ac0e705af1 Fix new IT blocks ARMv8
ARMv8 specifies that an IT block should be followed by only one 16-bit instruction.
* SkFloatToFix is back to a C implementation that mirrors the assembly code.

* S32A_D565_Opaque_neon switched the usage of the temporary 'ip' register to let
the compiler choose what is best in the context of the IT block. And replaced
'keep_dst' by 'ip' where low register or high register does not matter.

2b6be207a1 Make SkNoncopyable movable
SkNoncopyable declares (but does not define) its copy constructor and
copy assignment operator. These are also private so the error for misuse
happens at compile-time instead of link-time.

However, this seems to be from before C++11.

Because other constructors were declared, the compiler does not generate
a move constructor or a move assignment operator. The result of this is
perfectly legal non-copying scenarios are also accidentally blocked. An
example of this is returning the non-copyable type. The object being
returned is a candidate for a move, since it is about to be destroyed.
And in C++17 copy elision is actually guaranteed.

26eb16f1e3 calculate cull rects for SkMiniPictures
This is the other half of https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/7874/,
adding the cull-shrinking feature of SkBigPictures to SkMiniPictures.

Like SkBigPictures, shrink only when we're asked to build an R-tree.
(We don't actually build a tree for one rect, of course.)

We could do unconditionally, but SkPictureImageFilter uses the cull rect
as its crop. It's unclear to me what this image filter unit test I've
changed here was intending... had it had two draws we would have shrunk
its cull, but because it was hitting the 1-draw SkMiniPicture path it
kept the larger user-supplied cull.

As the test doesn't appear to have been written with cull shrinking in
mind, I've removed its SkRTreeFactory to keep that feature explicitly
disabled there.

c819e66993 Check-in vulkan.h into third_party and use that instead of local sdk vulkan.h
This change is needed since once we start getting support for varrying of extensions
and newer version support in general, we need a common vulkan header to compile off of.
Otherwise we will run into problems if clients have older headers that don't include
functions/symbols we are trying to use.

Additionally it has the benefit of not needing to add if SK_VULKAN around code in
include which wants to use vulkan symbols.

3a3bc42b7d Check-in vulkan.h into third_party and use that instead of local sdk vulkan.h

This is a reupload of CL: https://skia-review.googlesource.com/13651

9440345a81 Add backend safe classes for passing in external texture and render targets into gpu
This CL adds the GrBackend* classes as well as just updates the API for SkSurface and
SkImage. The implementation on SkSurface/Image and the plumbing down into Ganesh will
be in an additional CL.

Besides the change to use the type safe classes, we also pull the SurfaceFlags, origin,
samples, out of the descriptor and pass those in directly.

c1b879f11b SkColorSpaceXformer: Handle compose color filters
We could alternatively use the makeColorSpace() approach that we
adoped for loopers and imagefilters, but this seems fine.

This should finish xform canvas work on color filters. We have
plenty of color filters that do math on colors, but only two
that might actually hold colors.

Detect the situation where we're going to want to do PM/UPM, and want to
use GrConfigConverionEffect, but be unable (due to the lack of a

writeSurfacePixels), and avoid all the cascading failure logic in both
functions. (We never try to create the PM/UPM effects unless we know
that they're going to work).

e132e7be5f Add SkCodec methods for individual frames
Add a version of getFrameInfo that returns information about a single
frame, allowing a client to skip creating the entire vector.

Add getFrameCount, for determining the number of frames in the image.

Reimplement std::vector<FrameInfo> getFrameInfo with the new methods.

Updates to the test:
- getFrameInfo(size_t, FrameInfo*) fails before parsing
- Test both versions of getFrameInfo
- Recreate the codec between tests, to test parsing

1119dc366e Remove discard from GrRenderTarget & force it to always go through a RenderTargetContext
This is a bit sloppy in that it ignores some instances where discards were being issued before.

The creation of the temp RTContext in the RenderTarget's discard method was causing an extra split in the opLists.

This is split out of: https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/10284/ (Omnibus: Remove GrSurface-derived classes from ops)

7a542c559a Change bitmapcache to not rely on lockpixels.
The Rec in the cache is the owner of the pixel memory
- discardable or
- malloc

Each external client has a pixelref that just points to those pixels,
and whose destructor will notify the rec.

This eliminates the dependency on lockPixels in pixelref, freeing us
to remove that entirely from pixelref.

a4db9be6a2 Correct GIF frame dependencies and track alpha
Add SkCodec::FrameInfo::fAlphaType. The SkImageInfo for the SkCodec
specifies the SkAlphaType for the first frame, but the opacity can vary
from frame to frame.

When determining the required frame, also compute whether a frame has
alpha. Update how we determine the required frame, which had bugs.
(Update a test that had an incorrect required frame as a result.)

Add new test images covering cases that have been fixed:
- randPixelsAnim2.gif
It has the following frames:
A (keep)
B (keep) (subset)
C (disposePrevious) (covers B)
D (any) (does *not* cover B)

B and C depend on A, but D depends on B, since after disposing C, B
should be visible again.

- alphabetAnim.gif
Includes frames which fill the image size, with different disposal
methods and transparencies.

33aa2c7b5c Allow FPs to elevate default precision for the entire fragment program
Currently, GrConfigConversionEffect is able to round-trip on many
mobile GPUs because it uses highp for all intermediate variables
(including the texture fetch result). Separating the texture sample
into a different processor breaks that.

This is a blunt instrument, not to be used lightly.

This reverts commit dffe9827b1.

Crurently, when preparing a texture for blitFramebuffer, we ignore the

This is a blunt instrument, not to be used lightly.

6dd88144d5 Make reference counted assignment check for races.
If SkRefCnt_SafeAssign is erroneously invoked simultaneously by two
threads on the same destination, a likely outcome is that the
reference count of an object other than the replaced dst will
be decremented. This results in an extra reference count decrement,
which usually means that the final reference count decrement will
be applied to a random location in an object that has already been
reallocated. This is exceedingly hard to debug.

We add a hack to detect such data races with sufficiently high
probability, so that such a data race bug should sometimes actually
generate bug reports that lend themselves to diagnosis.

We detect changes within a relatively larger range that normally
includes several (typically slow) memory fences. Not all such changes
would provoke a crash. Even if we decrement the wrong reference count,
there's a chance we would decrement a dead location. Thus, to
avoid potentially adding instability, we currently only log.

This change tries to minimize additional runtime overhead.
The macro is only expanded a few dozen times, so we do not worry too
much about code size.

b1168a7c9a Improvements to readpixels GM
We don't support unpremultiplied images. Therefore:
- Don't test unpremul source images.
- After doing an unpremultiplying read, make sure to premul before drawing

For this to work with F16, add support for F16 sources to
SkColorSpaceXform.

Public API change is comments-only.

ed182d7c90 Remove SkImage::MakeTextureFromPixmap
Slight variation on https://skia-review.googlesource.com/c/7346/,
which had to be reverted. This version also changes the non-mip
upload path to use a GrTextureProxy. Hopefully this doesn't trigger
the same perf regression that we saw last time.

2bf4b3a97b Remove GrPipeline from GrDrawOp.
GrDrawOp subclasses are now free to construct their pipelines at flush time and now in theory could use multiple GrPipelines for multipass rendering.

GrProcessorSet may be used to retain the processors from a GrPaint with "pending execution" style refs.

NVPR and Instanced rendering are updated to create their pipelines at flush time without a GrPipelineBuilder.

The monolithic pipeline creation/management that was on GrDrawOp is moved to GrMeshDrawOp. However, this is temporary and will be removed in coming changes.

3a9a7a310c Remove run count field from SkTextBlob.
We can flag the last run record instead. Run iteration is always
sequential, so no penalty.

As a side effect, we can no longer allow instantiation of zero-run text
blobs - but that seems like a good idea anyway.
