Currently, GrConfigConversionEffect is able to round-trip on many
mobile GPUs because it uses highp for all intermediate variables
(including the texture fetch result). Separating the texture sample
into a different processor breaks that.
This is a blunt instrument, not to be used lightly.

Crurently, when preparing a texture for blitFramebuffer, we ignore the
kRectsMustMatchForMSAASrc_BlitFramebufferFlag, and may attempt to
copy from one src rect to a different dst rect.
This change updates initDescForDstCopy and setupDstTexture to allocate
larger textures if necessary and accomodate this flags requirements.

GrXferProcessor can no longer use this functionality so it is moved to a new intermediate class inherited by GrFragmentProcessor and GrPrimitiveProcessor.

Added PremulOutput and UnpremulOutput FP helpers. These are used
(rather than GrConfigConversionEffect) when working with FP16
textures (and will also be used for other configs that can't be

The client may call GrContext::purgeResourceNotUsedSince() with a stead_clock::time_point and all resources that have been purgeable since before that time point are purged.
This is intended to replace the "max unused flushes" purging mechanism once Chrome adopts it.

GrDrawOp subclasses are now free to construct their pipelines at flush time and now in theory could use multiple GrPipelines for multipass rendering.

One of SkImageCacherator, GrBitmapTextureMaker, GrImageTextureMaker, GrTextureAdjuster, GrTextureProducer or SkImage has to take the first step. This is probably the least odd of the options.

This is currently done in GrOpList. However, it can trigger resource creation, which in turn can trigger a flush. In the future flushing may destroy the op list.

Largely mechanical. Only three places that were calling createApprox

Clients will not be able to directly set the uniqueKey on GrTextureProxies. This CL sets up the choke point for the switch over to having uniqueKeys be managed by a third party (the textureProvider).

GrExternalTextureData is an API for exporting the backend-specific
information about a texture in a type-safe way, and without pointing
into the GrTexture. The new detachBackendTexture API lets us release
ownership of a texture to the client.
SkCrossContextImageData is the public API that lets clients upload
textures on one thread/GrContext, then safely transfer ownership to
another thread and GrContext for rendering.
Only GL is implemented/supported right now. Vulkan support requires
that we add thread-safe memory pools, or otherwise transfer the
actual memory block containing the texture to the new context.

Adds a bitfield to GrContextOptions that masks out path renderers.
Adds commandline flags support to set this bitfield in tools apps.

Previously, operator& for enum class bitfields was reserved only to
return a bool. e.g:

This change adds a new template class GrTFlagsMask<> that gets
instantiated by operator~ and allows us to write expressions like:

Rob and I spent a long time debugging why this wasn't working for
Flutter - doing the more complex operations on the loading thread
produces a blank texture when it's used later on the drawing thread.
Limiting ourselves to just creating and uploading RGBA data fixes
that. We need to debug what's going wrong, but in the meantime, this
lets Flutter use Skia APIs to manage GPU uploading and lifetime of
texture-backed images, while still doing those uploads on their IO
thread.

This still needs to be propagated out in several ways:
replace more instances of GrSurface::read/write-Pixels
add colorSpace to more instances of the TextureContext
but it establishes a beach-head and is exciting enough as is.

This fixes an issue where color filters aren't correctly applied to color glyphs. Instead we apply the filter to the SkPaint's color which is correct for mask glyphs only.

Alpha type is not (and never will be) part of pixel config, so the logic
around that was unnecessary. (Also, we already sanitize color type and
alpha type before making a new device at a higher level).
With that out of the way, we can easily supply a full info at the two
call-sites that were using the other version.

This is still just linear (non-sRGB), but adding sRGB will
be the next step. I've verified that this is really making
R8 textures when uploading Gray8 bitmaps. Tests pass, and
the all_bitmap_configs GM still renders correctly (unlike
when we just mapped Gray8 to Alpha8).
This adds another pixel config, which could grow our cache
footprint, but the benefits of not using 4bpp for 1bpp data
should outweigh that?

This CL forces all GrSurface copies to go through a GrSurfaceContext (rather than GrContext).
There is a bit of goofiness going on here until read/writePixels is also consolidated in GrSurfaceContext and a proxy-backed SkImage/SkSurface is added.
