkage will
break if some client refers to anonymous enum in a way
that could require its address: see
https://stackoverflow.com/questions/22867654/enum-vs-constexpr-for-actual-static-constants-inside-classes
(This CL does not require definitions + declarations)
Brought bookmaker docs in line with this change.
This also tripped over missing code in bookmaker
handling constexpr so added that as well.

SkColor.h uses #define liberally, and has many global symbols,
two things bookmaker hasn't seen in other includes.
Revised .h -> .bmh converter to work with SkColor.h as well
as updating how .bmh indices are built.
Generated SkColor_Reference.bmh for globals, and
SkColor4f_Reference.bmh for class.
Other than the existing comments, this doesn't update the
documentation or add new examples.

If a method in an include is marked deprecated, make sure that
the documentation is marked deprecated.
It's OK for the documentation to mark something deprecated that
is not marked as such in the includes since the documentation may
be ahead of the includes.

SkDumpCanvas was replaced by SkDebugCanvas as an undefined reference,
but SkDumpCanvas was not added to undocumented.bmh and caused bookmaker
to generate a broken version of site/user/api/SkCanva_Reference.md
The Skia-Commit-Bot detected that the SkCanvas_Reference.md was
changed, and checked it in, causing the online version of SkCanvas
like https://skia.org/user/api/SkCanvas_Reference#SkCanvas_readPixels
to be truncated.
I assume there is a mistake in bookmaker where it wrote an error
to stdout but failed to abort the tool when the *.md file was partially
written. I'll look into that.
This CL adds SkDebugCanvas to undocumented.bmh to fix the documentation.

This time, lowp stages are controlled by !defined(JUMPER_IS_SCALAR), not
by defined(__clang__). The two are usually the same, except when we opt
Clang builds into JUMPER_IS_SCALAR artificially.
Some Google3 builds use compilers old enough that they barf when
compiling our NEON code. It's conceivably also possible to define
JUMPER_IS_SCALAR yourself, but I don't think anyone does that.

Enough clients are using Clang now that we can say, use Clang to build
if you want these software pipeline stages to go fast.
This lets us drop the offline build aspect of SkJumper stages, instead
building as part of Skia using the SkOpts framework.
I think everything should work, except I've (temporarily) removed
AVX-512 support. I will put this back in a follow up.
I have had to drop Windows down to __vectorcall and our narrower
stage calling convention that keeps the d-registers on the stack.
I tried forcing sysv_abi, but that crashed Clang. :/

This adds the ability to define long phrases
in one place and refer to those phrases in
many places.
Bookmaker has new syntax to support phrase substitution.
When it encounters
#some_phrase_reference#
It substitutes the body of
#PhraseDef some_phrase_reference
text to substitute when encountering the phrase

The phrase label must start with a lowercase letter,
and be bracketed by single hash marks, without spaces
between the label and the hash marks.

Florin pointed out docs that used SkPoint where
SkIPoint was intended. This was caused by the
original documentation guessing that 'points'
referred to one and not the other.
For now, use IPoint explicitly in the documentation
to get around this.

This is a performance-only hint that no one but fuzzers
is using. It's even explicitly filtered out in Android.
The fuzzers have noticed they can trick us into allocating
uninitialized memory and treating it as opaque, blending
uninitialized pixels, etc.
Since no one's using this, we can just kill the bit.

This is a performance-only hint that no one but fuzzers
is using. It's even explicitly filtered out in Android.
The fuzzers have noticed they can trick us into allocating
uninitialized memory and treating it as opaque, blending
uninitialized pixels, etc.
Since no one's using this, we can just kill the bit.

This CL implements |SkSVGDevice::drawAnnotation|, overridden from
|SKBaseDevice|. |drawAnnotation| supports annotating rectangular areas
of a Skia device. Previous to this change, annotations are being used
in |SkPDFDevice| to include hyperlinked rectangular areas in .pdf
documents. This CL implements the SVG equivalent of this PDF feature.

Replace manually entered summary tables with ones that are populated
and sorted by bookmaker. This introduces a slight regression for
anonymous enums but fixes a lot of bugs and omissions.
The format is
#Topic somethingTopical
#Populate
##
where somethingTopical is one of Subtopics, Constructors, Constants,
Classes_and_Structs, Members, Member_Functions, and Related_Functions.
Fix the bad formatting in SkCanvas reference. The #Error tag was
was corrupting the markdown table. Remove the tag and replace it
with #NoExample.
Next up: revise self-check to know about populated topics.

Added global enum support. That exposed one
big hole in bookmaker: The topic overview
should not be in the class or struct if
the topic includes multiple objects, which
is the case for SkImageInfo and enums like
SkColorType.
This straightens that out, and then used that
knowledge to strengthen the topics in
SkRect as a test. Now SkRect has more
groups of methods, and can expose and link
to sets of methods with the same name.
This work also is getting ready for tightening
SeeAlso data, to be checked as part of the
bots' tasks soon.
Also, remove links from markup for lowercase
method names unless the reference has
trailing parentheses.

Add self-checking code that looks to see that overview is populated
and alphabetized. Eventually, this will self-check to see if
methods are collected into subtopics and have reciprocal 'see also'
data.
Standardize phrases so that they don't start with a capital or end
with a period.
Self-check is a work in progress, so it is not yet run by the
bookmaker bots. The self-check should run cleanly, however. To run
it:
./out/skia/bookmaker -b docs -k
The expected output is doc stats. Self-check errors such as missing
methods in the overview would be reported here if there are any.

Verified that bookmaker running on Linux generates same
.md files as when it runs on Windows.
Fixed a directory separator bug.
Catalog has slightly different output because some
tests generate volatile output -- need to fix this
in general.

'windk' is no longer a thing. There are two separate variables to point
at your compiler (win_vc), and SDK (win_sdk).
'msvc' is no longer a thing, either. By default, we look for 2017 and
then 2015 (in the default locations). If neither is located, use an
assert to let users know they should set win_vc. Then, detect if win_vc
points at a 2017 or 2015 installation, and configure it automatically.
Because the toolchain is now 2017, update the GN files to handle building
x86 in that configuration. In fact, we only support x86 builds (with 2017
or 2015) using the toolchain assets. Keep a 2015 toolchain around as a
new asset, so we can add bot coverage.

The underline position is actually the top of the underline. Also
clarify that the strike through position is the bottom of the strike
through.
This adds documentation that the values are always y-down in a way that
will end up in the SkPaint header file for those who look for
information there.

This makes is_official_build turn off all development targets and
features in Skia, including building third-party dependencies from
source.
This will intentionally break some external users, who will find
themselves no longer able to find third-party headers or link against
third-party libraries. These users have been building with our testing
third-party dependencies unknowingly. They'll need to either explicitly
turn back on building each dependency from source
(skia_use_system_foo=false) or disable that dependency entirely
(skia_use_foo=false).
is_skia_standalone is now basically !is_official_build, so I've
propagated that through, removing is_skia_standalone. In a few places
we were using it as a stand-in for defined(ndk), so I've just written
defined(ndk) there. Duh.
gn_to_bp:
is_offical_build's new strength also makes gn_to_bp.py simpler to
write. In spirit, Android builds are official Skia builds that also
build DM and nanobench.
It seems that SkJumper (src/jumper/*) is (unintentionally) enabled
on Android. Switching to an is_official_build would have disabled
that. But as that accidental launch seems to have gone fine, I've
kept it explicitly enabled.
In the end, no changes to Android.bp or its SkUserConfig.h.
The -Mini builder no longer needs to explicitly disable tools.

replaces them with ones for GN-based development.
I have not yet updated the docs for iOS on the bots... still in flux.

When we opt into Lua, this builds SampleLua into SampleApp, and the lua_app and lua_pictures tools.
I've tested this builds with and without skia_use_system_lua on my Mac laptop and Linux desktop.
I've made lua_pictures.cpp's flags static to avoid conflicts with flags in SkCommonFlags.cpp.

We can build for Android from Windows now. I intend to add a bot to keep it that way, just like Build-Mac-Clang-arm64-Debug-GN_Android does for Mac. The Windows Android builder will need this NDK.

This extends the pattern in freetype2 to expat, icu, libjpeg-turbo, libpng, libwebp, and zlib, and gives all these an arg to control which to use.
Homebrew doesn't have dng_sdk, piex, or sftnly, or I'd have done the same for them too.

is_official_build is the closest approximation to what we'd recommend people ship, and we'll keep tweaking it further toward that goal. I want it to be the first choices people see reading the doc to nudge them to defaulting into that if they don't know better. The familiar old Debug and Release for developers come later.
It'd be a fine choice, for instance, for fiddle to build against. I dropped Stripped because that's something is_official_build now does more naturally.

If you want to try this out, the DOCS_PREVIEW link is a quickstart.
Are the GrGLCreateNativeInteface_* meant to be part of Skia-the-library
or just used by testing tools? I've got it written here as tool-only,
but we could easily move it to libskia if it's a thing we want to ship.
I'm honestly not sure I understand how this linked before without a definition
of GrGLCreateNativeInterface(). Or are there two, one real and one no-op
default with some sort of weak linking setup? dlopen()?

This patch adds a new markdown file describing the new debugger along
with instructions on running it locally and a sweet screenshot. The
screenshot has been sized to not be clipped when viewed in production.
The old documentation for the qt-based debugger has been marked as
deprecated and all docs referencing the old debugger have been updated.
